They gave me a glass of water which was nice but not helpful when it was 3am and I started coughing. Not anyone’s fault, but they need to rethink that if they are going to make everyone dump their water at the gate right before they are boarding."

When they did come they would fill the cup 1/3 of the way up and I would have to down it and get there attention for me before they pretended they didn't see me again. It was a good 12 hour flight to feel this way. I also asked for a can of pop and they looked at me weird poured me a cup and kept and ignored my request. The seats were very uncomfortable, I wasn't the only one around who was saying so. There were empty rows of seats available and my friend wanted to move to one after we were flying for some time so that I got row to myself and she got a row to herself so we could try to fall asleep better. Twice they told her she had to go back to her original seat and be uncomfortable and get no sleep."

They did allow her access to a short cut through the terminals; however she had collapsed, broke her watch, cover to the cell phone, injured both legs and right arm. She kept yelling for help and no one arrived, she managed while in intense pain to get up make her flight. When she arrived in Bangkok she went immediately to the Emergency Room and received treatment. I am appalled at the indifference of the members of the boarding crew that didn't offer assistance to my wife."

I would say that after all these years of at least 70000 miles of air traveling. This is the WORSE of my experience."

Ưu: "I am a frequent flyer internationally and domestically in the USA, and flown multiple airlines but have never ever felt offended by a flight crew until my return flight to the US from Clark airport in the Philippines scheduled to depart on 1-13-2016 at 11:55pm. The cabin flight stewardess in her navy blue top and jeans asked me to sit down when she saw me standing at the front of the plane while the plane was cruising. There was no turbulence at that time, the seat belt sign was off and the captain did not announce a need to stay seated with the seat belt on. I explained that my back and left leg hurts so I needed to stretch, shake it off and stand. She insisted that I sit for my safety. I did not argue because I did not want to cause trouble. Then I asked her for the toilet which was behind her, hidden as she keeps the curtain pulled around the toilet and galley. She directed me to the tail of the plane when I am seated at #28B at first row at the front of the plane, 4-5 steps away from me. She kept still, standing in front of the toilet until I walked away to the back of the plane. Again, I did not complain nor argue. I thought to myself that maybe the front toilet if off limits to passengers. Then later when I returned to my seat, I watched all other passengers who appear of her same race and talked same language as hers, pull the curtain covering the toilet and galley, use the toilet and get drinks from her freely. I felt very offended that I was not allowed to use this toilet as every one else have and did not receive the same friendly service as those passengers. I wanted to keep to myself about this but I realized I was treated unequally. So I told her that I was offended that she directed me to the back of the plane to use the toilet while everyone else used the front of the plane toilet. I also told her I felt I was not treated equally and felt very hurt. She kept apologizing after I explained how I feel but her apology does not take away the fact that I was treated differently and unequally. I advised her that she should not treat her passengers as if we are ignorant of flying, of our rights and of flying etiquette. She kept apologizing every time she passes by me throughout the flight but this did not ease my feelings at all. This was the last blow to my dissatisfaction with this trip beginning with the 2-hour flight delay. With many other airlines flying to Clark airport in the Philippines, I choose not to fly Jin Air again. In fact, I already booked with another airline today for my next trip with my family in 6 months for a wedding. I will not recommend Jin Air to everyone I know."

I was charged for my seat, charged for a carry-on weighing more than 7kg and forced to check, chose not to pay for a meal, pay for a drink... so many hidden fees. Ended up not saving at all. No savings, no miles, no perks. Will always use an aliance (UA, Asiana, etc) or SkyTeam (Delta, Korean Air) from now on. I at least get my money’s worth."

Khuyết điểm: "I connected from a Cathay Dragon flight onto an HK Express flight to Jeju. At the transfer desk, the ground agent told me I would have to leave and reenter the restricted area despite having no checked luggage. Knowing it can't be right, I checked in on my phone and went through the normal transfer process in HKIA. It was a 0215 flight from the midfield concourse. The last automated passenger carrier left at 0100. After which, passengers would have to rely on sporadic bus services. The captain announced 'cabin crew, prepare for landing' 45 minutes before landing. That woke everyone up and it was not ideal. All the flights I have been on announced landing when the plane was at base leg."

