Japanese-style hospitality, respect and quality of service (which is beyond the heavens) shows from check-in to landing (and even post-landing.) The in-flight meals, inspired by Japanese recipes of the Japanese destination or origin, were finely made - that goes even for Economy Class. When there was a delay that was ultimately out of their control, they made things right with post-landing arrangements. Never take any other country's airline when flying into Japan - always always ALWAYS take ANA whenever you can. (Avoid codeshares, too!!)"

As a healthcare professional I just feel that AA is not really concerned with doing their part to avoid the spread of the virus and minimize the number of deaths from the actual pandemic. As a professional that has been in the frontline to combat this pandemic I don’t feel safe traveling in the AA flights anymore. I don’t feel that AA cares abouymy well-being and health to keep going where is need to fight this cause. I’m sorry I’m very disappointed and frustrated after this experience."

Personable, friendly service. Crew interactions always naturally pleasant and polite. The crew really enjoy their job and interactions with one another. Public Addresses are all smooth, clear and unambiguous - this instils confidence. Landing was butter-smooth in what seemed to be challenging and turbulent conditions - Kudos to the flight crew. Boarding and airport experience were good also.

Khuyết điểm: "I'm disappointed that I had to pay to watch the flight tracker, that it wasn't a free option and I had to be continually subjected to commercials that were irrelevant to me."
Ưu: "The crew was so sweet and helpful. They were nice and very helpful to passengers and to one another. One of my most enjoyable fights. On time and arrived early"

Khuyết điểm: "Noise in the cabin. Food was only two options, none vegetarian. Bathrooms locked all the time."
Ưu: "The flight crew stayed calm and polite as people were frustrated with the boarding process and a few other errors. The communication was clear and consistent about our delay due to the rain and when we would be landing as well."
Khuyết điểm: "The two gates were boarding separate aircrafts and the lines because a cluster of confused and irritated people. It was hard to board with all the confusion as our gate kept changing where to line up with our groups and eventually we were able to board. Some of the flight crew was a little snappy when the seatbelt light was on for a long time and people had to use the restroom."
Ưu: "The Crew. Honestly I hope United doesn't mess up the one thing going for them."

Khuyết điểm: "Ticket agents did not communicate with passengers on why there was a delay and weren't willing to help passengers find alternate routes to their destination."
