Ưu: "Crew knew that I had a tight connection in Seattle so they moved me to first class for the last 20 min of the flight so that I could de-plane first. There were also representatives waiting in various locations throughout the airport with signs to make sure we made our connecting flights. A rep even met me at my next departure gate to ensure that I had made it!"

We had a very short connection but were met as we got off our first flight in Seoul and given great instructions about how to quickly get to our connection through security while our flight to SFO was being held for 15 minutes. The food was very good, choice of movies and TV excellent. Our bags made it to SFO despite the short connection. All in all I couldn't ask for a better way to make a 20 hr trip to the other side of the world."
Never more flight with your company!!!
When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.

The flight was delayed at least one hour. The bathroom inside the aircraft was really dirty. On the other hand the cabin crew was really nice.
I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past
The flight from Rome to Ams was delayed. The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

I did not enjoy the food."

Imagine my surprise when I check-in for an international flight and I'm told I can't check any luggage because it isn't included on my ticket. I ended up paying $210 to check two bags. Also expect to pay a bit more for decent seat assignments. My default seat assignment was at the very back of the plane, right against the rear bulkhead where seats often can't recline. So, another $60 to move elsewhere."

Bus driver could not tell me for sure what time we were going to be picked up in the morning - maybe 6:30 AM? I was told. No one at the gate gave me this information either. I was ready at 6:15 AM and the bus was full. I waited for second bus. No breakfast at the hotel. Flight to Santiago was uneventful and crew during the flight were polite."

Khuyết điểm: "My original flight was supposed to land at 8:55pm but I was notified that it had been changed to land closer to midnight which was a problem because my hotel closed at midnight. After talking to the customer service agent at the airport he told me the reason my flight had changed was because my original airplane was flying out of another airport and the only way to make the flight that I had booked was to take a cab ride to the other airport. What he didn't explain was that its a 45+ minute drive between the two airports and I only had about 1.5 hours to get my bag, get on the taxi, check in at the other airport, clear security AND customs. Somehow by the grace of god it all came together but it was certainly a harrowing experience, not to mention the $45 I lost in cab fares. I cannot recommend LAN/LATAM."

I spent another hour making the complain. I had to come back to the airport in the evening and spent another hour for my baggages. Unfortunate i waist my first day in the airport and only spent 3 days with my family. Also the day that I had to return to USA the LATAN fly was late 1 and a half hour."

No online check-in, so not ideal for business travellers having to queue to check-in at Zurich airport

Khuyết điểm: "The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value."

And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

Not only did I miss my flight, I had to book for the next day at a outrageous price. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOTH KAYAK and PRICELINE. Will never recommend you guys to anyone."

Khuyết điểm: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Khuyết điểm: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."

Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Everything was fine except the meal we ordered was not available which made no sense since they asked me ahead of time to order a meal.
Multiple delays. Could have been more honest on delay, so could have rebooked elsewhere. Multiple cancelled connecting flights. No compensation. Could not fix myself online. Had to wait on call back.
Check-in in airport was painless with no queue and our queries were dealt with efficiently. Flight was comfortable. Food and service was not as good as outbound flight, but still OK.
Flight was cancelled. Caused missed connections and hundreds of dollars in lost hotel /tour fees. Kayak wouldn’t rebook connecting flights. Terrible.
The flight departed from CDG on time and was almost one hour early arriving in PHL. The on board cabin service in business class was mediocre at best. Make sure to pre-order your meal before travel because two selections were not available during flight. Quality of food is basic American with no creativity or imagination for the route of travel. Glad to use Global Entry on arrival at PHL; it did not take too long to wait for luggage in spite of several other overseas arrivals at PHL at the same time. Airlines should do a better job of staggering the departure times of international flights so that they do not all arrive at the destination at the same time. As an Executive Platinum American Airlines traveler (who paid full fare), I did not receive any special recognition before, during, or after my flight.

I understand delays happen, but we've had two late evening flights turn into red-eyes while traveling with one of our children. Will not be flying American Airlines again."

There are no USB ports nor are there electric Outlets, yet you're expected to use your own tablet or phone to access their entertainment. When flying across the country that's a little ridiculous in this day and age."

Comprendo que pueden haber descompuestos en el avión y cambiarlo por otro pero al menos al re asignar asientos deberían ver los lugares iniciales que tenía cada uno y no dejar a quienes habían solicitado con anticipación los primeros en el último, literalmente en los últimos puestos.
