I don't think I've experience this at any airport and I've been to many countries. Also, once "corralled" in your assigned gate, there is limited seating. Getting in and out to go to the bathroom or get something to eat is a hassle. PAL international has it's own terminal (2) but all the airport lounges are in 3 or 1, and you have no access to those terminal once your in 2. Finally, the food option at PAL terminal is awful. For a major Philippines airline, I wish they would upgrade their terminal and make it more appealing for international travelers. For these reasons, I would consider flying another airline from US to Manila, e.g. Cathay Pacific, United, etc."

Also my wife was unable to get her seats confirmed in Thailand for comection in Manila to Vancouver which meant having to line up in the basement in Manila and then argue that we wanted our seats together for the long haul home."

Ưu: "I was really amazed with all the staff working for the airline. They were all very nice and helped so much with my handicapped mother before, during, and after our flight. It was already a long flight and very difficult so the staff definitely helped tremendously. The staff were very accommodating all throughout the flight. Very impressive customer service."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight left Singapore 4 hours late. It caused me to not be able to take my fiancé to the movies before bed. I also only got 6 hours of sleep last night instead of 8. They didn't have any in flight entertainment for a 4 hour flight. It was really bare bones and it was slightly more expensive than other choices."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight said on time but we sat on the tarmac for an hour just to depart. Arrival was supposed to be "on Time" but in reality 1 hour late. It is an inconvenience for family members picking you up and the flight is not on time as noted. Please advise properly so arrangements for pick up at the destination can be scheduled properly. Other than that , all was good."
