Ưu: "My 96-yr-old father was given an airport wheelchair after we checked his own transport chair. He was wheeled through security and to the departure gate. We were advised they changed us to a bulkhead row w/an unoccupied seat adjacent to his. Twice during the flight one of the flight attendants came to tell him that she would help him off the plane so to wait for her after the rest of the passengers disembarked. The meal was very tasty.Chicken karaage was not crispy but I wouldn't expect it to be. The rest of the items were well seasoned with the right consistency. Dessert was a flan custard with passion fruit sauce (very Hawaii!), even including a few seeds from the fruit as garnish."

WiFi is expensive compared to EK."

Khuyết điểm: "Was on flight QR 743 Doha to Boston. The pilot landed as if it was an afterthought In good weather, it sounded as if the pilot used the computer to land. The crew worked with great pains within a difficult situation. The flight was delayed by an hour, full flight had dirty lavatories without water from the get go! One of the middle lavatories could not lock! This plane should have been better serviced by ground crew before it departed Doha! Infotainment system is confusing, keep it simple and add more up to date movies. Even then, I will still fly QR over all else."

Khuyết điểm: "Refusal to let passengers bring water purchased past security on the flight. I have flown hundreds of flight legs, many international, and never encountered such a policy. Water distribution on board did little to compensate. Shortage of vegetarian meals (unless ordered ahead of time) despite their listing on the menu as an option for everyone. I was seated in the first third of the cabin and got no meal. Vegetarian meals should either be available for all or not listed in the menu as an option."

Khuyết điểm: "My connecting flight (booked through Emirates but operated by JetBlue) was inexplicably cancelled with 24h notice. Emirates did a good job finding me an alternative flight but somehow did not get my bags on my new flight even though the woman at the counter made a special call to "ensure" that my bags would come with me. Now I have to wait over 24h before I can get my bag."

Khuyết điểm: "The crew hardly paid attention to request. I had to ping multiple times and wait for really long time to get a glass of water. I tried to get to the back, the crew dint even move to help us with anything. They sat together and were talking and dint even care to move. I have never seen this amount of careless attitude so far in emirates. Food quality has gone down quite a bit compared to my travel before."

Khuyết điểm: "The seats were so narrow. When a person in front of you pushes back their seat your space gets ridiculously small...same problem with my flight from LAX to Incheon... It looks like that the aircrafts for this 10+ hr flight are older (smaller seat space) than the ones used for a 1-1/2 hr flight between Incheon and Osaka. Also the terminal at LAX is so far away from Tom Bradley main building that we needed to take a bus and had to wait about an hour until we finally got our suitcases."

The other check-in crew members told us (5 total) to go together to board the plane then this female staff told us we can only have one family member go in with my mom (to take care of the wheelchair then assist her on the plane) next time we board the plane. Their messages are inconsistent & her attitude was uncalled for, especially when she let other disabled passengers on with their more than one family members & the other Asiana staff members told us to go in at the same time."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight was delayed by 10 hours less with less than 24 hours notice. Had to call Asiana to change flight to a 1 stop flight (original flight was nonstop). Flight to Seoul from New York was also delayed by 8 hours and I ended up having to spend ~$70 for hotel/taxi due to arriving in Seoul past midnight. Horrible experience both there and back and don't think I would ever take Asiana again."

Ưu: "My husband and I were flying out of Jeju Island on the morning of 6/27/18 flt#OZ8922 to Seoul for a connection to Tokyo. The morning had some heavy rain and some flights were delayed, including ours. I don’t know if it’s your normal procedure in these situations but your staff at the baggage check/boarding pass counter were extremely conscientious and effective. They anticipated our dilemma and had our baggage removed from the delayed flight and put us onto a Korean Air flight that got us to Seoul on time to make our international connection to Tokyo. It was a long and tiring day of travel but because of your profession personnel it, including those at Korean Air, we avoided what could have been a much tougher situations unfortunately I can’t recall the names of the staff involved. I want to say the was a lady last named Joon and one last named Kim. There were other staff too, a young man that brought our luggage back to the check-in counter, and a lady that ran us through the terminal to Korean air and escorted us through security to the boarding gate. all in all it was amazing and thank you to your company and fine staff."

Ưu: "Our flight is only Incheon to Narita and later that night our final destination is LAX. I have checked in to Singapore Airlines the day before our flight. While checking in at the Incheon airport, the ground attendant ask me for my final destination. After a few minutes, shw mentioned that our baggage will be picked up at LAX. I was so relieved since this trip was 3 weeks with 3 50lbs luggage and 2 10 lb backpacks. I imagined going to Japanese Immigration again and explaining the reason for the entry. Because of this our layover is seamless. Star Alliance made it so easy for us to take their airlines anytime. Kudos to Star Alliance. Oh, the legroom is roomy for Economy! Nothing can compare with their airbus. I am only 5foot1inch and its like having a lounging chair. My husband whose 5’10” is happy with the space. Thanks for thinking of your passengers!"

I've never been told this on any of the hundreds of flight i've been on traveling the world. It must be a South Korea thing."

However, those who had connecting flights weren't able to make it and had to stay overnight in Korea. The next flight arrived 14 hours after the original scheduled flight."

Ưu: "I liked the airbus used to fly from and to the USA. On a 15 hour flight comfort is key, and they did their best. The have build little foot pedals to rest your feet on. Meals also came often, and the food was on the better end of airplane food. Crew was also very friendly!"

Ưu: "I particularly liked the seamlessness of the experience - from the downtown checkin and getting a boarding pass at Seoul station, taking the AREX, the efficiency and competence of the front line personnel, etc. I will recommend Asiana and I would consider taking them long distance except that I am a goldcard frequent flier with American/British/Cathay for many years now. Chicago talks about seamlessness in its airport experience but its train-to-the-plane is the chronic weak link."

Writing this on board an Emirates flight EK333 (MNL-DBX) on 1 Feb via wifi ($1 for 500Mb) and I am frankly surprised at how disorganized the meal service was compared to how it was on my other flights (8th in last 3 weeks). Could be an exception to their normal efficiency."
