Khuyết điểm: "Transferring from an international flight to a domestic flight was difficult. This flight was a joint flight between Turkish airlines and China Southern, there should have been someone from China Southern to help us transfer when we landed. I asked the crew at the plane whether someone will help us transfer and they said yes, but there was none. At the very least, how to transfer to domestic flights has to be part of the customs video. Finding where to go was difficult for someone that does not know Chinese."

However, the fact that captain choose not to run air conditioning to save fuel and main cabin, even after numerous requests, was 95 degrees for 2 hrs combined with the fact that airline did not submitted travel information to US Border Protection that also added another 1.5 hrs to clear customs is totally unacceptable... Although THY has the most direct route to/from Moldova from Houston, in the future, I'll most likely will spend more money and more time just to avoid it..."

(By contrast, our SAS flight cost nearly twice as much, left two hours late, causing us to miss our connection, the food was medicore, and the alcohol cost extra). The warm towels were a nice touch. I also appreciated the video regarding in-seat stretching exercises, which were particularly helpful on a long flight. It was nice to board from both the the back and the front of the plane."

The passenger behind us was trying to sleep and complained to the crew about our shade being up even though she was not wearing the eye covers the crew had given everyone. The crew asked us (politely) more than once to put the shade down, but the electric light was not sufficient for our reading. I don't fault the crew for trying to accommodate an unhappy passenger, but it was an imposition on us as well."

A flight attendent was not able to get the seat to recline either and said she'd come back to help with another seat or some other solution, but never returned. This made the flight less comfortable and a bit disappointing as my typically experience with Turkish Airways is excellent!!"

Multiple flights leaving where EXTREMELY delayed, the staff put on their thinking caps, they started putting people on standby so most customers leave on an earlier flight! I was located in an extra room chair (free) due to this adjustment of delayed flights and was a great experience."

Air canada had no crew on the ground and over and hour wait for customer service on the phone so i had no way to find out what my reticketing status was. I was passed off to numerous other airlines and sent through the airport to the incorrect terminals in heathrow causing another missed flight. Air canada did not accept the responsibility to maintain my reservation and get me to my destination efficiently. Even when I spoke with a phone representative the person was rude and never sent confirmation of my flights so I had no reference point for flight numbers or air lines. All of his added up to more than 13 hours of delays on what was already a 24 hour trip. Worst travel experience of my life."

Everyone on the canceled flight had to be aggressive at getting a new flight booked because there was no help. Every time you asked an associate from Aur Canada for help, the passed the problem off not taking any responsibility. If your name is on my ticket, then it's your responsibility. Worst experience traveling by far. Also lost over a day of my expensive trip that I've been waiting to go on for awhile and saved my money for a year. I lost hundreds of dollars in events and hotels. Avoid Air Canada if possible"

Khuyết điểm: "Avoidable delays caused a late departure from Toronto, then we sat on tarmac waiting for a gate in Dublin. Eventually had to debark into the tarmac and walk in. Delays caused us to miss our next flight to Munich."

Khuyết điểm: "The new policy of charging $25 a flight just for a seat assignment means that it now costs $100.00 just to sit next to your travel companion. I understand charging extra something extra, like a service class upgrade or even some more legroom, but not just to get a seat next to your partner when you booked your flight months in advance. Bottom line: We didn't pay and ended up not just in different rows but in different boarding groups. However, now that we are at our destination, with the $100.00 we saved I'm going to sit next to my spouse at a very nice restaurant, enjoying a fine dinner! Seems like a better use of our money."

Khuyết điểm: "I wasn't offered a meal preference, and was disappointed they couldn't accommodate me with a vegetarian meal. I also didn't enjoy the fact that the plane didn't have an integrated entertainment system, and that you have to pay extra to receive a tablet to watch movies..."
Ưu: "This is the only part of my round trip with Air Canada that went without a glitch ... the plane was on time and the airport staff I encountered in Toronto was nice and helpful."

The Global Entry for US bound passengers procedure is very confusing. Maybe it would help if the steps were communicated on the US bound passengers before disembarking. First the passport process (easy) then there is this confusing process where we need to see our names in green on the screen, with some staff telling us to move on while others insist that we need to stay back and wait for our names to go green on screens that keep changing. Good idea and intentions to help clear bags, and can be improved. Overall the Montreal to DC flight (with the exception of the awful Montreal airport and the long delay) was excellent."

Khuyết điểm: "Got to airport in morning only to find out flight delayed 3.5 hours. No prior notification so instead of waiting in my comfortable home I got to wait at airport. Check in lady was a witch - sorry I made you do your job. Bounced my luggage for being 3 lbs over. Lame excuse of plane mechanical problems for delay. My girlfriend flew same flight 10 days earlier and had same thing happen. If Air Canada has that many mechanical issues I'm not feeling warm and fuzzy about them."

Khuyết điểm: "On the Montreal-Athens leg the meal was free but of poor quality and quantity. Breakfast was just a piece of banana bread... No entertainment system in the aircraft. Had to rent iPad with very poor quality earphones (struggled to listen to the movies) Also some of the movies were not adjusted for the iPad which translated into using only a portion of the iPad screen."

Khuyết điểm: "The booking and ticketing department for Air Canada messed up quite a bit with our trip overall. It wasn't just one narrow event: even after the delayed flight, and 6 hour phone call to get rebooked, we had to use international roaming charges at the Shanghai airport to call and get them to correct an error they made with our flight out of Shanghai. The flights themselves were alright, but I want to use every opportunity I have to complain about the booking and customer service process."

The thing is, I received at least three emails prior to the flight from AirCanada, one was my itinery. So whoever couldn't find my email address must be looking on another planet or something."

Had problems getting a room overnight - management said we weren't in the system. Gentleman at air canada desk very rude - even told his partner in front of us he couldn't stand this part of his job."

Khuyết điểm: "Where do I start. Plane was very late taking off but the biggest thing was that I paid extra for a premium seat and I think it was worse then any regular seat. Waste of money!! Now the food. It sucked and there wasn't much of it. Dinner was at best skimpy and " breakfast" was a piece of some kind of cake. That was it!"

The first flight was late because of mechanical issues and then Air Canada was not at all forthcoming in getting us rebooked on the next flight. Something that should have been quite simple involved me having to fight with workers just to get put on a new flight -- nobody wanted to actually do the work."
