It would be MUCH better for ANA and the customer to begin the checkin process 3.5 to 4hours prior instead of 3."

Frankly, if I buy a window seat I should have the option to look out the window if I'm not disturbing my neighbors."

The flight attendants were also really conscientious but also discrete about making sure that things were comfortable to passengers, for example making sure that windows were closed most of the time and lights were down so that people could sleep in between meals, and moving someone that was sick to a more comfortable and private seat, both for the sake of the sick individual and for the comfort of the people that had initially been sitting around them. -The complementary movie options were great and really helped pass the time on the 24+hr flight from NYC to Western Australia. -1 free large checked bag, which was very nice. -I think the complementary food and snacks were really yummy and generous, for airline food. I very much enjoyed the meals and snacks. Also, the complementary wine was a nice treat and tasted surprisingly good. -The complementary pillows and blankets were nice, warm, and soft. -The flights were on time, much better than American airlines that I've flown on. -The bathrooms were cleaned regularly throughout the flight and were much cleaner and nicer smelling than other airlines that I've been on."
Khuyết điểm: "The only thing thing that could really be improved upon (which is not as much the airline's fault as the plane manufacturer's fault) is that the economy seats and cabin layout could be more comfortable for long flights. I understand how hard it must be to design a plane that fits that many people and that's comfortable for 24+hrs of flying, but a few improvements could relatively easily be made I think, which would improve the experience dramatically: -If the seats were softer (and perhaps more ergonomically designed with an average person's shape in mind) it would make a world of difference, I think. -Being able to put the arm up on the wall side of the window seat would make it much more comfortable. -Padding on the arms would also help. -Of course more leg space and wider seats would make a world of difference, but I know that is tough to do since space is limited."

Flight from London - Chicago was delayed 6 hours. Of course missed connection in Chicago. Spent night in Chicago and arrived home 48 hours after leaving for Venice airport."

Ưu: "The business class cabin is one of the best in the business with a great seat and onboard product. The food was good and the snack bar is great for when you need something mid-flight. American has one of the best selections of inflight entertainment with tons of movies and TV shows available for their long-haul flights."
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding at Sydney International Airport was a bit of a chore. There is a pre-screening area where they check passports and boarding passes prior to reaching the gate. People are randomly selected for secondary screening. Give yourself extra time to board."

Khuyết điểm: "I got stuck in Dallas overnight with no place to stay and no compensation"

Khuyết điểm: "I am still not feeling well to travel, so I was staying at home and no Madrid, may be in the fall or winter when I get better, I will visit Madrid one more time."

Ưu: "Lots of on-demand entertainment."
Khuyết điểm: "Seats in economy are too narrow. When the person in front of me reclined his seat, I couldn't see the video screen. Food was bad."

Ưu: "The flight attendant was nice"
Khuyết điểm: "The flight was delayed by almost 2 hours. Then when we got on the plane we sat on the runway for over 2 hours. We weren't offered any food or beverage until after 2 hours of sitting on the runway. First class was given drinks before the plane even went to the runway. They were very inconsiderate of us in coach. First class was more important. All we got was a drink and crackers after 2 hours of sitting on the runway"

Ưu: "The crew was nice and came by often."
Khuyết điểm: "There was a dog on the 10 hour flight, I thought United Airlines had an 8 hour limit. The dog barked throughout the flight, so obviously it was a pet not a service animal. UA needs to enforce its own policy."

Ưu: "Flight was comfortable and quick. Crew was friendly"
Khuyết điểm: "Suitcase arrived brokken off the belt. If was in good shape when checked in at Chicago for the last leg of a 17 flight round the world trip. Typical to have baggage handled very poorly in US."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight delayed. Did not have service till an hour + into the flight as someone was sick and all staff was attending to that situation. Luggage was 30+ minutes delayed. Ugh, I had my pick up constantly having to circle the pu area!"

Khuyết điểm: "The crew was friendly but because of 5 flight delays we missed our connections in Amsterdam and got stuck in Houston for the night. United airlines did not even give us a voucher for a hotel this causing us to spend more money. We will now arrive in Amsterdam a whole day late missing our check in"

Ưu: "The whole experience was fine, as expected for today’s standard."

Ưu: "Lufthansa was great"
Khuyết điểm: "TSA in SFO treated us like vermin. Issuing confusing orders and barking at us to come and go. I almost cried that I had returned to this beautiful country to be treated like an unwelcome criminal."

