Do not under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES take the window emergency exit seats. They charge you extra but don’t warn you that they are tiny. I am of relatively normal (althletic) build not overweight or unusually tall etc. They initially told me there were no other free seats so I ended up sat on the floor. Turns out there were free seats. They lied."

However in Dubai, the Check-in crew refused to allow me to board and I ended up paying $180 to have my hand bag checked in. This was unfair as the device I had to put in my carryon had it'seems weight already added to my allowed luggage."

I asked a passing crew member for just some water and I got incredible attitude and the guy totally didn't come back with anything, after everyone got their food and the crew disappeared I rang for them and it took them to the point of grabbing everyone's left overs to come by and see what I was asking for, and when I informed them they skipped me and I didn't get anything not even a drink, they said they didn't skip me and they passed out all the food to each person. At that point it was obvious to prove them wrong with everyone around me done eating and I didn't even have a cup or plate. Then they said I didn't want food when they came by............ -_- I'm not an idiot and I wasn't asleep the entire flight which they asked and after a bit of pointless argument they finally gave me some food. It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with customer service in my life and emerits is the front page of it."

First leg did not book (close) it properly, I have lost 1 hour at trasfer desk in IST (they were solving my ticket issue for that long) and another hour in VAR on the way back (because the TK staff did not solve it right the first time). Lousy work of service desk! I was lucky to keep boarding passes as the proof, because nobody believed, that I duly arrived from Baku."

The staff in Turkey was rude and unhelpful and most didn’t understand English properly. There were a number of others having the same issues, it was an awful experience."

On the flight they ran out of one of the meal choices and we just had to take or leave what they still had."

The plane also had Florescent lighting that changed colors every 20 seconds for the first 2 hours of the flight, my wife got nautious. At 11:30pm they served supper, which the food was good but this was supposed to be a red-eye so we were expecting some rest. The lights finally went out at 1200 midnight. They turned them back on at 6:00am for breakfast. I will never under any circumstance fly Turkish Airlines again."

This time I was told I'll have to check in separately at the nearest Turkish airlines desk when I land in Istanbul and that I'll need to pickup and recheck the checked luggage. Then I was told the luggage was transferred and then that was changed to "we can't be certain so you should probably check when you get there". I then watched the person behind the counter rip up a boarding pass before my eyes. I don't understand even now what the problem was but trying to figure it out in Istanbul with a 2 hour connection was stressful."

I dont! asked them" pointing out to other crew members, -this is the best part- the female stewardess had clearly visibly a pen in her front shirt pocket! Sitting around and trying to kill time and no pen still. While busy with food and other stuff, i fell asleep. Then after a while when going to the restroom i asked the male steward if he would have a pen please, he pointed out they dont have any pens. ( please note he marked on his check board, who is getting which meal on the first class)"

We were running late and a bit confused, both of the ladies helped us with the whole process, re-assured is that all will be well. They did so with a great genuine attitude. My knees were up against the seat in front and my back is sore from having to spend most of the trip twisted to try to fit into the small space. Also, my seat was is row 16 and was called a “premium” seat and I was charged an extra $24 for it. I did not find it any different than all the seats around me. What was the extra charge for?"

Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

It is not only s united problem. Curtesy and respects goes both ways. They need to be retrained in public relation."

I dont think I should have been dismissed so quickly and probably wouldnt have made it on the plane if I wasn't persistent I wish Delta offered better flight snacks in general. Pretzels and peanuts are disappointing. If not, then maybe offer snacks for purchase (on all flights). This was a 2.5 hour flight and they had nothing. I was starving. (Jetblue Southwest Virgin do a better job w food)."

Flight crew did not check seatbelts prior to takeoff in the forward section of coach. At least one seatbelt remained unsecured and one child had a backpack on his lap during takeoff. Very unprofessional crew. Credit card promotions over the PA system were very annoying and unintelligible."

And he told us it would take 10 minutes. It took an hour and a half!!!!!!!It completely derailed my connection flight. I missed it and was rescheduled, but wasn't told anything. I get to my new connection flight - that wasn't leaving for another 2 hours mind you - and ask the lady about my bag, because I was nervous it wouldn't get there with the flight change. Her response - "Well, they knew where you were going, right?""

I could never get through to anyone and there is no info on your tickets about the cost of a third bag. I was charged an extra $500.00 for two extra bags that were carrying donated supplies to help the animals. But your airline made it a useless endeavor because they ended up costing more than they were worth. The people at the gate were unbending and I'm so disappointed that it is more important to you to make money than help non-profit organizations. I have run Isla Animals for 15 years and have had much help from kind airlines, I won't be flying yours or recommending yours to any dog lovers."

Khuyết điểm: "Connecting flights to/from the US are a challenge. Both times (coming and going) were significantly delayed, causing me to miss my outbound flight. While AirCanada did rebook, I ended up in a ridiculous process of having to claim my suitcase (even though it had been checked all the way to my final destination and I never intended to stay in Canada) which involved dealing with non- communicative staff who slowly located the bag, got me an escort into the baggage terminal and then send me through customers even though I was just trying to get the bag on the flight they rebooked me on. Whole process took 2.5 hours. My shuttle was late for my inbound trip and when I tried to check in (which was just slightly less than an hour before departure) they took my passport and just stood there. No communication about what was happening. Luckily, after about 10 minutes they did check me in but kind of unnerving not to know what was happening. Wish the staff were more available and more communicative."

I was first class but my friend was economy and luckily had her own iPad or would not have been able to use anything , that being said the movies for her were still not free . The food was good as well and their regular planes from Europe are very large and beautiful"

I had a flight to Athens that was in final boarding my friend still has not arrived the first person I asked said she didn't have time to look if she was still on the flight , the second told me it was private info and finally a 3rd let me know she had been rerouted and would arrive 8 hours after me in Athens and that her bag though made my flight . She did last minute make it via running to our plane but in that time they had given her seat away, she had to prove that she paid did and deserved a flight . The way home from Athens all of my aid Canada flights were delayed and late . I had a 3.5 hour layover in Seattle to switch carriers to make it home , my flight out of Vancouver was 2.5 hours delayed that they continually said was only another 10 minutes , versus being upfront that it was severely delayed . Long story worst experience I've had ."

It is making me think that I cannot trust the timing of your flights and as I am going to Paris through Montreal on Sept. 25th, I feel I should change my flight to give myself more time to make my flight to Paris. I currently have 1 hour and 5 minutes to make the flight. Do you think I should change my flight and will I be charged for it. Please advise."

We were all "herded" into a small, hot area. It seems like this time of day has a number of late flights that don't seem to have a good plan. 3. We landed in Greensboro and the pilot walked in to tell us after the fact. Come on, an announcement before the actual landing would have been good communication."

However, the other gentlemen crew was so enthusiastic n eager to please, he actually replaced e entire noodle. Overall good effort with room for improvement."

The staff always seem more pleasant and I always get the meal I want (even with limited options). I was on a long haul flight this time and I appreciated the water, sandwiches, and snacks easily accessible without staff. You never know when you might get hungry and I hate having to track a staff member down. I also appreciate a usb & 3 prong plug for computers at each seat to charge devices during the flight. Therefore, you don't need to find a plug just before boarding the plane to charge."

The new coach seats are smaller in width and the ailes seemed smaller. In older planes you have an arm rest with space under but in new planes this is filled so there is less side space for hips. Luckily I'm average size but I can see how that could become uncomfortable. I also appreciate that this might have been developed in an attempted so the middle seat person doesn't get short changed on space. I was expecting more movies and TV options for a 11-13hr flights but similar options as their 1-2hr flights to NYC."
