Khuyết điểm: "The plane was late in boarding, and even later in arrival. We were given no explanation, only an apology. And it turns out worse, because apparently we had been shifted to a plane that was going to continue into Laos, so the plane came in at the International Arrivals Section and we had to take a bus from there to get our luggage in the Domestic Arrivals Hall. Making it all even later. No food offered for this quite expensive flight, only water, and no entertainment either."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding is not good, the special assistance counter was just checking in random people and my elderly mother wasn't given assistance until lining up at the departure gate. When finally given priority because she couldn't keep standing in line someone told her to go through but when we did another staff person argued with us and then argued with the other staff who let us through. Very inconsistent experiences and no help for elderly, only babies. Food is not good either, vegetarian meal is not filling just a few vegetables and second main option I was told was noodles but when opened it was western spaghetti with a clump of meat I had to pull apart."

The seat allocation was horrible, and I was surrounded by nasty neighbors, who were chatting throughout the 10+hour flight, even after my verbal warning, not to mention the way children were taken care of. I am not blaming children making noise. I am blaming the lack of control over the parents who bring noisy toys for children and play videos loud enough to disturb the neighbor's sleep throughout the flight."

Ưu: "The evening meal was far better than the mystery cold cuts and drowned slaw on the daytime flight out of Hanoi. Crew were pro -- if a little terse at times. Pilot launched and landed the aircraft successfully, always a big plus in my books."

However, we only got two updates by the crew, once to say that we were unable to land and were now going to Pnomh Penh to refuel, and sending to say we were leaving Pnomh Penh. The total time over five hours and would have been better with more updates."

Ưu: "The flight on an A350 wide body was uneventful. I was in the "Premium Economy" section, which is sold as regular "Economy" for domestic flights. Excellent seating 2+4+2. The food was OK, not much to write home about, but they skipped coffee and tea because of turbulence (hardly perceptible)."
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding process in HAN was very confusing: there was a change of gate announcement just when boarding was to start. Everybody went like crazy through the airport terminal looking for a Gate that does not exist. Followed by a counter-announcement. And then being bussed to the aircraft. People came on board up to the last minute... Arrival in SGN crazy for a different reason. All 300-some passengers were bussed again. Just that the ladders were not ready, and then whoever drove could not adjust them, and then the busses were not ready either. 25 minutes from landing to the luggage belts. Vietnamese airports need to work on their their procedures."
Khuyết điểm: "delay flight from Phu quoc to Saigon from 12h to 18h (more than 6 hours ) . I must cancel that flight for safe and stay one more night and switch to the soonest flight next morning"
Ưu: "Vietnam Airlines has good leg room on both international and domestic flights. Blankets and pillows were preplaced on seats, as were headphones in the seat pockets. Lunch and one round of snacks were served. Beverages were offered a few times."
Khuyết điểm: "Cabin was inconsistently cooled. The rear was cold while the front was hot. Some passengers complained about being hot, but flight attendant only pointed out the overhead gasper vents, which were obviously open but did little to help the sweating and general discomfort. No personal entertainment system, only drop down screens. Food was average."

Khuyết điểm: "By no fault to the airlines, the domestic terminal is incredibly inefficient and unsympathetic to travelers with special needs (like tired and hot pregnant mothers). On top of this, you get grumpy and crotchety travelers pushing and complaining."

No fluff flight only I can see the different is the baggage weight you can take is only the extra. Seem we stayed on the tar mac for a while flying out and flying in Ho Chi which, the air movement in the cabin was not that great at all and little stuffy and warm. One thing leaving out of Term 3 at Singapore if you go thru Immegration and want to eat the food is not great all and stay away from Burger King and for the 3rd time got sick again! Worst Burger Jiont in the World ever! From no soda, the chicken nuggets tasting like fish, and the Burgees did not taste like burger very sickening! Thier are a rip-off to still wanted everyone to pay full price for the a meal and without no drink and pay extra for water and wanted people to pay for ice. Burger King Co. really need to take hard look at this Joint for very bad foods serving people and getting them sick and ripping people off with money. Seats are small and compact and the seat belt for the airline is small for a bigger person and not meaning over weight."

Khuyết điểm: "We booked the flight for family of 8 Despite informing them over counter in Narita international airport that to place us at 2 together in the same because we have kid of 8 years and 12 years , we were all allocated separately. We could not do online check in even we log in 24 hours before flight ,all seats shown available is individual. Being in the airport early does not help too. I will definitely not consider taking Vietnam airlines in future n will cautious friends to be aware of such service."
Ưu: "They fed us dinner and kept the lights dimmed most of the time. Good selection of movies too, which was important bc I couldn't sleep."
Khuyết điểm: "Not a ton of room (esp legroom) in economy, making it tough to get comfy/sleep. They occasionally randomly turned the cabin lights back on which was a bit annoying."
Ưu: "The usual Vietnam Airlines pleasant effective service ... Maybe not as many bells and whistles as others but then nor is the price"

Ưu: "Very professional in the way they approach the business. Everyone is well trained. The crews English is surprisingly good. As a handicapped passenger they have the whole wheelchair routine down pat. I like this airline. The food is marginal and on the 1.5 hour flight I would discontinue food service. I even like the exterior color of the aircraft."

Ưu: "Very attentive to handicapped passengers. Which is me. Yhe flight is short yet they served a light lunch we seemed like a waste to. I had a coke. The plane was clean I love the hostess uniforms. Beautiful and very feminine. Refreshing in today's world"

Ưu: "Did not have food so can't commen. This airline reminds me of Cathay pacific I really liked it. I have down Vietnam airlines several times Good English and on time. They know how to deal with people in wheelchair. I will fly every time I can"
