They ran out of the bibimbap in economy
There was nothing what I like about Delta. I was trying to purchase tickets with Korean Air but it was operated by Delta. There was just one thing that just learned from this experience is I won’t flight Delta. Horrible service

Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

Ưu: "This was my first time flying ANA (LAX to Haneda and back) and I have to admit it was surprisingly great. I am a pretty tall guy and found the room for my feet in economy to be more than adequate even though i found myself in a middle seat both flights. The flight attendants were extremely attentive, even as my flights were both overnight/red-eyes. The selection of movies available at each seat was pretty good and included your standard Hollywood stuff along with a decent selection of Japanese film, television, and various documentaries. Whether or not subtitles are available for non-Japanese speakers for Japanese language media was kind of hit and miss (I actually did browse around quite a bit), but I was impressed nonetheless. I would warn some western based travelers that they may not find the food to be all that appetizing. I chose the Japanese style option both flights (rice, miso, salad, fish), however I know that had I had any of my family members along for the flight they would have gone with the international option and they probably wouldn't have enjoyed it all that much."

Ưu: "The flight was less busy than usual (it was an Easter Sunday departure) and so service was a bit more relaxed and friendly than usual instead of just efficient. Left gate a few minutes early and arrived 20 min early in Tokyo. Flight time is pretty good - 8pm departure which gives time for a relaxed day sightseeing in Dusseldorf before going to the airport in the late afternoon, Arrival in Tokyo is about 2pm which would be a good time to check in to hotels and relax. Food was good - dinner after take-off and a brunch-type meal a few hours before landing. Entertainment system is also very good although I'd flown a lot recently so seen the films I wanted to see already. Sometimes ANA are just "good" but this one was the best one I've flown recently."

I love my experience with this airline. The crew was very accommodating and the service was more than excellent. It felt like being home up in the clouds.

Even worse: chaotic deplaning with one crew member telling passengers to deplane and another yelling at them in the bridge for doing so. A mess of lines trying to get a new boarding pass for a rebooked missed connection—at the front of the line the agent said oh, you need to wait in this other line. Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing."

Even the serving utensils were solid metal and had a very high quality feel to it. Having an endless supply of mid flight snacks was also appreciatd I always like the warm wet towels, which were offered at take off and landing. The entertainment choices were endless, but because it had USB and regular power, I was able to work on my laptop and listen to my podcasts on phone without worrying about running out of battery."

The amenities kit was a bit on the cheap side. Also, only the supplied two prong headphones could be used with the entertainment system, I would have preferred an option to use my high end ones -- this was the main reason I chose to just work and listen to my own music/podcasts instead of watching a movie. We boarded and disembarked through the business sections and the aisles were too narrow. The announcements were hard to hear and the temperature was set too low for half of the flight (to kept fluctuating requiring constant adjustment of blanket/jacket). Having said that will keep flying them."

Broken entertainment screen, would not stay upright, due to several hundred thousand past passengers bashing into it after having first trodden on the unfortunate passengers feet! Crew unresponsive with drink and food requests, I had to ask for services multiple times on several occasions. Pressing my 'attendant button' my light was lit for 10 minutes before a crew member noticed. My first trip on Singapore, my expectations were not met. Shame"

It was clean and neat on top at any time. I love flying with Singapore airlines. I feel safe and in good hands all around. This is how service should be at any airline! No more slippers, eyes cover and no more other necessities for intercontinental flights ! What a shame for SQ to save the money on such important things for passengers. Staff was over indulging, someone would say - fake kindness shown ..."

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in

This was a loss of an entire day of our vacation. This was our first time traveling with American. We will never book with them again."

The guy working at the madrid ticketing counter that helped me check in my bags. Super cool dude. Very easy to talk to. Spoke perfect English and spanish because he was raised in usa but his mom is from spain. He was very detailed in I was going to have to navigate both madrid and dallas airports."
Khuyết điểm: "The VERY first American Airline lady I met at Madrid airport who was like the first greeter. I was looking at all the different posted signs to see where to go and she says “hola” and i say “hola” back. She asked me which class i was in i said whichever the normal one is. All while im inching my way towards where i seem to already to know where to go. The lady kind of snaps at me and says “stop excuse me im talking to you.” I wasnt really walking away from this lady, i was inching towards what seemed to be i needed to go(and in fact was where i needed to go). I am fully capable of listening and moving at the same time. I dont need to be scolded like 5 year old child because she thinks I wasn’t listening to her. I was listening and progressing towards the place i need to be at the same time and also using two different languages in my head in order to talk to her. So that is just what i would call mulitasking for a person and not grounds for someone to use a parenting tactic on another adult at 730am."

Khuyết điểm: "Cons: The leg room was as bad as spirit. I was struggling for a while with my bag, and none of the flight attendants thought to help. Flight attendants ran into me a few times waking me up, and I wake up apologizing not them. Also, so darn painfully cold in the back of the cabin."

Nasty attitudes and forced me to check in a bag that is made and approved by airlines to be considered a carry-on making me miss my 6 am flight to then book me on a 930am flight that was delayed for about an hour. I've never experienced this with any other airline before. Very disappointed"
Ưu: "The American Airways gate agent was very helpful fixing the problem that British Airways created. She went out of her way to get me booked on AA flights to catch my BA flight from London to Riyadh."
Khuyết điểm: "My original flight was cancelled and the first available flight was 3 days later. BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."
Ưu: "Nothing... did not end up taking the flight as when we got to the airport to check in they told us that they overbooked and we had to take a flight the next morning. They did offer to put us up in a hotel and pay for the taxi to and from but we were not pleased. We needed to get to our destination that night so we had to buy tickets on another airline."

Ưu: "An agent found me a window seat for the Chicago-Barcelona leg of the trip with extra leg room. That was amazing. Also, the lost luggage assistant for American Airlines was super helpful and nice. Also, the 787 (I think that was the Chicago-Barcelona craft) was a very enjoyable airplane. It was super smooth. It had high tech windows that adjusted the amount or type of light that could filter through the windows depending on the settings."
