The Korean Air flight left on time from Washington and the service on the flight was adequate but nothing special. The Jin Air flight for my second leg from Seoul to Bangkok was very much subpar. There was very little meal service and no entertainment whatsoever for a 5 1/2 hour flight. I didn’t read the fine print careful enough. I will avoid in the future any flight with Jin Air as a subsidiary of Korean Air.

He was served a hefty glass 1st, and I was given my drink 2nd, which was a very small pour. I asked for more wine and was given only a tiny bit more."

It was quite unpleasant and stressful as my husband and I were flying with our two children and faced a real possibility of not being able to sit together or getting bumped off a flight all together. It was a code shared flight between Lufthansa and United and each airline kept sending us to the other to get any answers or help. neither were helpful. It made it for an extremely frustrating experience."

Seemed really strange. With United already having a bad name from recent stories on the news, it made us worry. Don't like worrying when it has anything to do with an airplane."

I was unable to order a salad at 9 am, regardless of being starving. Also I'm 5'1, there isn't enough leg room. Power outlets should not be a first class luxury, that is rediculous. We all need to charge our devices. TV should not come as an extra charge."
Ưu: "The flight from Frankfurt to Chicago arrived late, had to collect bags and clear customs which delayed transfer, had to go from one end of the airport to the other on a train which operated very slow which delayed transfer, had to then clear TSA security checks which were very slow and again delayed transfer. Moving at the max speed we were capable of, we arrived at the opposite end of the airport too late to board and were left behind. United was not very sympathetic, although provided ticket for next morning flight. The entire experience was very disappointing following what was a decent tour of Italy."

I was told I'd probably be arriving in Seattle around 1-1:30AM. By pure chance, my flight from San Fran to Seattle was ALSO delayed (due to a late incoming flight), so I was able to board my original connecting flight. However, this still put me in a bad situation. I use public transportation, which wont be running by the time I arrive. LooKS like I'll be forking out $50+ for an Uber or Lyft home. Thanks, United. I only ever get delays when I fly United."
