Both flights SIN<-->MAN had very cold cabins. Why does it have to be very cold?

The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

Even worse: chaotic deplaning with one crew member telling passengers to deplane and another yelling at them in the bridge for doing so. A mess of lines trying to get a new boarding pass for a rebooked missed connection—at the front of the line the agent said oh, you need to wait in this other line. Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing."

The flights were delayed by a few minutes, which led to me stressing to make it on time to my flights, and I felt dehydrated and nauseous. Also the website doesn’t specify that we will have to purchase meals either before hand or on board, and that the airlines only took cash and no credit card. It was miserable, a whole 20+ hour flight with lots of stress of catching my flight, checking and the checking my baggage, and being hungry and thirsty because I didn’t carry enough cash on me."

Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

The Crew was really helpfull and nice, A/C was coold for me but for others i think it is ok and the food not bad and not that good. The Thailand Airways employee at the Indera Ghandi Airport " Indian guy " was very bad he hold us for 2 hrs and then he run away letting us the last people at the transit counter and couse us to be so late and about to lose our flight to Bangkok, for nothing. He asked us of we have a retuern ticket, and we told him that we have not because we are traveling for treatment, and then he asked us to wait for 2 minutes, After we wait for a long time he just run away, And after we asked the lady she said ok no need now for return tickets and she gave us the accsess to the gate.

I am partially deaf.all the bulk head sits were given to Thai. The food were unpalatable.The worst I had.No tooth brushes no snacks in between. I will never fly this horrible airlines."

They lacked flavor and were not properly cooked. In-flight entertainment options was old and in-seat monitors were small."

This caused me & my boyfriend to miss a ferry we were scheduled to take in Krabi. We lost almost an entire day of our trip because of this."

There are a lot of toilet stalls which is the best thing about this flight. I guess the compliment goes to the engineer or designer who decide this Boeing then."
Khuyết điểm: "I found the airline has a double standard and treats people with different races differently. I am Thai and was travelling with two seniors (my parents). We checked in together but they put me in another row when the same row with my parents are vacant (two seats left). My mother seat's was an aisle seat and the air condition was stronger than other seats. The flight attendance did not do anything so my father switched his seat with hers. No one came to ask if my mother still feel cold or if my father ever feel anything. There was another Westerner who also felt cold. The flight attendance came to ask him several times how he felt and was trying very hard to accommodate him with great empathy. Then the person who sat next to me could not decide what she would like to have for dinner. There were pork and chicken option. The lady chose pork at first, opened the cover, closed it and returned it to the flight attendance asking for chicken option. The flight attendance gave the opened dish to my father. I did not tell my father and I felt very bad. I think the lady next to me was disgusting, the flight attendance was disgusting and ill responsible to the customer's well being. I think this is a very poor professional ethic. It was raining when we landed and we needed to take a shuttle to the gate. A perfect flying experience after a long trip!!! I fly long distance quite often but rarely chose Thai Airway. Every time I fly with Thai Airway, there will be something that makes me feel horrible to be born as a Thai. This will be my last time flying with Thai Airway. TG 665 Shanghai - Bangkok Seat 31 B and C please do not show any option for Thai Airway the next time I search for a flight!!!"

Unfortunately when I went to check-in they couldn't find me in the system and I wasn't showing a reservation. The Airline crew was great and allowed me to board but I had to wait 30 minutes for them to get approval even though I had my electronic ticket and I had paid for the flight

Khuyết điểm: "I have been a gluten-sensitive foodie for 7 years. I am not vegetarian. I still eat sugar, salt, spices, dairy, and fat. I have order a GF special meal for the past 3 or 4 trips I’ve flown but I always end up asking for one of the regular meals instead because the GF meals are SO awful. They are completely devoid of all salt, sauces, spices or any flavor, and are so bland that it’s like eating astronaut cardboard food. For example...the last flight I took (Manila-San Francisco), the regular meal options were a chicken sausage dish with some mashed potatoes and veggies, a wonderful colorful julienne vegetable salad, a flan pudding (GF by nature) and some bread with butter. The other option was a delicious smelling pork belly over rice (seriously some of the best pork belly I’ve ever had) and some veggies with the same sides. Everything was gluten-free except for the bread roll and looked much more colorful and fresher overall. By contrast, the GF “special” meal that I received was a plain chicken breast with no salt, steamed veggies that were overcooked and mushy to the point of colorless baby food, with no spices or sauces, a watered-down fruit salad, a rice cake with no butter and a banana instead of dessert. I was amazed at how bland and flavorless it was. Gluten-free does not mean sugar-free, low-fat, or dairy free. It simply means the absence of wheat flour. I still like sauces and spices. And I still like butter. A non-fruit dessert would have been nice. And since when does gluten-free mean flavor-free? I would have MUCH rather preferred the regular meal option with just a gluten-free rice cake substitute. Thank god they had extra regular meals for me to eat instead. Point being…if you’re not extreme celiac and just gluten-sensitive, I recommend ordering off the regular menu and just omitting the bread roll. The flavorless meal isn’t worth it!"

I've never in my life had to exit an airport on a layover to re-enter again and go through the entire check-in process from scratch. There are no signs anywhere that tell you you will have to go through security a SECOND time once you're at the gate. I'm diabetic and need to have water on me at all times. I can't get dehydrated. I had no clue I woudn't be able to take the bottles of water I PURCHASED AT THE AIRPORT!!! with me on the plane. I've never experienced that in all my years of flying. No other airline or airport has ever made you throw out the water that you purchased at the airport. So I wasted my money there. PLUS, the only vendor that had any sort of appetizing food that I could eat as a diabetic was a cash only vendor. They took USD, great, but they were using a conversion chart from May 2017 (I was flying in March 2018) so the exchange rate was in THEIR favor. And they won't give you USD in change. They give you Philippine money in change. So I get screwed on the exchange rate on BOTH sides of the transaction. Plus, what am I going to do with Philippine money when I'm only in the airport for a layover??? So I'm going to lose money again to change it back to USD once I get home. Archaic. We are living in the 21st century. This shouldn't happen. The plane was sooooo uncomfortable for a 13 hour flight. The entertainment system at my seat wasn't working so I had to be moved once we were in the air. The new seat was so worn in, there was virtually no padding underneath my saecrum (butt bone) for the 13 hours. No foot rest, either. And the temperature in the plane fluxuated the whole time between hot and cold (although mostly hot). You should take some lessons from Singapore Airlines.....so much more comfortable in ALL aspects."

And music tracks should be in a tracklist form with song information, not only 1 hour-long tracks of back to back music (with no info). Meals - Mains were ok, deserts were terrible in both of my flights. Snacks were also bad, a scone and beef and cheese sandwich. Very blend, white bread only and oily. We weren't served enough bevarages, so oily and high-carb foods made me very thursty. No water fountains, it'd be great to have some around since staff does not give enough beverage and I was forced to chuck my water before boarding the airplane (the water I bought in the airport after passport check!!!!!!!) It was extremely cold."

VERY POOR PAL AIRPORT FACILITY FOR HAVJNG ONLY ONE WORKING RESTROOM FOR THE WHOLE TERMINAL! With flights getting delayed people are anxious and frustrated. There are no place to relaxed and calm down. Staff are everywhere standing and glaring so as the other passenger. Worst airport ever!"
