Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
I like the airlines but because I used to fly with Japan airlines.this time not much entertainment and delayed flights and not comfortable compare to my previous flight. Food is not good. Flight attendant are confuse. I had to help other rider because they skip to serve him food.Over all is not Japan airlines that I used to ride.

I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."

With a warm blanket provided, I would suggest keeping the cabin a bit cooler and providing extra blankets if people need them. Also the movie selection on ANA is not nearly as comprehensive as what United provides on international flights."

Customer service and helping people
My experience at checkin counter at Amritsar airport was not good. The lady at the desk didn’t allow me to carry 1 kg extra in carry on trolley. In 15 years of flying experience with different airlines, trolly weight was checked for first time. Looks like Qatar Airways has different rules based on the countries.

When I arrived in Doha I was told by the transfer desk that I did not need to pick up my bags because they had been checked to my final destination. I even asked them to pull up my flight information and to confirm that, which they did. However, when I arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, my bags were no where to be found. No one has found them yet. I also called Qatar Air before my flight and asked about hotel accommodations for my layover because my layover was from 6:00 pm to 7 am. When I called, I was told that I would be given a complimentary hotel room because of the length of the layover. However, when I arrived I was told that I did not qualify for the hotel accommodation. Then, I was told that a hotel room would cost 250. When i arrived at the hotel, I was told the cheapest was 325."

It is my first time to fly Qatar airways, just to see if it's worth flying with this airline since it was the Best Airline in the world for 2015. But Emirates improved so much better that they overtaken the throne of Qatar Airways.. When you promise 5-star comfort and luxury, it should be what is promised.. Key points: 1.) Beverages should be served more than just twice during this 9 hour flight. It's a bit sarcastic that you flash a reminder on the screen that says "Keep Hydrated" but beverages were served only twice. I always had to ask for 2 glasses of water, overall 4 glasses of water on this 9 hour flight. And I can say that I got dehydrated. 2.) No hot towels for sanitary before food is served. I had to go to lavatory, wash my hands and put some alcohol before eating. Which is kinda hassle.. Sanitary is very important. 3.) I spent 8 hours layover in Doha before my flight to Milan. No complimentary meal. (Emirates provide complimentary meal if I have long layover in Dubai) 4.) I don't know if it's due to bad weather, but this flight, QR 933 was the roughest flight I have been on, not just short turbulence but long hours, maybe 3 hours. I was so dizzy and couldn't sleep. I signed up on privileged member club because I'm looking forward that Qatar would be the best choice for Airline. This review is just one of many reviews that should be looked at. Considering that you should continuously develop and aim to bounce back on the top. Do not settle for "okay", do not settle for second spot. Be the best, and compete for the first. Flight was delayed approximately 30 min.
in my case I forgot my jacket in my seat. I reported it after 2 hours of getting off the plane at Coustumer Service and they couldn't give me a reason, I checked with AA staff on my next flight to Lima and they told me that at my final destination they could help me find out with the cleaning company. I hope you can find it... in the end I made a report on the AA website
The airline kept delaying the flight. We arrived 4 hours later. They should have at least offered us crackers.
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Absolutely everything went wrong. Many delays causing me to have to rebook with another airline. Worst travel experience ever.

Super expensive cross country business flight and the chairs barely reclined, no tv or entertainment offered and the food was particularly bad. Was basically coach!
I just for my TSA. So security line is short and upgraded to one group up. I do think the ground crew should learn new way of boarding - the passengers sitting in higher number seat should board first to prevent traffic jam.
Be wary very quick to cancel and no accommodating at all

Khuyết điểm: "First flight was delayed, reschedule for new flight 4 hours later, second flight delayed. Barely made connecting flight. Plane was almost empty, I’m 6’4 and asked mid flight to move to exit row because my knees was pressing into the forward seat. 1 person out of 6 seats were in the exit row and the gentleman attendant denied my request. I didn’t flinch about my full day of delays and connection issues but on an empty flight it would have been nice to catch a break. I landed in Pittsburgh at 12:30 at night and got to my hotel at 1:30am with an 8 am presentation. AA delays really have created a discontent with my business trips. As I use AA as my primary airline I hope this doesn’t continue or I’ll switch to United for future business trips monthly."

We waited in line for 2 hours to be rerouted and now we can’t go out until tomorrow afternoon. We will miss 2 days of our vacation. Terrible experience"

Ưu: "Plane was newer, had TV/interactive entertainment centers in the back of all the headrests. Crew on board was polite, cheerful, & friendly. Excellent service from the on board staff. Plane had WiFi & plug ins to charge/use items"
Khuyết điểm: "Almost missed our flight home because American Airlines lost/screwed up our round trip tickets. We were not able to check in quickly or efficiently, & service was appalling, staff was either poorly trained or uneducated. We tried using the kiosk to check in, to avoid the long line. That didn’t work, so we found help. They told us to retry, wasting time, finding out what we had already informed them of. They passed us off to another gate/service counter, who’s line was closed off. So we had to duck the divider. They then redirected us to the kiosks after we informed them it couldn’t find our reservations, so they tried (wasted more time) failed & sent us back to the line we were already in. After that wait we talked to the person at the desk, who also couldn’t find our reservation. They said “I don’t know it’s not in here, what do you want me to do?” I had to tell them to call a manager to get it fixed, we were going to miss our flight. They called & found the problem, then at 3:15ish reissued us tickets for our 3:30 return flight. Still had to get through TSA! There was also NO phone call to hold the plane or to arrange an airport people mover cart. They talked with the TSA agent who told us to go 2 checkpoints down where the line was shorter. So the American Airlines attendant told us to run. Turns out in Miami Airport there is almost a quarter mile of poorly labeled counter space. Went through TSA having 12 min before our reassigned flight left. TSA was helpful, & did their best to get us through quickly. We were then informed we were near gate 22 & our gate was 3, so rushing down another concourse we barely made our return flight home. Where we were forced to check our carry-on. My girlfriend was crying, we were sweaty (from hustling when we never should of had too), hungry, embarrassed, enraged, & not sitting together for our 3+ hr flight! Unacceptable after a 4hr drive to the airport in traffic & returning the rental car at 1:40!"

Khuyết điểm: "Mixed feelings about the entertainment app, I was pleased that something was available at all, however had the person sitting next to me not mentioned I needed an app to watch the in flight entertainment moments before it would have been too late to use the internet to download it, I would not have been able to use it, unless paying for a limited time package from AA to use the internet to download the app. A better job of advertising of the gogo app is needed more than the booklet in the seat pocket. Also I was only able to watch one movie, after that the system kicked me out saying high usage was making it not work for me. The gate changed a couple of times which had me trawling up and down the H and K concourses, could have done without that after the 9 hour journey I had already taken."
Ưu: "Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. The whole experience went considerably better than we expected since we did not know how our son was going to handle it. All in all we were very happy thanks to the wonderful AA staff that helped us at each stop."

Khuyết điểm: "The lady next to me was too large to fit in her seat. She clearly needed a second seat, but instead the stewardess just brought her a buckle extender. I was in an exit row and was smashed to the wall almost the entire trip. I was dissapointed that AA didn't require her to purchase a second seat on what was already an overbooked flight."
