Everything was excellent

Schedule was too tight

Food could have been better. Entertainment was the same during both June and July. It could have been changed.

Food was not as good as it used to be during the Pre-Covid years. Fruits were not served with Lunch or Dinner.

Well, I didn’t like much. The staff didn’t have any beverages except for coffee and water and they never came by. The food just sucked. There was no entertainment at all.

Ưu: "Crew was super nice and the food was good (for plane food)! Really appreciated that they had snacks and chocolate on hand for hungry passengers throughout the flight. A 17 hour plane ride is never the best, but Singapore Air made it as pleasant as possible. Also, we booked on Kayak and was routed through a third party vendor JustFly, which I was a little worried about - but our booking went off without a hitch."

Khuyết điểm: "Plane condition: Cosmetic plastic panel below monitor and seat back pocket on Seat 31E fell off when foot rest was lowered; had previously been secured by adhesive tape. Panel removed by crew. In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

Khuyết điểm: "My screen had to be reset twice as it froze up. The attendants kept taking my water cups despite them not being empty. Boarding was less than organized, could have been more efficient. We made up time, arriving a few minutes early even after departing late."

Also, to me little things like fold the cup holder before take off and landing is just a simple task to do without giving a lecture to the passenger when he or she might be tight up with kids."

Khuyết điểm: "My flight was delayed by 2 hours so I missed my connecting flight in Singapore. There was a huge queue of people who missed their connecting flight cos of an accident in the runway. The airline did nothing to prepare for this situation. It took hours to get another flight organised, communication was non existent and refreshments took ages to come. Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

The seat was comfortable, the entertainment options varied and extensive and the cabin team were amazing. They clean the bathrooms between uses. Seriously how do other airlines still exist?"

The starter (vermicelli) was overly salty, dry and severely undercooked. The main course was acceptable but the portion of chicken was more like side dish not main. Missing sides."

Everything was excellent, the boarding could have been done better as far as who is boarding first and so on..the lines weren’t organized well so even with business boarding there were lots of people who went in front and there was one kind of line that made things slower

At our second check in the guy at the desk was very unfriendly. Not something you think oh he is happy he could help us. Not at all. He was very grumpy"

But after Hurricane Irma, when I call them and ask for refund money for not having flight! ..They just simply lie !... like passengers don't show up. .just don't pay money! !! In this devastating time, that hepince in Florida! ...It's so shallow, not fair and not professional action, ether NOT RIGHT! !!....."
Ưu: "I sat in coach but was treated like I was in first class. Hot towels. Entrees were very excellent. The food was above what I expected coach meals to be from my experiences flying different carriers to over 8 different countries. The customer service was amazing! The lady flight attendant for my section was very attentive and friendly. When I came out of the bathroom, I accidentally interrupted one male flight attendant from doing his job, he politely gestured which reassured me that he would be right with me when he was done with what he was doing. I asked him if they had any heartburn or antiacids available which they didn't. These 2 interactions with the flight attendants made the flight very enjoyable."
Khuyết điểm: "I was in couch and in the middle seat. I usually get the aisle or window so it was a hard adjustment to sleep in the middle seat because I didn't have leg room and couldn't lean my body against anything so I had to shift often to avoid my bottom from feeling numb."

I told her tgank you a 1000 times."

Went to the wrong gate for my connecting flight, Turkish air rep at the gate checked my boarding pass, didn't say a word about me being at the wrong gate. Tgere was no announcement of any kind (found out later, Turkish sir doesn't do announcement at the Istanbul airport. No clue as to why). Thought, tgere was another delay and by the time I asked, it was too late to catch my flight and that's when I got a full dose of every single person w Turkish air trying to stiff me with the most outrageous penalty for changing Nguyen my ticket. Started out at $1114 on a $758 ticket, then went down to $925 and if I stay over night, down to $750. Seriously? Rude, talking down at me and telling me that if I don't pay the penalty, my return ticket will be cancelled. I keep getting bounced from one person to another being told to wait here and wait there then I finally got so sick of all of it, bought a new connecting flight online, spending the night in Istanbul and will see what will happen w my return flight to the US. I call this 'theft' as if i buy an entire new ticket from Istanbul to Cairo then back to the US online, it will cost me less than the penalty they're trying to get me to pay. Shame on you Turkish airline!! You'd think w all the issues they're having w tourism in their country these days they'd care about not doing this kind of mistreatment of their clients."

