Ưu: "The crew was great although I needed to ask them for my meal cause they passed by me. They thought I had my meal already which I didn’t. I don’t think they did it on purpose so it was just misunderstanding. My flight was on SQ 38 from Singapore to LAX on October 30 2019 Other than that. All is amazing. I will still highly recommend Singapore Airlines to other people."

The flights were delayed by a few minutes, which led to me stressing to make it on time to my flights, and I felt dehydrated and nauseous. Also the website doesn’t specify that we will have to purchase meals either before hand or on board, and that the airlines only took cash and no credit card. It was miserable, a whole 20+ hour flight with lots of stress of catching my flight, checking and the checking my baggage, and being hungry and thirsty because I didn’t carry enough cash on me."

Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

Ưu: "This time I made the mistake of flying with my kids (4 and 6). The flight or them was last minute (booked less than 8 hours before take off) so there were no pre-planned kids meals etc. The in cabin team were awesome! They made sure they go a choice of meals, that they had things to do, that they were enjoying the flights. This on top of the usual awesome that they have."

It was not close, she was a liar. They lost my bags. They kept calling me sir despite my corrections and obvious female anatomy. They had no remorse or apologies for their errors"

I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

The Stewardess were very attractive in their uniforms and make-up, not like the old maids United and American has. The cabin crew were extremely helpful and nice. The service was impeccable. The meals were actually pretty good. Course all the alcoholic drinks available was nice. A person could get wiped out pretty easy if not drink responsibly. But not a good idea to drink much cause of the aftereffects after the flight."

My number 1 complaint was the outside row seat armrests would not move up. This makes getting out of the seat into the isle much more difficult than it has to be. Why does it have to be stationary?"

The security check was chaotic and I wish they had a more sanitary way of checking everyone’s bags instead of using the same pair of gloves to search every passenger’s bag and do a body check."

Also, when your business class is empty there is no need to draw the curtains, unless you have something to hide. Your personnel was not in the mood to work today."

Khuyết điểm: "The planes were pretty warm/hot for most of our flights. I'm not sure if air condition was available, but I know some people asked. It did cool down eventually so they must have turned on air or fans, but I know the heat was on at some points which made it a bit uncomfortable for such a long flight."

I WAS NOT AND DID NOT KNOW UNTIL WE BOARDED. THE GENTLEMAN ON THE AISLE DID NOT WANT TO CHANGE. WE WARNED HIM THAT WE GET UP AT LEAST 3 - 4 TIMES ON A 12 HR FLIGHT. I was not informed when I booked the ticket that when you transit through 2 schengen countries, you need a transit document. I was informed about it at then airport. Not only did I miss my flight, I had to book for the next day at a outrageous price. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOTH KAYAK and PRICELINE. Will never recommend you guys to anyone."

Ưu: "We got to the desk to check in and there was one person being served in front of us. He finished with him, turned and left the area through the dooor. No one came to help us for 15 minutes. Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."
Khuyết điểm: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

Ưu: "The crew was very comfortable speaking two languages and friendly. They also had air conditioning! This was great because it was strangely hot in Paris and we were sweating profusely. And our last air france experience we were so hot and it was aweful. Even though it was like an hour and a half flight they still served us sandwiches ,really good."

The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

Khuyết điểm: "Be careful of the Chicken Curry main. Wasn’t expecting it to be extremely spicy. Seat pitch is tight but generally comfortable due to the unique headrests of these new seats. USB power was provided. Arrival into JFK was terrible. BA’s T7 is so crowded and dated I could literally touch the ceilings above my head while waiting 2 hours for immigration crammed into desolate conditions."

They my bags for 3 days and had hideous communication about it. Had no feeling that anyone could be reached about or that anyone cared at all. Late takeoff again. There was an impossible amount of time left under even the best curcumstances, to go from one flight to another, resulting in flight being missed and being sent to another city and losing my money on ground transport that was prepaid. The communication issue is the worst of it all. Massively frustrating."

Khuyết điểm: "The seats are narrow, could be wider (please see Cathay Pacific layout - they are the best in the One World Alliance). The amount of storage space at the seat level was limited. Limited lighting available when one wants lights for personal use. Lastly, the person sitting in the window seat has to "step over" the aisle person (is he/she is sleeping) - not a good design."

Ưu: "Having to climb upto the aircraft was somewhat inconsiderate to the elderly. I hate to think having to do this in the Winter."

Ưu: "I had left my walking stick somewhere at the airport, couldn't find it and had given it up for lost. What a surprise, once I was seated on plane, to hear an announcement for the traveler who had left a 'walking stick'; I told the nearest steward, and he got it for me - BA rocks! Overall, the air crew were so professional, (unlike certain things happening on other airlines at the moment), and I was very happy, even with my ovo lacto veg meal, (it really was tasty)."

You get much better seats on other airlines without having to pay first prices. Boarding was confusing for people that don't know that Club World means business. And food was bland."

Khuyết điểm: "American did not check my luggage to my final destination, even though they should have. Spoke with an American Airline luggage rep at Heathrow; he was rude and condescending - "You go get your luggage from Terminal 3 and bring it to Terminal 5. If you don't, your luggage is not going to with you!" Thankfully a more reasonable British Airways agent at T3 took care of this."

Khuyết điểm: "We purchased tickets months in advance. We were unable to check in online ahead of time so they put us on standby. We were informed by the airline that they overbook 20% - always. I purchased a seat on that flight, I should have been guaranteed that I got it. Being unable to check in early should not be a cause to bump us."

Ưu: "The British Airways staff was good. The food was decent, we took off on time and the loading and unloading of the plane was orderly and efficient."
Khuyết điểm: "The Boeing 787 'Dreamliner' is a a sardine can with wings. I'll admit, I'm a 6'5'' man, but I'm slim and in good shape. I fly often on many airlines. I'm also not a rich man and I fly coach. The legroom was pathetic, and despite being a slim guy I felt crowded, jostled and uncomfortable. I will avoid the plane at all costs in the future."
