Plan cleanliness was missed big time
The boarding process took FOREVER. I arrived three hours before my flight and barely made it to the gate in time for boarding and there was no waiting as all to pass through the security checkpoint. Emirates simply was understaffed on Jan 7th 2022. More importantly, the flight crew made very little effort to enforce the mask requirement and the result was everywhere you look you could see passengers with their mask not covering their nose, and then after seating many didn't have the mask covering their mouth either. It was a total health hazard. Unacceptable.
It is as good as can be. food could be a little better.

Khuyết điểm: "Requested an aisle seat at the front or an emergency seat and got neither. I could hardly move my long legs. That the flight was long did not help matters. I was sandwiched between two other travelers on a three-seater arrangement. Again, is it just on flights to Kenya or other African countries that passengers DO NOT receive the travel pouch?"

Khuyết điểm: "The seating room is poor for someone who is 6'2" tall. My wife had issues with her ankles swelling. When we tried to get a cold compress to put on them we never received it. We also asked for some fruit instead of the pizza snack and didn't receive it either. I know you don't have much control over passengers, but we had a two year old child in our seating area and it screamed and cried virtually the entire 14 hour flight. Very annoying."

Even though we called emirates customer care to afd oyr name in assistance when we booked the ticket but at airport they said we cannot privide any assistance . Moreover one of our family member had wheel chair assistance they never provided wheel chair at Dubai airport reason being they said they have shortage of wheel chairs. Such a bad experience we had !! I will never recommend anyone to travel with Emirates."

Also, going my audio was not working for Newark to Athens and Athens to Dubai. However it was working from Dubai to Ahmedabad. Also coming back they give me very hard time for my Camera bag. Somehow it’s free to fly from USA but you have to pay for the weight of camare coming back."

Midnight departure time of the flight to Greece is inconvenient. It is just too late. Getting through customs at Newark is a chore. There are not enough computers for passengers to report what they have to report. Also, many passengers I saw did not know how to use a computer."

Ưu: "Service is fantastic and all the amenities. They pretty much think of everything. The warm towels at the end of the flight, the travel bag for the long international trips were perfect. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and we were in economy so I can only imagine what it must be like in First Class! Also the free entertainment is phenomenal- wide range of choice. We also enjoyed the outside cameras that help you see views from the outside. Pretty cool!"

Great ride with excellent service
Service was great - flight attendants, on time, etc. the food was ok and the movie choices were limited…. But those things are minor in comparison.
On time Check in. That was not good after sittng in our sits, having been to change the places!
I wish there was ways to charge the phone while in the flight and that the service was better.
A few things, the boarding process was very bumpy and complicated with an interview and things that seems out of order. Once in the plane I think the entertainment was very poor. They advertise wifi, and tv programs as well phone signal and none of it worked properly. There was also no way to charge the phone or electronic devise while in the flight.
The seats are old and very uncomfortable and it felt dirty. The crew where very unhelpful and unwilling. They ran out of vegetarian meals and just didn’t care about it. It was just an awful experience.

You screwed up on my flight, then didn't apply my meal choice to the airway so I didn't have anything to eat the whole 8hour flight. and whats up with the second piece of checked in baggage not being allowed? You should tell customers theres a baggage embargo.

Very rude flight attendance. No accommodation for special needs. Food is horrible. Very disappointed. Won't fly with ITA again!!

Boarding in the heat was not pleasant
More than 2 hours late and no food because of a problem with the catering. The flight was super full and there wasn’t enough space for the hand bags. A lot of space for improvement.
Main trouble was with Kiwi -- a partner booking organization through Kayak. Even though tI booked well in advance they did not assign me a seat and I came within a minute iof getting bumped from the flight. On the return trip the airline sent me an ominous message that I had to provide additional info before I could receive my boarding pass and that if there were problems I would get a refund. That caused unnecessary stress since the airline just needed my home address. Kiwi should have made sure they had collected all the necessary information from me before they booked my flight.

We made the boarding and then waited inside 40minutes before taking off The plane was too full It was probably the worst flight of my life in terms of comfort. I was in the central seat, and on my right i had a very big person who was occupying part of my seat since he did not fit in just one. I think in these cases the staff should notice and do something about it. I checked if there were available seats by myself, but it was all full. Maybe in business class there were still available seats though.