Ưu: "Decent Crew! Good in flight beverage service and comfortable seats"
Khuyết điểm: "I wasn't able to check-in from my phone ( United is stuck in 1980's) Forced me to use Ticket Kiosk at Airport. Wouldn't print out a boarding pass and wanted ticketing agent to verify my luggage. I had an empty backpack and a small laptop case, she told me only one piece allowed, seriously?? She made me put my laptop in my backpack and the carrying case as well. The boarding pass didn't assign a seat to me and told me that I have to get another boarding pass at gate.. Simply unacceptable. I am a frequent flyer with Frontier and Spirit pirit, thanks to those Airlines which never treated me bad and gave me hassle like United did. No more United for me ever. WiFi was advertised but never worked inspite of me wanting to pay for it."

Ưu: "Love the warnings like where to pick up luggage"

Ưu: "kosher meals were on plane. extra legroom was comfortable. Good choice of movies"
Khuyết điểm: "We started to board on time and after group 1 boarded, they said they pulled the crew for a different flight and we needed to wait til 1:30 AM ( 2.5 hours delay) to board. Then 30 minutes later they called us back after finding another crew. It was very chaotic and made not sense"

Ưu: "Flew First Class, so: - Got to eat an drink good stuff... - Plane/seats were clean"
Khuyết điểm: "But it could have been Economy because: - Had to ask for everything, even a greeting and a welcome aboard drink - Cabin Crew's attitude was very poor; the looks we got! - There was no on-board entertainment or Internet available - Crew gave us outdated customs forms so everyone was delayed because we had to locate proper forms and fill the out upon arrival"

Ưu: "I paid for extra space and it satisfy my needs."
Khuyết điểm: "The personnel service during the flight was mediocre. In my opinion they don’t know what is customer satisfaction. They have to show that they like what they do with a simple smile. They are not doing the customer a favor . That is their job a good customer satisfaction"

Ưu: "A flight attendant went out of her way to bring my wife some nuts from first class, since she said she missed having the packages of nuts and pretzels in economy."
Khuyết điểm: "The stand-by for business class upgrade process is anything but clear."

Ưu: "I like the boarding, crew."
Khuyết điểm: "There was not enough legroom. I felt squished in my seat. I had same seat while going and coming to Chicago and that was 38B. It was all the way back and the middle seat. I was uncomfortable through out the flight and could not wait to get off from the little space I had."

Ưu: "That I slept all the way"

Ưu: "Crews were great, customer service was great! Rescheduled several times due to weather."

Ưu: "The crew was great and loved being able to board first with my baby without paying extra."

Ưu: "The econmy class seat was just fine for a cross atlantic flight from Chicago to Paris and I am almost 60! Good entertainment and service. Seats were comfortable. Language was not a barrier. Good value because it was non-stop and a no hassle plane changing circus! Thanks."

Ưu: "Had to return early as my mom passed away. Was able to get flight next day and chg fee of $200 was refunded with proof of death"
Khuyết điểm: "Flight was late and i could not get an aisle seat, altho I had to chg from original flight just 2 days before this flight"

Ưu: "The crew on the plane was great."
Khuyết điểm: "I HATED that our flight was delayed. Not even delayed once or twice, but a total of 6 times?! thats just ridiculous. Sitting in the airport for over 6 hours should NEVER be tolerated."

Ưu: "Cute nice attendant."
Khuyết điểm: "Pretty sad their old planes are way more comfortable than their new ones. Overall flights to get home were much better than flights out of town. Overall though, hoping to never fly United again."

Ưu: "Friendly staff, on time, small snack was good"

Ưu: "The crew was comfortable and friendly, overall cruisy for a 14 hr flight."
Khuyết điểm: "We departed 1.5 hrs late, over a baggage discrepancy and had to return from the tarmac to the gate, which seemed unnecessary and probably had something to do with the same passenger they were calling every five minutes for over an hour before we even began boarding. We then arrived late, which extremely rushed my already super tight transfer in LAX and cause a lot of stress and frustration with the airline."

Khuyết điểm: "It cost me money to rent a hotel to stay overnight and get here in the morning and my flight was still delayed because there was no body to tow the the plane and bring it to the gate . Miss work , miss appointments , etc . Pharmacy about to shortdown because of this poor notifications . Could have gotten an American Airlines direct flight to Dallas in the morning and minimize the situation"

Ưu: "Head Flight Attendant Lynn gave 1st class service! She was a delight."

Khuyết điểm: "Good very poor Crew no interest to service, asked for landing immigration card, crew just answer haven't you got it? Then walk away"

Ưu: "Did make the connection to Chicago after running to the gate-last 2 to board before cabin was locked."
Khuyết điểm: "Sat on the runway for approx an hour-no wear to park. Almost missed connection. If we weren't in good shape, would never have made it."

Khuyết điểm: "I reserved an aisle seat and at the last minute, my seat was changed to a middle seat. Dude told me it was a better seat without saying it was a middle seat. Crew gave me an aisle seat once I was aboard."

