A long haul flight needs roomy and comfortable seats.
The breakfast menu was quite disappointing in comparison to the other food I’m used to being served on Qatar Airways

They provide 2 meals and a third snack (usually a pizza) and keep additional snacks and drinks fully stocked in the back of the plane. None of that existed on this flight. The crew was very uninterested. Seemed very absent and not into assisting patrons. Overall, not what I have experienced on prior Qatar Airways flights. To add insult to injury, I was sitting next to an EXTREMELY smelly person, which didn't make the experience any easier :( Not the airlines responsibility to ensure patrons exercise proper hygiene, but that didn't help the situation with my hungry growling stomach."

It was uncomfortable In the flight Doha Phuket wi-fi did not work in the first economy sector. It was a big problem to us, it was necessary to go in the second part of the economy sector to stay over the wifi. The crew did not solve the issue."

I would be more concerned if my flight had a close connection if this is a standard practice. This was my first flight with Qatar. If the practice is standard I won't keep flying them."

At 01h00 in the morning after 12h of travel, not the best experience - and something that could be avoided."

Swiss shouldn't operate another second until they have their customer service figured out. You can't reach anyone at the company. 0 accommodations for you in case you need to make changes.

Not a lot but since we were just sitting it was enough food. We had to stop for a meal on the way home from the airport."

There is little leg room and the cushioning is not enough for a long distance flight. There is no boarding control. People just line up and get on the plane in any order."

First flight came in a few mixtures late, but then we had to wait our long turn to deplane, get on bus and wait for it to fill up with all slower passengers, drive to terminal, make it through passport control, take train to other terminal, and run 20 gates down where they were looking for us. We made it with 1 minute to spare from takeoff. They knew our bags were connecting and they made it. If they could've expedited our passage with a club car it would have been excellent."

Khuyết điểm: "We didn't fly to Zurich. Instead, we flew from Berlin to Frankfurt to San Francisco to San Diego. Although the alternate airlines did a fine job and we had nice flights thanks to them, we only found out about the change when we arrived at the airport and it caused us multiple inconveniences throughout the day. Our flight from Berlin to Zurich was scheduled to board at 9am, so we left our accommodations at 6:30am so we could arrive at the airport around 7am. It was a rushed, hectic morning and we stayed up late preparing for it the best we could. When we arrived and found out our flight was canceled, we learned our new flight wouldn't board until 11am. So we rushed for no reason and had to spend a considerable amount of extra time at the airport that we could have spent enjoying coffee one last time at a local cafe or something. We planned to fly straight from Zurich to San Diego so we could participate in an interview for our Global entry application (which you can only do when arriving in the US from an international flight). Because we had a brief layover in San Francisco instead, we had no time for this and were unable to do the interview when we arrived in San Diego because it was a domestic flight. The change also caused issues with our luggage. We're not used to checking bags when we fly OR flying internationally with layovers in the US, so we asked the agent at the Swiss desk in Berlin how it would would with both of those aspects in our travel with the itinerary changes. The agent told us our luggage would follow us all the way to San Diego and we didn't have to worry about it. However, we learned once we got to San Diego that our bags were left in San Francisco because apparently we were supposed to pick them up and recheck them, but we had no idea. It was a huge bummer and we wish we would have had more control over our itinerary that day. People book certain flights for certain reasons and need to have a say when their flights need to change."

Meals were OK, and I was delighted that the vegan meals I ordered for my travel companion were right there as ordered. Not a common occurrence of late, I’m afraid, so I congratulate Swiss one getting this one right."

I felt bad for the man in front of me, with my knees in his back. That is, until he reclined his seat and put my video screen in my face. Not much to watch anyway, but it was impossible to lean forward at all. Boarding at JFK was rather chaotic."

I contacted customer service by email and was told I was all checked in. Assuming no issues I went to airport to find out it was canceled. I did not receive an explanation. I waited in line for two hours before speaking to a representative. Was made to feel like it was my fault I hadn't worked things out while waiting in line-"didn't you receive an email!?" I was told no other options except to leave the next day. I pulled up many other flights out of Venice that would get me home in time and was told that there simply were no other options. The real explanation was that Swiss didn't want to pay out to get me home in time. I had to pay more money to get back into the city rather than sit in airport for 12 hours."

It was an 11-hour flight and the crew made every effort to maintain our comfort. Good equipment, good food, and great service.

They completely forgot about me. When I saw that the people had boarded, I went to the counter asking for the wheelchair. They sent me to Egypt Air to request it. Of course Egypt Air said I was not their passenger, so I should request the chair to my airline. I tell the man from Egypt air to talk directly to his colleagues in Turkish Airways. He is angry and tells me he's doing me the favor of getting the chair even if it's not his job, so i should be very thankful. He requested the chair and sat me on it. Kept telling me I should be thankful to him, even if it wasn't his job. Turkish Airways never got the wheelchair for me and I have mobility problem but they tell me to get to another airline to get it! No entertainment originally in Spanish in any flights for Spanish speaking passengers."

Combined with an organization that was messy, let's just say that all of us were REAL happy when we finally boarded the plane."

They were very responsive to any time i needed help . And the food was amazing . Even the economy class gets gourmet meals . Also the entertainment was quite good . They have big tv screen for each seat and have all sorts of shows and movies from international to hollywood . And have games for kids ... Overall i was very pleased with my flight ."

