I love everything about Qatar airlines. Especially the airport and the the customer service they provided. The only problem was my sister was having stomach flu and terrible crumbs. She was asked if there is any chance she can have more comfortable seat, or place she can stretch her feet, so she can bear with the pain but the flight attendant told her that airline can’t accommodate her. It was frustrating to know that if someone feel unwell the airline doesn’t have any accommodations.
Everything was wonderful!

A meeting that I had initially scheduled in Chicago was cancelled and would have meant an extra day of travel and hotel stay. By allowing us to go directly to LAX we got home a day earlier and didn't have the hassle of going through customs, checking in & out of a hotel and going through another set of security checks with all our bags. Additionally, we had great service, food and entertainment. Especially liked the wifi that allowed me to read and send emails, texts and do some work."

The original flight on 15th canceled but not informed the passenger. The next flight allocated was for 20th. Why 5 days later. This is unacceptable
Even though I was had been double vaccinated weeks prior; arrived at the airport 5 hours early; had two negative COVID tests, including a PCR test I was forced to pay $225 for at the airport (the free tests do not have the fast result turn-around required by the Sri Lankan government); proof of a ride from the airport and lodging information; I WAS DENIED ENTRY TO MY FIRST FLIGHT. I was told I needed a special email from the government? I was told to email immediately and given a bogus email address? The one man, who was a "supervisor" for Etihad and refused to identify himself, kept berating me and told me explicitly that "you Americans are used to going wherever you like whenever you like BUT IT'S NOT THAT WAY ANYMORE!!!" I was dumbfounded. I should mention that I was unfailingly polite the entire time. I would characterize this employee's behavior towards me as abuse. I did try to call KAYAK for several hours but no response. This same employee kept intercepting me on the snake line and continuously prevented me from approaching the check-in desk. I should add that I was the only person waiting who appeared to not be of SE Asian or Middle Eastern descent as well as the only unaccompanied woman. While I cannot for certain that this had anything to do with the Etihad employee's targeting, I can say. that my experience was truly horrible. After 5 hours of attempting check-in, being prevented from approaching the check-in desk, and being continuously denigrated and lied to, I left the airport in despair. That was only the beginning of my troubles. Many weeks later, I still do not have a refund, or even an exchange, for my wasted ticket. I have spent countless hours on hold with KAYAK and their enterprise is absolutely criminal. I really can not afford to lose the price of my ticket, but I don't know how many more weeks/days/hours I can spend fighting for a refund for a flight I was prevented from boarding for no apparent logical reason? AVOID ETIHAD. AVOID KAYAK!! They have stolen my money and have been absolutely horrid. And if anyone from KAYAK reads this PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. I am so deeply tired of this. The way you have treated me is so. very. wrong.

Seats are too tight and tiny, very uncomfortable, staff not interacting or smiling, food was disgusting and tasteless, the aircraft seemed old and was so incredibly noisy the whole trip, and the ventilation was too bad the smell was just old and rusty."

Khuyết điểm: "Not happy with Etihad Checkin counter desk at Ho Chi Minh Airport. The person at the baggage drop off desk wasn't helphul at all. Being ignored for 30 minutes. I believe that this person needs to be trained in order to know who needs to be helped first as he worked at that particular counter for people who already Checkin online."
Khuyết điểm: "food was bad in taste ,they present us just like give to baggers there was no serving in trays .pictures show in add. are all falls we did not get that kind of food in our whole trip . for exps .in dinner they serve 2 small buns filled with 2 leave of spinch 1 bean barito 1small piece of chocolate for desert. for breakfast was lentel,with mashed patatos.when I asked for somthing else.reply was we do not have anything else.so i did not have anything in my 15 houre flight."

Ưu: "Never flying with Etihad before, but it really impressed me with its roomy aircraft, friendly crew, well-rounded and creative e-entertainment and fine food for its amazingly affordable price. I was somehow selected by the airplane for an upgrade flying to Bangkok which even elevate all of my experiences above. A great layover program definitely recommended!!!"
Khuyết điểm: "Flight attendants in the economy class could be more attentive and walk around more frequently to check up passengers needs and passing out waters. Need more care to the food sanitation especially open water because I had later diarrhea after drinking it. Could be more organized for lining up different seating zones onto the flight, also seat arrangement is a bit off because bothe times I was asked to switch seats for couples and families w kids."

Ưu: "The flight was very quiet so I was able to lie down and get a good rest - I know this isn’t possible on every flight but it made the long flight a lot more comfortable. All of the crew members were very friendly and attentive. The food was really good and tasty (lamb curry I think it was) - best plane food that I’ve ever had. Good choice of new movies too."

Khuyết điểm: "the flight was so overbooked that I had to stand in the queue for an hour for check-in, All the overhead compartments were full and I could not put a small bag in it, the crew even did not bother to help me with it. Ultimately I had to stow it beneath the seat. The seats were so cramped"
Ưu: "the crew of the airline and the staff at Abu Dhabi airport were overwhelmingly friendly and thoughtful and helpful. I am an oversize person which can make flying difficult in many ways. first, they never made me feel like I was inconviencing them by asking for help and then 2nd, when one of my neighbors decided to make a big fuss about it, they asked me if I'd like to move to a better seat (which I was happy to take them up on). I had a long layover and was given meal tickets to get food at the food court in the airport. Everyone was very kind."

Khuyết điểm: "There were no seating arrangements at the Gate 61 at Abu Dhabi Airport for the passengers. The pax had to sit on the floor or staircases till it was time for the flight."
Khuyết điểm: "Plane was not maintained at a comfortable temperature. It was just downright hot! But that was our experience with all our Etihad flights. Planes are not maintained at comfortable temperatures. Food was awful - boiled chicken taste While handing out sandwiches and drinks stewardess just gave my husband whatever I asked for without checking with him. Many times he was overlooked by the stewardesses on either side as he was in a middle seat. I did not see a single onboard crew crack a smile, robotic service. Not impressed with my first Etihad experience."

Khuyết điểm: "Major first flight to Abu Dhabi has been canceled. That took place around 5 hours. Then the whole journey has been rebooked and I reached the final destination after 10 hours of the previous schedule with lost baggage."
