She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

I travel with her for a reason and that situation did not help but the flight attendants did everything possible to fix the situation."

Also other airlines don't require you to check in at the counter if you're not checking a bag. Why would United want all passengers at their ticket counter or kiosk? Ridiculous!"

Consequently, we landed nearly an hour late and I missed my connecting flight. Then united didn't pay for a hotel because air traffic delays aren't payable. You would think their customer service efforts would be stronger right now given everything that has happened recently but I guess not..."

Ưu: "Crew was friendly on the return flight from Tokyo, but we're quite strict on my flight from NY to Tokyo. Seems like the improvement in composure was due to recent controversy surrounding the airline."

After I missed my flight, they refused to schedule me on the next available flight even though people behind me were scheduled because they were preferred customers. They refused to pay for my hotel and the customer service was rude arrogant and dismissive. I will absolutely never fly United again. The crew on the Boston flight to Newark was lovely everything beyond that was absolutely abhorrent. We got to our connecting flight exactly as boarding closed and they refused to let 11 people board. And subsequently, United staff was rude to us saying it wasn't their fault."

Ưu: "Just noticed survey on my flight from Omaha to Chicago. Sadly I woke up to find that that flight was cancelled and I had to reschedule and flown to Denver instead."
Khuyết điểm: "The stewardess wasn't the least bit helpful. I did not see any friendliness on her part to anyway. It was like she had to do the job but didn't like being there. So very weird. My original flight to Milwaukee with stop in Chicago was cancelled. This was a flight that took me to Denver and then Milwaukee. Therefore cold for over two hours. Not a good experience with United."

Crew knocked on bathroom door while I was engaged - I responded loudly that I was in there but they proceeded to bang again and burst in Julie the attendant cited the danger of turbulence but frankly there was almost none at this time. Rude and inconsiderate. Not listening for a response! Entertainment via mobile device doe not work with windows phones."