Ưu: "Attendant attitude"
Khuyết điểm: "Noise in the cabin. Food was only two options, none vegetarian. Bathrooms locked all the time."

Ưu: "The flight boarded early and orderly. We were able to take off a few minutes early because of that. Flight & seats were very comfortable. Crew were very courteous & professional (even at that early hour). Arrived at SFO approx. 15-20 minutes early. Wish all of my flights went this great. Thank You"
Khuyết điểm: "I didn't order any food, was only given a snack so I can't really comment on food. There were plenty of drinks offered by crew throughout entire flight."

Khuyết điểm: "A 1 hour delay in Brussels, combined with the complexity that is Dulles resulted our missing our connecting flight. The United employee who rebooked us for the late-night flight five hours later put my wife and me on separate rows, requiring a second wait in the lengthening lines to sort out. Avoid Dulles. Avoid United."

Ưu: "Flight attendants wear very pleasant and polite. PA system worked very well I was able to understand all notices and instructions. Thank you to the crews."

Ưu: "The crew were nice"
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding from the rear of the plane would be more efficient and quicker. Most airlines already do this."

Ưu: "Not one thing."
Khuyết điểm: "I chose to fly UA back from a trip to Fort Worth because your price was cheaper than the airline I normally use. Boy do I know why! You have the rudest staff I have ever encountered. My day started out at 6:30am with one of your staff members rudely telling me I had to check my bag, which met all of the dimension requirements you put in place, because two notches on the back side of the carry on did not allow it to completely slide into the display. This women waited until you were halfway through the security line to call you back and make you measure the suitcase. So then you had to walk back through a long line and find yourself even FURTHER back in the line to get through security. She was so unprofessional- not compassionate, unpleasant attitude, and was all about making sure as many people as possible had to pay the extra $25 for a checked bag. The person I flew with is a military wife and you would not honor the free checked bag because her husband was not on the trip and this policy was not included anywhere on her flight documents. Again, the "customer service" reps were rude to her about this and she had to pay the $25 to check her bag. You do not believe in offering quality customer service or ensuring that we have a pleasant experience, you want our money and look to us as an opportunity to make a dollar. Never again!!!"

Ưu: "I had a window seat, which was fine."
Khuyết điểm: "I checked in for both my flights before departing on my red eye. When I landed in Newark I found out I had been bumped from my connection to Portland because United had oversold my flight. The next confirmed flight they could put me on to Portland was the next morning, 24 hours later! I ended up flying to Boston and taking a bus up to Portland, arriving seven hours after I was supposed to, exhausted. United customer service was indifferent and unhelpful. I will never fly United again, no matter the cost difference."

Khuyết điểm: "I am 6' 5" and my wife is 6' and we are both thin. She had the middle seat and I had the window. There was not enough leg room and we were squeezed in shoulder to shoulder. This was for the flight from San Francisco to Portland."

Khuyết điểm: "No food was offered and no entertainment except with pay."

Ưu: "The flight took off on time and landed early. Well done in the flight deck!"
Khuyết điểm: "The quality of the food served (in economy) on this flght was far below what is normaly expect from United (which isn't much!). If this is United's new meal service for trans-Pacific flights then Delta may be a better option for future "cattle class" flights... The flight was fully booked in all classes. The flight attendants were lazy, at best, and I seriously question their training and competence. I travel this route on a regular basis, every three months, and I've never experienced such poor quality of service from United."

Ưu: "that they warned me the plane was extra small and checked my carry-on at the gate for free."
Khuyết điểm: "that they didn't really advertise how small of a plane I would be flying. I guess you're supposed to research every plane before purchasing tickets now."

Khuyết điểm: "We had to land in San Antonio due to bad weather (understandable), but the customer service was appalling. They kept passengers on the plane for 3 hours and 45 minutes, which is prohibited by federa law. They failed to provide additional snacks when the passengers were on the plane for over 7.5 hours, and made it seem like it was such a nuisance when we asked for water. They were able to pass out one cookie by hour 6 but the flight attendant made it VERY clear that they had to do "so much paperwork" to get it approved. The flight attendants were rude, inconsiderate, and when asked what the game plan was after our 4 hour delay, their response was, ""not sure, not my department." If they didn't have answers, that's fine, but the manner and careless tone in which they replied was inconsiderate and insincere. When we finally landed at our half way destination in Houston, the flight attendant made a comment about how she can't get home due to all of the delays without considering that half of the passengers had the same dilemma and paid hundreds of dollars for their flights! The flight attendant had no empathy or respect and I would NEVER take this airline again. We spent the night at the airport and are still trying to find a flight to our destinatiom in New York :("