Ưu: "We were hesitant about flying Turkish Airlines. In the past they have had bad reviews and there had just been the terrorist bombing at the airport. But the flights to Croatia were cheap so we bought. The food was great and plentiful. Staff were very polite. We had a night flight to Istanbul and both my wife an I were able to stretch out in empty middle rows seats and sleep. I would definitely fly them again. They are very underrated."

Ưu: "It was a 12 or 13 hour flight and except for sitting too much we were never uncomfortable. The service level made me think we were back in the 80's. Hot towels, attentive service, tons of food and free drinks. There was actually one meal that we would have eaten even if it wasn't on a plane. They gave out full size blankets and pretty fluffy pillows. (I bring our own anymore, because you never know if you will get one on most airlines, and if you do they're usually useless). Their entertainment system was amazing. We caught up on all the recently released movies that we've wanted to see for FREE! If only Netflix had this quality of movie offerings. They had fresh flowers in the huge bathrooms. It's that type of attention to detail you just really don't see anymore."

Every airline grabs the money, these "very smart" thy admin has developed rules to make passengers' life's inconvenient. Highly not recommended. Lousy airline. Broke my luggage on top of this on my flight from Miami to Istanbul. NOT recommended. Refrain from even suggesting thy to your customers. You have a good name."

Khuyết điểm: "At boarding, crew didn't allow me my preference for a front seat, and gave an excuse that it's chosen random. He booked both my seats at tge tail of the taxi whereas I requested front seat. In flight, I wasn't asked for my meal preference. They served me pork, whereas I eat a Hindu meal (No Beef and No Pork) They served the end part so late that by the time I could eat they were already descending, and they rushed me to eat. I couldn't eat it anyways except the fruits. No juice or water either was served."

Ưu: "Check in online and baggage drop off was hassle-free. Flight was slightly delayed but no issues. Baggage pick up at Phu Bai was fairly quick."

Khuyết điểm: "delay flight from Phu quoc to Saigon from 12h to 18h (more than 6 hours ) . I must cancel that flight for safe and stay one more night and switch to the soonest flight next morning"
Ưu: "Cabin crew are great. Vietnam based catering is always really good: excellent fruit and I enjoyed the Vietnamese beef stew."
Khuyết điểm: "Equipment seems older, no entertainment system in economy class."
Ưu: "Flight was on time and crew was professional and polite."
Ưu: "The food was very good. Service was quick and efficient. Drinks offering was generous.Plane was new airbus and Facilities were better than expected."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was overweight so they didn't put my checked bag on the flight along with about 50 other bags. I didn't find out until I went to pick up my bag. I still haven't received it and they should be delivering it today."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight attendants on China airline was terrible with unacceptable attitude, very rude and consantly trying to insult customer especially to those that don't speak their Chinese language. I would never fly with China airline again."
Ưu: "Flight was delayed 1 hour with no explanation. Boarding was complicated by a long bus ride and again no explanation. The flight had tons of room open but no one offered for anyone to move seats despite a huge, loud crowd of young students keeping everyone awake in the back of the plane."

Ưu: "Plane was comfy and neat. No food was served as it was only a short flight which was fine."
Khuyết điểm: "Waiting on the tarmac for about 30-45 minutes before take-off with no explanation from the pilots was a bit annoying."
Ưu: "I am handicapped and the ground and plane staff could not have been more attentive. Unlike other airlines they kept me informed of when I was to board and deplane. The flight is short and food was unnecessary. I think I was the only one one board that did not eat."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight left almost two hours late, without explanation, after having to move gates from end of the terminal to another. There should have been better communication from the gate staff about this."

Khuyết điểm: "Airport lines at check in, security and immigration could go faster! Everyone shoukd allow 3 hours."
Ưu: "The plane was pretty clean and the flight attendants were nice. Smooth flight. Would not hesitate to fly again but no more then an hour flight."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight boarded an hour late, the seats were small, no entertainment and no snacks/drinks included."

