True enough, the cabin crew did not help her to place her bag in the luggage compartment; the cabin crew did not serve water when requested, and on second attempt, the cabin crew told her to request at the ground. The cabin crews she has encountered clearly expressed their unwillingness to serve with their face and action. Is this the new direction of Singaore Air? The entertainment system requires installation of an app, hence is practically useless since we do not have the app preinstalled in our device."

My husband and daughter were in First Class. The service was below average to say the least - more training required from check in to on board - (in Sydney the staff on the ground went above and beyond) In Singapore it was very fake and contained no sincerity. The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."

Was delayed over 2 hours leaving Sydney. One staff member was loudly telling a passenger that they shouldn't have stowed their bag where they has as it was her position for her bag. Not very professional. Better late than never though. Overheard a few passengers while waiting saying how their flights had been cancelled the day before and had to find their own accommodation in Sydney.

Main problem was that the inflight entertainment system did not work on two legs of a Sydney to London Heathrow flight. They tried very hard to fix it in Sydney and Singapore without success. Apart from that, a very comfprtable flight

Khuyết điểm: "Flying on 8 Jan is a time when there a lot of holiday makers heading home or perhaps just going on holiday. Lots of young children and a baby crying right behind me wasn't the most relaxing but I realise that nothing can be done about that."

Got leg cramps trying to shuffle out sideways stooped over row of seats in front and rear hitting faces of occupants in my row. Refuse to fly on this airline any more until reasonable seat spacing is provided for price paid. Don't like standing up the whole flight because one cannot get into or out of seat."

Khuyết điểm: "The USB charger, the whole entertainment, anything on the remote including light control and bell, stopped working! I wasn't given enough attention, i had to chase the crew a few times, it was a 14 hour flight with nothing working, miserable experience. I was offered a window seat, which i hate, without considering to give me an upgrade. I was given 5,000 Qantas points, i don't know if they can be moved to my AVIOS."

Also, with 2 hours left in the flight, the flight attendants loudly woke everyone up in the plane and forcefully raised everyone's seats, even if they were asleep, so that they could serve breakfast to everyone. That was an incredibly rude awakening."

Khuyết điểm: "We were travelling with an infant. Although we had requested for crib/bassinet we didn’t get one. To add to the anxiety, we noticed that none of the bassinet seats were allocated to parents with infants. There were at least 3 families with infants and lots of children due to school holidays. But we all had to make do with our cramped seats. Maybe Qantas can plan this better. It isn’t so difficult as they usually know how many infants are travelling, in advance."

They were so understanding and told me to find an empty isle seat like I wanted!! They made my flight to Australia so comfortable! My veggies meals were all on time! Great experience with staff in domestic flights too!!. Flight from Gold Coast to Sydney was excellent. Great service, indeed !!!"

This made me uneasy from the very beginning that I would lose my London-Luxembourg flight. The crew in the boarding gate, only after much insisting, said they would make a note so that someone from Qantas would wait for me and help me get my London-Luxembourg flight no problem, but in the next stopovers (Melbourne, Dubai), there was no sign of this. Also, the delay in the end was 2h 20 min - and I lost my flight to Luxembourg."

Ưu: "The "Forward seats" are advertised on airline documents for $20 on regional flight. MNL-SGN is definitely a regional flight, but they charged me $50 for the one seat choice. The comfort is definitely much better. I had guessed it was worth the 20 dollars, but 50 seems a rip-off."

Plane was late in arriving to Terminal 2; apparently had to offload in Terminal 1, then taxi to Terminal 2, then had to be inspected extensively before we could board. Khuyết điểm: "Flight delayed for 5 hours - Connection from Manila was going to be very close. Flight attendant assured me multiple times they would hold the connecting plane, and give us an escort off the plane to make it to the other gate as fast as possible. We arrive in Manila, and there is no special escort. They take us at a regular pace to a connections desk in the terminal. They delayed helping us so we missed the only other flight leaving that night for Bali. While the person at the transfer desk was supposed to be helping us get new connecting flights, they would stop helping us, and take care of other people that showed up at the desk. It took them 1 1/2 hours to rebook our flight. They tried to put us on a flight that took over 20 hours with connections for a direct flight we had missed that would take about 4 hours of flying. We had to get on Kayak.com ourselves to find a better connecting flight that left the next morning. After 1 1/2 hours, the attendant finally put on a flight that was similar to the one we found but slightly worse. They said they could not work with certain airlines leaving from Manila, which I did not understand. Then, they proceed to tell us to go wait in the terminal overnight for the flight leaving the next day. We had to directly ask them to give us a hotel room for the night, which they did upon our request, but were not going to offer it without us asking for it. I understand delays and missed flights are part of air travel. But we were routinely lied to, ignored, and flat out pushed aside during the rebooking process. It was a completely unacceptable way to treat a customer. Never fly Philippine Airlines if you can avoid it."

Excellent

I was moved to a row of empty seats and it made my flight very comfortable. Unfortunately I got sick on the flight but the attention received from everyone was first class and may very well have saved my life. Thank you Scoot.

We waited in line to check the bag, found out that since we hadn't paid for it ahead of time, we could get the bag checked but would need to go stand in a new line to pay for it and could not have the bag tag until this was done. Then the new line only had one agent working all of the people who needed to pay for their bags. When we got to the front, we were asked to pay the bag fee with a credit card and the processing fee in cash. Since we were only connecting in Singapore, of course we did not have cash. She could not process the charge, walked us over to a new desk and a new line where they processed the bag charge without the cash fee (how this wasn't done initially, I have no idea) and finally, we were finished with the check in process an hour later."

I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."

I can understand charging food food and beverage, if they have lab our and procurement costs but running an entertainment screen costs them nothing. It is outright opportunism. Also while I'm on the topic, my continuing winger is luggage charge calculation. Why do I at 72kg with 10kg of luggage have to pay extra when a 150kg person doesn't. Air travel cost is directly proportional to payload. This has to change."

I will spend whatever it takes to never use this airline again."

This is not the case when you attempt to book a flight within Australia; clearly deceiving foreign travelers. In any case, I paid extra $24 to check in a (20 kg) bag. When arrived to the airport I voluntarily weighted the hand bag which was 8.2 kg. I explained that I am an international traveler with no mean of exactly weighing the bag. They insisted on checking in the extra bag and charged me additional $50 to do so. With those hidden fees, I ended up paying more for the flight than the competitors. During the flight, they offer nothing for free (not even water or coffee)."

There were only two and they were not overweight, and still they cost us more than our two seats cost us. Then when we got on board they made us move out of the extra-knee-room seats we had paid for and into regular seats. It was not pleasant."

They charge per kilo for bags being overweight. They weigh your carry on plus your personal items which can only add up to 7 kg and will charge you if you are over even if by just 1kg. Do not ever fly with jetstar."

This was not clear to me. I was shocked when I was asked to pay $500 for my check-in luggage flying from Brisbane to Sydney, which was 6 times the price of my plane ticket. Corrupt!"
