Customer friendly fine service. Thank you.

Excellent service. Clean aircraft. Took off and landed on time. Did not feel it was an 18 hour flight. Will definitely fly Singapore Airlines again.

You really can get several hours sleep. The cabin crew is outstanding, patient, and extremely responsive to requests. Two meals served were excellent. Entertainment choices were complete. After a number of flights in Economy on other airlines I'm spoiled by Singapore Airlines and also by Business Class. And their fares seemed much less than others for the JFK to FRA route. Had no idea this level of luxury existed on an airplane."

It seem as if short flights are getting a raw deal with old planes and sub standard food, systems to save costs. If they cannot maintain a consistent level of standard across all their products let another provider in who can."

I was grabbing it so they could clear everything else but they took it as me trying to hand it to them. Both times I told them I was still drinking that and they disregarded it and threw it in the trash without hesitation. It's like they were robots on autopilot. Also, the male attendant in my row would always bump me pretty severely with his bum while grabbing things from the cart."

Ưu: "The lower level cabin attendant did her best to make a better impression than her supervisor. I am grateful to her."
Khuyết điểm: "The purser was not even polite. Was it because she was veiled and I was wearing a cross? I really hope not. The normal economy seats are cramped to an unacceptable level. I will avoid flying MH economy again. Malindo, a low-cost flying the same routes (SGN-KUL and KUL-CMB) I often fly, has a much better level of service than MH, supposedly a full service airline."

If you would have told me at the airport this would happen I would have made other arrangements. Instructions on what to do was quite poor too. As a foreigner to be handed a stack of vouchers without direction on where to go for transportation wasn’t satisfactory."

Entertainment unit was one of those press-the-screen-and-maybe-10-seconds-later-it'll-react types. Crew wasn't very communicative about what each cart rolling down the isle was for. Ưu: "The first and second flight of the four were on time. The food was surprisingly pretty good- probably some of the best airplane food I've had. Not much variety, but still good. One of the four flights had entertainment, and the movies were of good selection."

Ended up having to stay in KL, where the hotel they put us in was an hour away from the airport. No direction, terrible communication. The attendant in Bali lied to me, knowingly. I had to miss a day of work due to this. And this all could have been avoided if they would have held the second plane just 30 more minutes."

Flight boarding and departing were on time, friendly staff. Arrived at our destination early with no problems.

The airport experience. Check in and bag drop at Adelaide airport was terrible. Security even worse.

Khuyết điểm: "One young cabin crew member was very polite and welcoming - ? Angela The other older woman would not even acknowledge me or say hello / goodbye despite me saying hello"
Khuyết điểm: "The flight was delayed which caused us to miss the last shuttle bus for the car hire company - we had to catch a cab instead - luckily the car hire company reimbursed us for the cab fare, even though it wasn't their fault."
Khuyết điểm: "I have to pay a lot of money for my over bagges , and I went to check in very soon but you still arraged me to the end of aircraft when I have trouble with car sick ."

Khuyết điểm: "The staff were so rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there, acted like pouring you a glass of water was the biggest inconvenience in the world. Had to pay for inflight entertainment, no snacks or food whatsoever. But the attendants weren’t attentive or even in the slightest bit polite."

Khuyết điểm: "The rear of the plane was filled with screaming babies, loud uncontrolled children kicking the seats in front of them (mine). Equally loud mothers baby-talked continuously to their offending offspring with no effect. Cabin staff made no attempt to control the noise levels. I recognize some of these small children could have been suffering ear pain from the cabin pressure changes but trained cabin staff could have offered remedies for this. It does not explain the continuous screaming at cruising altitude. I recognize that JETSTAR is an intentionally cheap and nasty airline. I reluctantly took this flight because there was no quality service (like QANTAS) at the time I required. I accept the lack of amenities offered by REAL airlines like complimentary food, drink, entertainment and healthy legroom are the cost of cheap travel but I would have happily paid a higher price for QANTAS had there been a flight. I will not fly JETSTAR again and if no alternative exists with QANTAS, I will choose another airline in spite of my long allegiance to QANTAS CC: QANTAS"
Ưu: "Good movies.. they paid for my hotel and shuttle once flight was cancelled."
Khuyết điểm: "Flight was delayed 8hrs then it was cancelled due to pilot being sick. They never said on the flight how much the baggage fee would be which ended up being 150$.. which is unprecedented. Had to pay for food and drinks even after getting delayed and cancelled.. they should have been included"
Khuyết điểm: "Checking in was a pain, when there were too many people, the staff didn’t really make any effort to speed up the process, they didn’t care much to prioritise whoever came first, just mixing up those who have problems with their luggage with everyone else."

