Khuyết điểm: "Two key issues: 1. Split up seating 2. Required to pick up and check baggage with limited time due to customs check. 1. They split up all four of our seats (despite booking more than 30 days in advance). Our seven (7) year old daughter was by her self. So was our fifteen (15) year old son. When we addressed it to baggage check (part of major issue number 2), they put two seats together, across an aisle, with both children in them. We obviously just sat one of the adults with the seven year old. This was not just us. SEVERAL families had children seated alone and spread all over the plane. ANA needs to require grouped seating for children under thirteen (13) years old with an adult. 2. Tokyo Haneda is the only airport I can think of where I have to pick up and check baggage again just to clear customs. The flights were 1 hour and 45 minutes apart. With nearly an hour dedicated to getting baggage claimed and getting through customs, we barely had time to fix two of our split seats (see issue 1) and rush via a free bus route that took 6 minutes (luckily we were first stop) to get us to domestic terminal 2. We were then lucky again because we made it through security quickly and our gate happened to be right next to the security check we chose. Another side piece: Haneda Domestic Terminal 2 has four security check areas (A-D). We saw no identifying marks indicating which were closest to which gate. Our bags have already been through a bag check process. Feel free to run them through security scans. Don’t make us wait to collect them just to walk them through the customs desk and check them again."

At $200 roundtrip, I was worried there were going to be a bunch of charges for things as well as delays. But low and behold, UNI/EVA seems to have figured out cheap tickets that run on schedule and includes all the normal perks like luggage. 1:50am flight is perfect, left Vietnam on time and even arrived in Taipei ahead of schedule! I would definitely fly them again."

Was no fault of the airline but rather the airport itself as I saw other airlines stacked up upon arrival and waiting for their gate assignment. Also other departures finally recieving a pushback from the gate after significant delays. EVA captain was good about keeping the passengers informed about delay and anticipated times for actual departure when the tower would inform him."

Khuyết điểm: "This airline puts priority on Korean speaking men non Korean women with a helpless child. First of all, my child was too large for the bassinet so I held him the entire time. Fine, I get it's for safety. But to make matters worse, my child had a fever and cried out of discomfort for the first 3 hours of a 10 hour flight. A male passenger complained and instead of defending a mother and a helpless sick child, the flight crew kept insisting ways to make my baby stop crying. Do you think I wanted to hear my child in that much pain? No, of course not. One male crew member told me to take my child to the back of thr aircraft (away from the complaining man). Ummm... I paid for my seat just like everyone else!! To be treated differently just because my baby is crying is HORRIBLE. To top it off, the seats are the worst I've ever sat in. My back and butt were in so much pain from those horrible seats. Bottom line- I will NEVER fly with this airline again after the mistreatment my baby and I received. This airline puts Korean speaking men above anyone else's needs, including a helpless 14 month old who feels horrible and doesn't know how else to communicate pain. I'll add that we were on a 10 hour flight after a 9 hour layover in Incheon and a 4 hour plane ride that was DELAYED from 1:45AM to 3:45AM. We were extremely tired and had been through so much already. If the crew had been more protective of us and understanding to the fact that he's a BABY I would have let the complaints slide. Last note- this airline delayed us 3 separate times. Yes.. 3 separate occasions. Do I need to say anything more?"

Ưu: "Shorter trip, I was able to switch seats were i could raise the partition. Attendants were friendly and when i missed food service (I actually fell asleep) they offered it to me when i awoke."
Khuyết điểm: "No toothbrush this time, but that's Ok, I had brought my own. No entertainment, but that wasn't a problem."

Khuyết điểm: "I purchased ticket for my son to travel to and from ROK, on his return he was told the time on his itenary was incorrect and that he needed to contact the airline. He was put aside and the ticket agents continued to help others. My son informed me and I made multiple attempts to call all three of the airlines connected to his flight (Asiana, Haiana, and Jet Blue) who each kept putting the blame on the other airline. No one helped me. I continued to make calls back and forth. My son went in line again as his flight departure time was approaching quickly. He was told the same thing and had to stand aside in the line again. This was his first time traveling alone. I was very concerned and it was at the middle of the night here in the US. I did not sleep throughout the night trying to call for help to help my son on his flight or another flight because he had already missed his flight by this time. The manager for Haiana was only able to tell me that she created a help desk case and they will get back to me. It has been over 24 hours and I ended up paying a thousand dollars for a new ticket to get my son on a flight this morning as he was left at the airport all this time and he needs to be back for school. The ticket cost more than it was for his original round trip ticket and it was the cheapest I could have found after a long search. I really think that we should be refunded this money and deserve an explanation for why my son could not get on his flight because during the phone calls I was told that the flight did leave as scheduled and on time. Please advise."

Khuyết điểm: "The time between my connecting flights was less than 30 minutes (because the first flights was greatly delayed), and as such, it was a hassle to get to my flight on time, especially since I had to go through security AGAIN between international flights, which made little sense to me"
