On my way to New York, I was brought to the lounge to wait until my boarding will start but nobody picked me up as promised, so I had to walk the way. I needed a wheel chair as well on my way back, extra ordered it at the check in, they said it is noted in the system. But nobody was there to pick me up. When I finally found someone, I was brought to a place, being asked to sit down and wait where I still had to pass stairs to come to the passport controll. From there noone picked me up, so I had to go my way alone with pain in my leg. I don't want to argue, I managed it even with pain but I wonder what happens with people if they cannot walk anymore at all. My advice would be that you work on to improve this service. We extra booked business class but this service was not worth being called business class."

Khuyết điểm: "I’d change out the Mac and cheese at the prelanding meal. Service took awhile and I ended up in the zone in the back where choices were gone. Biggest factor was inability of phone center or inter et to check me in."
Ưu: "I had only 70 minutes transfer time and had to spend almost all of that time standing in line to go through security after just arriving from another flight!! I ran to the gate and was the last person through before it closed. I asked about my two bags and was told they were accounted for. Hardly believing it but glad to at least have made it I boarded. When I arrived in Zurich, sure enough my bags arrived too! Was very pleasantly surprised!"
Khuyết điểm: "Though no fault of Turkish Airlines, having to go through security after just getting off one flight was stressful even if it might have been necessary. Almost missed my flight. The security area is not properly designed for accomodating many people at one time and the officials (actually two cleaning personnel) who did not speak anything but Turkish were manning the entrance. Even when I showed them my boarding pass they just rudely shooed me away!"

Khuyết điểm: "Unrelated to your direct service, but as the largest user of the Istanbul Ataturk airport, the airline should address the lack of insfrastructure and personnel to deal efffectively and timely with x.ray inspection for the immense passenger traffic in transit. The LONG lines (crowds is a better word), makes the connection in Istanbul completely unacceptable."

Seized all electronic equipment which I anticipated ahead of time and left my iPad home - but they took my camera - which is NOT on the list or a digital device. They had ONE person handling what had to be well over a thousand iPads and laptops. Flight left hours late. NO legroom, Food was horrible and inedible. The entertainment system draped out and locked up 4 hours into a ten hour flight. The WORST flight experience I have had in a very long tie and I have flown all over the world. Will NEVER fly Turkish Air again. STAY AWAY from this airline."

Seats cramped and too close together. Crew didn't manage passengers putting luggage away so passengers did it very badly taking up overhead room with jackets and small bags. Gate was overcrowded and hot without enough seats. Staff was pleasant though and friendly and courteous and efficient."

Khuyết điểm: "The A/C in the cabin was not working properly and for the first 2 hours was not even working. I had a hard time breathing, I was sweating and felt like I was going to faint. Eventually it worked better, but was on and off during the flight. It was unacceptable to let the plane go with the A/C not working properly. They even tried to blame it on the engines, that they had to work in full to get it going. I've flown hundreds of times and this is the first time I encountered anything like that."

Khuyết điểm: "Departure was late by an hour which made me miss my connection. Because of this: I had to purchase a visa @$70 US Airport service in Istanbul was very bad. It took 2 hours before anyone would actually help me to organize my next flight to Milan. By the time I arrived in Milan, my family had left worried sick not knowing what happened to me. I then had to find a bus to take me to Lugano, another 25 Euros, and not to mention all the stress to me and my family. I then decided not to put myself through the same situation on my way back to Tel Aviv and purchased new ticket with another Airline company. Overall, the whole experience was a nightmare."
Khuyết điểm: "My luggage did not come with the flight. Too short a time between Ankara-Istanbul flight and Istanbul-Accra flight. I missed the flight because of delays at Passport Control and had to fly the next day."

Ưu: "Turkish airlines changed my flight to another airline free of charge and for the same day. The new flight was definitely double the price that I originally paid and got my to my destination a lot faster than I would have if I had been able to take the original flight. Alitalia was a great, direct flight to my final destination."
Khuyết điểm: "Of course having a cancelled flight is always a negative but the worst part about my experience was that I waited 2 hours in line before being helped to change my flight, and I was only about 8th or 10th in line. They also only had one person to help everyone at the ticket counter until 2 hours later they added another person. In the end everything worked out and everyone was for the most part really nice but that waiting was annoying."

Ưu: "Food is phenomenal . Seat are so much more comfortable then delta, and I fly a lot overseas , where flights are 8h minimum , so it is a very important factor. Flight departed and arrived exacted at time schedule, and of course not to mention that the prices are good for their flights"