Ưu: "I wasn’t able to select a seat and was assigned a middle seat, but the service desk agent at ADL moved me to an aisle seat without charge. Food was reasonable value and tasty, if cold (who refrigerates a muffin?!)"
Khuyết điểm: "Usual Jetstar pain having to call to add extra luggage (qantas booking) and then curiously Jetstar telling me to ring qantas for an updated itinerary"
Khuyết điểm: "They lost half of our pushchair and it took 5 days of endless phone calls for them to agree to replace it"

Khuyết điểm: "I'm a thin man and am 5'9" (pretty average height) and I couldn't fit comfortably in my seat. The space between rows was so tight my knees were squished into the seat in front of me."
Khuyết điểm: "The carry-on baggage policy is ridiculously unfair and they don't tell you about the 7kg carry-on restriction at the desk but charge you 50 dollars at the gate when you don't have any other options but pay before you miss the flight"
Khuyết điểm: "As I stated previously this company's complete lack of concern for customer service is appalling. I have directed my managers and staff to ensure that this company is no longer engaged to supply transportation to any of my companies"
Khuyết điểm: "Customer service and Jetstar CANNOT be used in the same sentence. Flight cancelled by carrier no viable options offered by phone representative held on the telephone for over an hour whilst travelling to airport in an attempt to get a flight home. Holiday cut short, had to return rental car 1/2 day earlier than what had been paid for, lunch reservations had to be cancelled and no responsibility accepted by Jetstar representative. Well they have definitely lost me as a customer, none of the companies I own would treat a customer in such a manner we believe that we NEED customers to stay in business. Then to top it all off had a hour and a half travel time from Bne as opposed to half an hour from Coolangatta."

Khuyết điểm: "Delayed for 4 hours with no nappies for my 1 year old ... no priority boarding for families with shattered children ... lying boarding staff Vallentyn or something like that ... no ability to check in online due to a message saying we had a special request ... we didn't and have checked online to HNL and SIN recently with JQ without a problem."
Khuyết điểm: "Crying kids on flights drive me nuts. Not much can be done about it though. Also it is really mean of Jetstar to charge for inflight entertainment. I can understand charging food food and beverage, if they have lab our and procurement costs but running an entertainment screen costs them nothing. It is outright opportunism. Also while I'm on the topic, my continuing winger is luggage charge calculation. Why do I at 72kg with 10kg of luggage have to pay extra when a 150kg person doesn't. Air travel cost is directly proportional to payload. This has to change."

Khuyết điểm: "Was charged 50$ at check in at airport for luggage. It was a carry on size they said it was over weight had flown with same items on several different airlines, Quantas, American, and virgin no one else stop me. If this is how they get the ticket cheap, just state that upfront. So I know and am not surprised at airport."
Khuyết điểm: "Flight was cancelled at the last minute. Jetstar doesn't have a customer service line you can call so it was very difficult to re-book. The chat was clunky and not compatable with mobile phone. Then they couldn't refund the extra fees I had paid for assigned seats - that is a "different chat site" though I was reassigned a Quantas ticket and given tickets that had us split up on that flight. They couldn't give me a booking number or anything like that for the Quantas flight either. I will just save the hassle and fly with Quantas next time. Unimpressed with JetStar and their customer service was terrible. Still out the refund money and frankly it is worth it not to have to deal with them again."

Ưu: "I like the fact that when you book a flight you then have to pay for a seat .... What do you expect us to stand ! then you have to pay for baggage and all the other hidden costs .... after you have payed !"
Khuyết điểm: "Dont have a credit card and they say we will be only taking credit card for beverages . On the flight over they said the reason was because we came from Bali and had no change but why the flight from Adelaide so again couldn't buy anything... Great service !"
Ưu: "JetStar was the only carrier offering a non-stop from Adelaide to Cairns. That's why we chose it."
Khuyết điểm: "Be aware that you get a 7 kg carry-on allowance, and pay for checked luggage, by weight. Cheapest to buy when you book the ticket, can be purchased before you get to the airport, and very expensive at the airport. Seats are jammed together, very little legroom. Best to know going in that it is a low-cost, no frills, no space airlines."
Khuyết điểm: "I highly recommend to never fly Jetstar. I am a frequent flyer and this was my first time using Jetstar. With extremely limited access to WiFi while traveling in New Zealand I was unable to check-in my bag prior to arriving at the airport which lead to a bag fee of $360!! Never in my life have I had a bag fee this high. It would have been cheaper for me to outright book a completely different flight at that moment of finding out what they were charging me - on a competitor airline for the same departure time that very day!"
Khuyết điểm: "We booked through Kayak and weren't told that when you book a flight with Jetstar, you get NO BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE. ZERO, ZIP, NIL. We didn't know this and assumed like other Australian and New Zealand carriers, we would each get one free bag, so I went online and paid $25 for a third bag. When we checked in for a domestic flight, we were told that we would have to pay $400 to send our luggage with us. THAT WAS MORE THAN WE PAID FOR OUR SEATS! We were also told that had we paid for our luggage ahead of time, it would have only been $60. Be very careful if you fly this airline. Make sure you know what is and what is not included with your ticket, especially if you use a third party to purchase your tickets. PS - All drinks (including coffee, tea, soda, etc.)are extra. Frankly, I'm surprised they don't charge for using the toilet in flight"

At airport I was charged $682 for luggage cause " I didn't say I was flying with luggage "supposedly opting out of the $ 35.00 fee for luggage. Only other option was to re-book for next day loosing out of bookings in Cairns which was not an option. Many other passengers on our flight faced same predatory practices by Jetstar. Gate agent said website changed to be more transparent. This is not true Luggage fees more than doubled cost of flight. This is only direct flight from Adelaide and you're trapped .""
