Best avoided until this has been completed. The flight was overbooked, and the cabin crew seemed stressed and very busy. As a long term frequent flyer with CX, this was a very disappointing experience."

And at the arrival gate in Toronto, AC already had a hotel package for me to stay overnight at Crowne Plaza Horel. Everything went so smoothly and professionally done. I am very impressed"

China Airlines screens are VASTLY superior in their hardware, their speed, and the quality of their UI. And running an ad before EVERY movie --- in business?! Khuyết điểm: "Boarding process in Manila is confusing as once you go through security they run your bag through again AT THE GATE. I don't think I've experience this at any airport and I've been to many countries. Also, once "corralled" in your assigned gate, there is limited seating. Getting in and out to go to the bathroom or get something to eat is a hassle. PAL international has it's own terminal (2) but all the airport lounges are in 3 or 1, and you have no access to those terminal once your in 2. Finally, the food option at PAL terminal is awful. For a major Philippines airline, I wish they would upgrade their terminal and make it more appealing for international travelers. For these reasons, I would consider flying another airline from US to Manila, e.g. Cathay Pacific, United, etc."

Most food shacks do not take credit card and no atms to get cash, come on this is 2018. Also my wife was unable to get her seats confirmed in Thailand for comection in Manila to Vancouver which meant having to line up in the basement in Manila and then argue that we wanted our seats together for the long haul home."

It is an inconvenience for family members picking you up and the flight is not on time as noted. Please advise properly so arrangements for pick up at the destination can be scheduled properly. Other than that , all was good."
