Japanese-style hospitality, respect and quality of service (which is beyond the heavens) shows from check-in to landing (and even post-landing.) The in-flight meals, inspired by Japanese recipes of the Japanese destination or origin, were finely made - that goes even for Economy Class. When there was a delay that was ultimately out of their control, they made things right with post-landing arrangements. Never take any other country's airline when flying into Japan - always always ALWAYS take ANA whenever you can. (Avoid codeshares, too!!)"

Well, had 2 travel events today…. While I had to wait 4 & 1/2 hrs to board in Toronto to Atlanta (got on w/5 minutes to fare, totally not your fault) but was originally was supposed to go the day earlier but didn’t find out the flight was cancelled and I was put on another flight the next day (lost $$$) due to arranging a day rental in Atlanta…. The 2nd flight was great! Kudos!
The lead cabin crew was a bit “no nonsense” which in some ways was great because it helped us secure the plane and get out on time. In some ways, she seemed a bit too abrupt with some travelers.
The food was just amazing.

My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."

They also took beverages bought at the gift shops, right before getting on the plane which was unusual. Overall ground crew was not very customer service oriented. In flight crew was better."

Fortunately for the first leg of the trip (Santiago-Lima) there was an empty seat by her and I took it; and for the second leg (Lima-Los Angeles) the passenger next to her was upgraded on the last minute and left his seat for me. Latam has great service, but must let customers choose their seats or guarantee assigning adjacent seats to passengers traveling together, The process for servicing of the plane during the stop-over in Lima could be improved. I know it is hard to do minor cleaning, tidy-up, and replacement of pillows & blankets while many passengers remain on board, but at least there should be an announcement describing what the passengers are to expect during the stop-over."

Upon purchasing the ticket, it stated that, checked bags would be $30 each, so I expected to pay only $30 for my second bag, being as my first checked bag came with the price of the ticket….instead, I was charged $75 for my second bag and not $30, like the price I saw… :-( very disappointing.. I was tricked.,.
Boarding and online chkin was very good, food was not to the expectations.

Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Ưu: "The stewardesses were extremely kind and helpful to me as I was travelling alone with my toddler. I really appreciated their help and kindness."
Khuyết điểm: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Ưu: "Although we departed late from Paris, it arrived on time to Mexico City. Most of the stewardess very professional and kind."
Khuyết điểm: "Although we traveled in Business, all business cabins were full of children, tired crying, walking around. My suggestion to AIR France would be that the small cabin of business were assigned to adults only. Regarding food, some options were not available when our turn came."

Then bad info at airport which led to multiple trips through security trying to make weight on a bag that should have been checked but was told didn't need to. Ended up missing flight, having to rebook at full fare and no one knows where the bag that was checked is. STAY AWAY!"

Ưu: "Missed connection and it was airport not Delta that was the problem. Not a good way to start a vacation. Rating is for the Paris Airport, not the flight crew or Air France employees. Still sitting in the airport when we should be at our destination."
Khuyết điểm: "Hundreds of people missed their flights. Delta had us into Paris with an hour and a half to get to connecting flight. Missed flight due to huge delay in passport approval. They seemed completely unprepared."

Khuyết điểm: "Walked all over the terminal looking for signage for Croatia Airlines. Information services sent me to the right location, but it was marked Air France. I asked serval Air France employees for Croatia Air. None new that Air France was the CA carrier. Finally found one who bothered to look it up on her computer and low and behold, AF was the carrier!"
Ưu: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Khuyết điểm: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Rediculous cost just to have my family sit together. What kind of airline separates kids from parents and then asks for even more money to put us together.

Khuyết điểm: "Passengers were not wearing the mask appropriately and the AA crew didn’t do anything about it. The flight was so packed that was not space for social distancing. As a healthcare professional I just feel that AA is not really concerned with doing their part to avoid the spread of the virus and minimize the number of deaths from the actual pandemic. As a professional that has been in the frontline to combat this pandemic I don’t feel safe traveling in the AA flights anymore. I don’t feel that AA cares abouymy well-being and health to keep going where is need to fight this cause. I’m sorry I’m very disappointed and frustrated after this experience."

I was in the middle seat between two large men breathing down on me while they slept. It was a nightmare. On a flight that long the seats shouldn’t be that close in proximity nor should larger passengers be allowed to sit in seats too small for their body type. That’s not discrimination that’s logical."

(Short staffed) she didn’t offer me a seat or apologize for no availability. Costumer service should be number one when you work with people everyday."

Ưu: "I usually don't like or at the meal in coach, but I had a ravioli pasta dish that was great. Also the wine was a much better quality then what I have been getting on the other airlines."
Khuyết điểm: "On my particular row of seats the power outlets were dead. The flight attendant tried to reset, which reset the entertainment but the outlet remained dead. Used the USB port to charge."

Khuyết điểm: "Our seats had no power and couldn't adjust. The crew manually did it for us but we never got it to go close to flat. We were on an old 757 which is such an embarrassing product for AA compared to the new or refurbished planes."

Khuyết điểm: "AA changed my flight plans which resulted in a 4.5 hour layover in Philly. The gates were filthy, there is not much selection for in-flight food and nothing for entertainment. I couldn't even find an outlet that worked at the gate."
