Ưu: "My husband and I were flying out of Jeju Island on the morning of 6/27/18 flt#OZ8922 to Seoul for a connection to Tokyo. The morning had some heavy rain and some flights were delayed, including ours. I don’t know if it’s your normal procedure in these situations but your staff at the baggage check/boarding pass counter were extremely conscientious and effective. They anticipated our dilemma and had our baggage removed from the delayed flight and put us onto a Korean Air flight that got us to Seoul on time to make our international connection to Tokyo. It was a long and tiring day of travel but because of your profession personnel it, including those at Korean Air, we avoided what could have been a much tougher situations unfortunately I can’t recall the names of the staff involved. I want to say the was a lady last named Joon and one last named Kim. There were other staff too, a young man that brought our luggage back to the check-in counter, and a lady that ran us through the terminal to Korean air and escorted us through security to the boarding gate. all in all it was amazing and thank you to your company and fine staff."

They were simply relying on the process which has been broken. Then upon the delivery, the driver informed us the severe damage in my tumi bag."

Because I wanted to save $50 (Air Canada was $1,050.00 through Travelocity at the time), I had to pay $1,400.00 for Air Canada ticket 3 weeks later. I will never fly ANNA or deal with travel one. Even though it is a little more expensive I will only deal with reputable company such as travelocity."

Also most of movies are children oriented only a few for mature minds and they are over a year old. First time on Asiana and last time even been a star alliance member what a disappointment!"

He was put aside and the ticket agents continued to help others. My son informed me and I made multiple attempts to call all three of the airlines connected to his flight (Asiana, Haiana, and Jet Blue) who each kept putting the blame on the other airline. No one helped me. I continued to make calls back and forth. My son went in line again as his flight departure time was approaching quickly. He was told the same thing and had to stand aside in the line again. This was his first time traveling alone. I was very concerned and it was at the middle of the night here in the US. I did not sleep throughout the night trying to call for help to help my son on his flight or another flight because he had already missed his flight by this time. The manager for Haiana was only able to tell me that she created a help desk case and they will get back to me. It has been over 24 hours and I ended up paying a thousand dollars for a new ticket to get my son on a flight this morning as he was left at the airport all this time and he needs to be back for school. The ticket cost more than it was for his original round trip ticket and it was the cheapest I could have found after a long search. I really think that we should be refunded this money and deserve an explanation for why my son could not get on his flight because during the phone calls I was told that the flight did leave as scheduled and on time. Please advise."

They did allow her access to a short cut through the terminals; however she had collapsed, broke her watch, cover to the cell phone, injured both legs and right arm. She kept yelling for help and no one arrived, she managed while in intense pain to get up make her flight. When she arrived in Bangkok she went immediately to the Emergency Room and received treatment. I am appalled at the indifference of the members of the boarding crew that didn't offer assistance to my wife."

The cabin flight stewardess in her navy blue top and jeans asked me to sit down when she saw me standing at the front of the plane while the plane was cruising. There was no turbulence at that time, the seat belt sign was off and the captain did not announce a need to stay seated with the seat belt on. I explained that my back and left leg hurts so I needed to stretch, shake it off and stand. She insisted that I sit for my safety. I did not argue because I did not want to cause trouble. Then I asked her for the toilet which was behind her, hidden as she keeps the curtain pulled around the toilet and galley. She directed me to the tail of the plane when I am seated at #28B at first row at the front of the plane, 4-5 steps away from me. She kept still, standing in front of the toilet until I walked away to the back of the plane. Again, I did not complain nor argue. I thought to myself that maybe the front toilet if off limits to passengers. Then later when I returned to my seat, I watched all other passengers who appear of her same race and talked same language as hers, pull the curtain covering the toilet and galley, use the toilet and get drinks from her freely. I felt very offended that I was not allowed to use this toilet as every one else have and did not receive the same friendly service as those passengers. I wanted to keep to myself about this but I realized I was treated unequally. So I told her that I was offended that she directed me to the back of the plane to use the toilet while everyone else used the front of the plane toilet. I also told her I felt I was not treated equally and felt very hurt. She kept apologizing after I explained how I feel but her apology does not take away the fact that I was treated differently and unequally. I advised her that she should not treat her passengers as if we are ignorant of flying, of our rights and of flying etiquette. She kept apologizing every time she passes by me throughout the flight but this did not ease my feelings at all. This was the last blow to my dissatisfaction with this trip beginning with the 2-hour flight delay. With many other airlines flying to Clark airport in the Philippines, I choose not to fly Jin Air again. In fact, I already booked with another airline today for my next trip with my family in 6 months for a wedding. I will not recommend Jin Air to everyone I know."

It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."

Ưu: "Scoot Business is excellent value for money. 35 seats at the front of a Dreamliner with comfortable seats and some recline. The flight took off on time and landed in Sydney on time. I will go again."
Khuyết điểm: "Not much really. It does not compare with Business on the national carriers but at half the price what do you expect?"
Ưu: "We were given the opportunity to bid for an upgrade which was totally worth it! We will definitely fly with Scoot again."
Ưu: "Early alert that flight was going to be 5 hours late."
Khuyết điểm: "No online check- in. Very slow check in at airport. Vouchers provided for food at airport - only problem was we couldn’t find a place that would take them. Boarding was painfully late and slow. As we arrived in the early hours of the morning the cost of taxis were double the normal price. Still no compensation as promised by the airline when they initially advised us of the late flight. Could do a lot better."
Ưu: "Scoot Airlines is a budget airline and is a great choice hopping from one spot to another in SE Asia. I use it quite a bit for travel between Singapore and Bangkok."
Khuyết điểm: "The manager at the ticket office harassed my friend about his VISA- wasted 2 hours of our time saying his visa was not valid when it was. Then she finally gave him a boarding pass. As we hit the gate, she chased us down to yet again, say he couldn't board because of the same reason. She told him when he got back to Hyderabad that he would be charged as a criminal & be held in a cell all alone without a way to commicate to others. It was absolutely absurd!! We made it back to Hyderabad and like we knew the whole time, his VISA was fine."