Khuyết điểm: "It's a very short flight but the staff as always is very polite and welcoming"
Ưu: "There was more leg room on this flight. The crew were very nice."
Khuyết điểm: "The boarding area was chaotic and we were unsure whether we were getting on the right bus. But loading the plane was very quick as both forward and aft doors were used. Everyone was in their seat within about 5 minutes."

Check-in was TERRIBLE !!! The AF staff was mostly clueless and not helpful, and the procedures in place were outdated.

Could not hear announcements from staff. Luggage in hold was delayed on both legs of trip.

Ưu: "The premium economy- it was the most uncomfortable - tight seats. The back of the seats are not reclining It’s not worth the money you pay for premium services"

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."
Khuyết điểm: "The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value."

Khuyết điểm: "The time. The flight was late for 1 hour. I miss everything and also I get very late to our Airbnb and I was with my family and child"
Ưu: "Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France."
Khuyết điểm: "Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line."

Ưu: "The flight departed on time and arrived early. The crew were all courteous and kind even to the man who was sitting next to me who seemed quite demanding."

Khuyết điểm: "I paid extra for the seat, but there was a metal box under the seat in front of me that curtailed my ability to stow my carry bag, and my leg room. I am very diappointed that I paid above the normal seat charge as if there was a premium to this seat, but in reality it was a sb par seat."

Khuyết điểm: "Plane was old and seats were super tiny. Even an average guy would be uncomfortable in it. Can’t sit in one spot for longer than 15 min without getting sore."

Ưu: "The CDG airport is very bad in terms of finding your connections, the flight to CDG from LAX had a very old entertainment system and was hard to use."

Khuyết điểm: "The food was awful and the option I wanted had run out. The entertainment was faulty and had to be reset several times. The comfort was below standard and needs to be improved."

Ưu: "I was given a great seat and the food was OK- not the Air France food of 5 years ago but still good"

Khuyết điểm: "The usual Air France flights to Rome, that I have been flying for years, are now operated by Joon. For a couple months nothing changed, except the way the crew dressed. But now Joon is showing its true nature as a LOW COST airline.Seats cramped. Snacks and apple juice are now available for purchase only."
Ưu: "More experienced, professional crew, better food and service."
Khuyết điểm: "A screaming child for 8 hours (understood this is not their fault, but it did make the journey unpleasant). Old aircraft with small screens, no power etc."
Khuyết điểm: "I am not sure why this happened, but our daughter, travelling away from home for the first time, was targeted at every step of her journey. From the terminal in DCA to Cincinnati, to CDG. Delta/Air France clearly singled her out. i am outraged! I have traveled many, many times and have sent hundreds of students on nearly the same trip -- and none have had as rough a time as she had. They will be hearing from me."

Khuyết điểm: "We paid for Business Class from JFK to TLV. The flight to Tel Aviv was in a small plane with 3 across seats that hardly reclined. We are most unhappy and will complain to American Express Platinum Card."

Ưu: "Crew was professional and friendly. Plane was clean. And food was served quickly without the hassle of ordering from a menu and paying. And it was delicious. Best airline food I’ve had in a long time. The chocolate dessert was incredible. And a coffee to go with it. Made a three hour flight very pleasant."

Khuyết điểm: "Premium economy seats do not recline, only slouch. One of our 2 seats wouldn't slouch more than half way. The entertainment options are extremely sparse and the screens are 4:3 ratio, tiny, and of such poor quality that they look like laptop monitors from 1999."

Ưu: "Personal treatment I have received as I was with a 7 months baby. An agent helps me to carry my hand luggages up to the plane entrance and to pass in priority"

Ưu: "The time of the flight was great as well as the arrival time and subsequent connections to Paris. Enjoyed the rather full line of in flight beverages!"
Khuyết điểm: "Leaving late seemingly without reason from Paris - chaotic boarding line in Paris with difficult to hear PA. Seats were ok'ish but than again, it's a 45 minute flight. The sandwich was gross and I'm somewhat known as a person who eats everything!"

Khuyết điểm: "The leg-space is very narrow The chair is very tiring No entertainment at all Food was tasteless But most surprising was that we were on stand by for our connecting flight. Though we bought the tickets months ago and we got our luggage checked in all the way to the final destination."
Khuyết điểm: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
