When I checked in online 24 hours before my flight, the only option for seats was in the middle, which I did not want, although I I knew the flight would not be full. I was able to change seats when I checked in with the agent in the airport ."

I'm familiar with Launceston airport so it was okay, but for someone not familiar, especially an international visitor, it would have been confusing as to which flight was which especially as no announcement or visual display was given that our flight was running late."

Later when I asked them to show the baggage restrictions, they went back saying it's okay. I had only 1 check in bag and it weight 1 kg more. I thought they would allow it since I had only 1 check in bag but they made me take out that extra kg and check in my carry on as second bag. Finally I asked for an aisle seat and they said the flight was full. But when I boarded the IAD flight I was rather surprised to see quite a few aisle and window seats. So rather than being a great experience, I would say it was a mediocre one because of the Hyderabad staff."
Ưu: "I'd never flown Etihad before and had a 13 hour flight followed by a 5 hour flight with them so I went in with fingers crossed for a good experience. My flight from JFK to Abu Dhabi was on an A380 and it was a spectacular plane. The crew was amazing the entertainment selection was great, the bathrooms were clean - it was a great experience."

Ưu: "The staff for our flight were all extremely friendly and accommodating. They came through the cabin several times with drinks and snacks and ensured we had the most comfortable flight possible. I thought the entertainment choices were excellent and really provided a wide array of genres and a unique multicultural assortment. Meals were very good, served in generous portions, and having a vegetarian diet I was happy to be so easily accommodated. I was lucky enough on this flight to have a row to myself so I could spread out."

Anyway save your money and time and avoid this airlines."

I would certainly consider taking MAS again in future (this was my first MAS flight), despite the one glitch (please see what I didnt like) if the price is right."

Waited for more than an hour at KLIA for it and finally made a loss baggage report. The staff at the loss baggage counter was only helpful after finding out that I am not a Malaysian. Needless to say, my bag flew on SQ and was rushed to my hotel 5 and half hours after landing. I also did not receive a copy of the baggage delivery report."

Khuyết điểm: "The boarding process was chaotic at best. The gate had long lines to go through security for 2 flights departing from that area which caused big delays. The plane managed to be loaded relatively on time but removing baggage from a customer who chose not to fly took almost an hour as compared to the 10 minute estimate. By the time we taxied, I was certain that I was in danger of missing my Hong Kong connection and asked the flight attendant to have the pilot radio American to inform them, I got the impression that my request was a low priority for the disinterested crew and, as feared, I missed my connection which forced a daylong wait in Hong Kong. The plane was a 737-800. Malaysia, unlike it's peers, flies mostly narrow bodies inter Asia as they disposed of all their 777's after the second 777 was shot down. I lived in Malaysia and Singapore for eight years in the late '80's and early '90's, at which time I thought that Malaysian was the best airline in the sky. Sadly, their present service is US airline quality at best without the general ability of US carriers to keep to schedule which makes them one of the worst in Asia."

I suppose to be Jakarta at 10.30 am and my client is waiting for me at the Jakarta air port. Finally I came at 12 30 pm and my luggage was missed. Air port crew said it will come next flight arrive at 3pm. So I have to wait for next flight and for my client. Finally I came out from the airport at 4.30pm."