Ưu: "The airport had an emergency shut down and we didn’t get notification about it. When we showed up in airport, the only accommodation was 250 Thai bhat Burger King vouchers that it’s not even enough to buy a drink after getting a burger."

Khuyết điểm: "Could not contact service team even Hong Kong office. They just sent email to let us know the delay, but nothing at all"

Khuyết điểm: "Seats were very very uncomfortable"

Khuyết điểm: "The light was delayed and we arrived in Chiang Mai at 11pm. We got penalty of late rental car pick up. And our hotel is a yoga resort so it a far in the mountain. We arrived at the resort at 2am and we had to wake everybody up and the driving was dangerous without street lights."

Khuyết điểm: "Late on the way to Da Nang and very late on the way back (flight back to HK was a Hong Kong Express plane). Budget airlines are just not worth it at HKIA - your flights lands and takes off so far from the terminal, you are transferred by bus! No in flight entertainment- although not an issue on such a short flight."

Ưu: "Nothing. Website did not notify me when booking that visa for us was required so I did not even get to fly to my destination which was a waste of my time and money to drive 5hrs to the city and not get any of my money back."
Khuyết điểm: "Put a notification when rsvp’n ticket that certain countries need a visa approval from their country before booking. Wasted my time/money so I didnt even get to go to Vietnam n wasted a 5hr drive to my city. At least could have gave me some future discount code since I couldn’t get any money back"

Khuyết điểm: "Checking in seemed long, snacks or meals weren't available unless prearranged at an additional cost....scheduled connecting flight to catarman, very long wait in amundane terminal lacking enough seating....suggesting that both airlines,PAL & Cebu Pacific coordinate flights better to cut down layover time in the inadequate Clark terminal."

Khuyết điểm: "Delayed 4 hours, waiting in an overcrowded space with no aircon (and it's a tropical country). They kept on saying to wait for next announcement (but no screens, just a broken voice). Announcement were vague and couldn't understand when the flight was supposed to depart."

Khuyết điểm: "Line for check-in was terrible. Wait was more than 45 minutes just to check in."

Khuyết điểm: "They told me that there is no cancellation for the flight although when I paid for the flight it was refundable."

Khuyết điểm: "Despite baggage being checked through from HK to Davao, Cebu offloaded luggage in Manila and failed to forward."

Khuyết điểm: "The seat was small and uncomfortable. Had to pay for food and coffee for a 4 hour international flight. Never again"

Khuyết điểm: "We were the second flight out of Manila, and the plane was 3 hours late. You have to pay for everything on the plane, even water. The terminal had to be 90 degrees."

Ưu: "On board Staff was great. Made everyone as comfortable as possible."
Khuyết điểm: "Agent misquoted me overweight baggage charge by half. The service agent that had to break the news to me was horrified. I paid as much for the bag as the original flight. Seats were very tight. ( I am 6'1") Next time I will fly a regular airline for the same price that I spent. Pay for bag. Pay for insurance pay for food and drink on an international flight. So wrong."

Khuyết điểm: "Its a shame—Singapore is a first-class city and its people are beautiful; except for one zealous person who made it her goal to ruin Singapore. Cebu Pacific (MNL) required our umbrella to be checked-in without incurring additional expense since it does not make sense to charge us because the umbrella price is way less than the shipping cost. However, Cebu Pacific (SGN) Counter Supervisor was rigid and unprofessional; she wouldn’t listen to reasons and logic. She said that this is SGN and not MNL and therefore, its totally different. She was correct because we were able to go home and security did not say anything about our umbrella. Basically, we do not have to check-in our umbrella in the first place. But the Supervisor was adamant and combative regarding our umbrella. We told her we’ll just throw it in the trash can instead of shipping it."

Khuyết điểm: "Poor food options. Seats were cramped for me (I’m 6 foot tall). No logical boarding organisation (free for all)."

Khuyết điểm: "Nothing - No negative experience with CP"

Ưu: "Nice and friendly crew and on-time arrival and departure - big difference from my past cebu pacific experiences where flight attendants were unprofessional, mean/impatient to older and foreign passengers, and delays were always expected."

Khuyết điểm: "Airline has very strict overweight policy and will charge you even if you are a few grams above 7 kg... not nice, not friendly and left a bad taste in my mouth. I will surly try to avoid venus Pacific in the future of possible."
