When finally given priority because she couldn't keep standing in line someone told her to go through but when we did another staff person argued with us and then argued with the other staff who let us through. Very inconsistent experiences and no help for elderly, only babies. Food is not good either, vegetarian meal is not filling just a few vegetables and second main option I was told was noodles but when opened it was western spaghetti with a clump of meat I had to pull apart."

Its a budget Airline so I'm not expecting food or entertainment. But I was majorly annoyed with baggage policy!! This was the most rediculous of all! I payed more for my bags to follow me than I did for the plane ticket?!?! I was trying tirelessly to add bags to my flight before hand but system gave errors etc and I even tried the live chat again errors so no choice but to do this at airport for a ridiculously expensive cost. I was not happy and will think twice about this. I even considered taking the later air Malaysia flight with my bags included. If I had only known :("

Plane was not cleaned and emptied of rubbish before we were boarded. Most shocking of all, the plane was being refueled while passengers were boarding. All in all, pretty appalling. I take budget flights 2-3 times a year and this is the worst experience I've had with budget carriers (including the European budget carriers with dirt cheap fares and sometimes non-existence customer service)."

I don't think I saved that much to not consider other carriers next time."
