The entertainment system requires installation of an app, hence is practically useless since we do not have the app preinstalled in our device."

The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! Flight attendant assured me multiple times they would hold the connecting plane, and give us an escort off the plane to make it to the other gate as fast as possible. We arrive in Manila, and there is no special escort. They take us at a regular pace to a connections desk in the terminal. They delayed helping us so we missed the only other flight leaving that night for Bali. While the person at the transfer desk was supposed to be helping us get new connecting flights, they would stop helping us, and take care of other people that showed up at the desk. It took them 1 1/2 hours to rebook our flight. They tried to put us on a flight that took over 20 hours with connections for a direct flight we had missed that would take about 4 hours of flying. We had to get on Kayak.com ourselves to find a better connecting flight that left the next morning. After 1 1/2 hours, the attendant finally put on a flight that was similar to the one we found but slightly worse. They said they could not work with certain airlines leaving from Manila, which I did not understand. Then, they proceed to tell us to go wait in the terminal overnight for the flight leaving the next day. We had to directly ask them to give us a hotel room for the night, which they did upon our request, but were not going to offer it without us asking for it. I understand delays and missed flights are part of air travel. But we were routinely lied to, ignored, and flat out pushed aside during the rebooking process. It was a completely unacceptable way to treat a customer. Never fly Philippine Airlines if you can avoid it."

If we left on time this would not have happened. Wort 12 hours of my life ever spent in an airport/plane. WILL NEVER FLY JETSTAR EVER AGAIN!!!"

Had to pay for inflight entertainment, no snacks or food whatsoever. But the attendants weren’t attentive or even in the slightest bit polite."

They never said on the flight how much the baggage fee would be which ended up being 150$.. which is unprecedented. Had to pay for food and drinks even after getting delayed and cancelled.. they should have been included"

I asked an associate if I could move and they said no. I also was charged $100 for baggage when it weighed so little because my payment didn’t go through online which I didn’t realize till I got to the airport. I chose jet star as a cheaper option but ended up paying way more."

Khuyết điểm: "I had no idea this was a budget airlines when I booked and I tried to check in on line and couldn't and then had major issues with luggage being overweight. The staff helping me wasn't helpful and at times rude making sure that my weight limit didn't exceed 7 kilos"

Khuyết điểm: "Crying kids on flights drive me nuts. Not much can be done about it though. Also it is really mean of Jetstar to charge for inflight entertainment. I can understand charging food food and beverage, if they have lab our and procurement costs but running an entertainment screen costs them nothing. It is outright opportunism. Also while I'm on the topic, my continuing winger is luggage charge calculation. Why do I at 72kg with 10kg of luggage have to pay extra when a 150kg person doesn't. Air travel cost is directly proportional to payload. This has to change."

Khuyết điểm: "Excessive baggage charges. Very poor check in. Nobody was there to help us check in our bags as there was no check in counter. Not even a drop of water offered in the flight for free. Very narrow seats with no seat pockets to keep any personal articles."

Khuyết điểm: "The plane was over 2.5 hours late with no explanation. Coffee and tea were not free on this 9 hour flight on the morning rounds - one would sethink you back 4 whole dollars! The lady laughed at my flabbergasted face whend my jaw dropped and I said I couldn't afford that for water and a tea packet. Absolutely no value for cost, and beyond disappointing. I will spend whatever it takes to never use this airline again."

Khuyết điểm: "This is the cheapest company I ever used. During the booking process they did not mention that they have a 7 kg limit on carry on items. This is not the case when you attempt to book a flight within Australia; clearly deceiving foreign travelers. In any case, I paid extra $24 to check in a (20 kg) bag. When arrived to the airport I voluntarily weighted the hand bag which was 8.2 kg. I explained that I am an international traveler with no mean of exactly weighing the bag. They insisted on checking in the extra bag and charged me additional $50 to do so. With those hidden fees, I ended up paying more for the flight than the competitors. During the flight, they offer nothing for free (not even water or coffee)."

Khuyết điểm: "The website didn't let us know that we would have to pay a huge fee at the airport to put our bags on the plane. There were only two and they were not overweight, and still they cost us more than our two seats cost us. Then when we got on board they made us move out of the extra-knee-room seats we had paid for and into regular seats. It was not pleasant."
Khuyết điểm: "Service is terrible, they constantly change the rules so its different every time. They don't serve beverages on domestic flights but they also don't let you bring your own. They charge per kilo for bags being overweight. They weigh your carry on plus your personal items which can only add up to 7 kg and will charge you if you are over even if by just 1kg. Do not ever fly with jetstar."
Khuyết điểm: "Jetstar and similar Australian airlines are corrupt. You have to purchase additional luggage allowance 3 hours before flight time, and then it goes to $15AUD per pound. This was not clear to me. I was shocked when I was asked to pay $500 for my check-in luggage flying from Brisbane to Sydney, which was 6 times the price of my plane ticket. Corrupt!"