I received no information and ended up having to book a new flight for the next day. After my flight had already left Turkish Airlines posted on their website an alert. I am shocked that it took so long to post any information and I am very upset that I was unable to reach customer service. I will NOT be choosing this airline to fly on again."

Delayed original flight multiple times. Then rebooked us on a flight from Miami. Sat thru an hour and a half taxi ride through rush hour. During check-in none of the terminals worked and all passengers had to wait in huge lines for manual processing. Once aboard the plane we waited for two hours for mechanical issues. Finally they tell us to leave the plane walk to the other end of another gate in the airport for a few plane only to discover it isn't scheduled to leave for another hour. I never would have purchased this flight. Because of all this I missed dinner and I have dietary restrictions that eliminate most food available in an airport. Other health issues keeping me stressed and up this late for a red eye flight will almost certainly trigger a migraine ruining my vacation. On top of all this I'm still paying full price!
People need more than soda and pretzels on long trips and planes should be properly fueled before allowing people to board.

Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

The entire flight everybody walked over it in to the carpet. Friendlynes and service are two words that does not apply to this crew. From the first flight till the last flight AA made a mess out of it. Canceled our flight in JFK, no help or service, you are on your own when AA cancels a flight, after rebooking our flight we had a 7 hour stopover at Dallas, again no service, no voucher, no nothing. Then today with our return flight AA could not find our ticket numbers, turns out that when they rebooked our inbound flight they forgot to take over the return flight...cost us 2 hours and 10 minutes to check in at LGA Never, ever again with AA, even easyJet provides better service then AA does on intercontinental flight!"

Honestly I didn’t like this trip back and wish I stayed with Iberia. The counter person was not friendly and she did not accommodate me to get a window seat and then told me I had to pay. And if so I had to do it at the connecting flight counter. Over there they told me they don’t do changes of seat that I should do it at the counter. Seriously I was confused and went back and she changed me to an aisle seat instead of a window. I ended paying 140 online to get a window chair. The food was horreoundous and salty… only the cake was good. The crew has an attitude when passing the food… I feel AA is no longer the type of airline I liked … also I could not connect to the wifi.. just not a good experience.
Very organized boarding and good communication from not only crew and pilot but appreciated the email updates the airline sends letting you know gate # in advance as well as boarding times. Both flights were short ones so food/entertainment N/A . But connection was extremely well managed ( again with email alerts regarding gate number and boarding times.) Luggage arrived like clockwork! Very smooth take off and landing too. Great experience.

There was delays on my departure flight and return flight both due to mechanical issues. The flight crew has us fill out re-entry documents on the return trip from Portugal to US that were unnecessary since the airport has kiosk to take the information. This made the disembarking very stressful.
The boarding process from Barcelona was a very long and arduous process as they have to check that everyone has a covid test. There were no explanations about what was happening. They didn't really even announce boarding. The flight itself wasn't bad. I got the cheapest ticket so there wasn't food included. So, I brought food onto the plane.
The BA staff at the rear of the plane were extremely helpful and professional. Very unfortunately for me, I had developed a cough prior to flying, and when a couple of passengers complained they handled the situation very professionally and did not make things in any way awkward for me. Would most certainly recommend BA/Iberia to my friends for future travel.

Iberia charged my credit card 55.00 for the service and then, without my knowledge Iberia changed my seats and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. The communication between flight attendants and passengers was horrible. Those of us who had not eaten yet (about half the plane in economy seating) watched the flight attendants bring out extra bread to all of the other economy passengers who had already received their meals, while we, who had not eaten yet, watched. My husband inquired if we were also receiving meals. He was told that everyone would eventually receive a meal. Horrible customer service, the worst ever. Later, before landing the pilot cancelled beverage and snack service because of possible weather conditions but never put the seat belt sign on until we began our decent. Nothing made any sense. It was like a crazy person was in charge. I would not trust Iberia to take me anywhere in the future."

Also, before I departed from the US, the customer service rep at JFK made me purchase a refundable plane ticket for $2500, and charged me a non refundable fee of $35 for booking the flight for me ( I asked how to do it via the Iberia website on my phone and she refused to help me, and the website makes it extremely not obvious how to book a refundable flight). She said because my flight was one way to Europe I had to have an onward flight, even though I was traveling by car outside of Europe. She said that they would ask me for it at customs when I arrived in Europe. Well they have never asked me for this before, and they did not ask me this time either when I arrived, so this whole exercise was pointless. When I called to get my ticket refunded, they also charged me a $25 fee for refunding the ticket, which the agent in NY did not tell me about. So I just ate $60 for no reason. In addition, the customer service person was very rude about the whole thing."

Long line to check in and the person checking me in told me I could not check hiking pools. I asked twice because I thought I couldn't carry them on. I waited in line for the security check and they told me I couldn't carry on my pools. Went back to check in and a person managing the line told me to go to a check in desk at the end. I waited there for 15 minutes and then when he finished with the family he was helping he told me he was on break and walked away. Went back to the woman that told me to go to him, she offered no apology and told me to wait back in the check in line. I then needed help to get back in the security line because my pass wouldn't scan, then had to take a tram to get to the correct gate (this is after taking a subway and then a shuttle bus to get to the right terminal). It is very unlikely I will fly Iberia again. The night before it took almost one hour for them to get luggage off the plan on a small local flight. Boarding both to and from Madrid was also disorganized and no one at the desk ensured that only people in a given boarding group were in line. Another source of frustration is that this was booked through Finnish air (code share?) so I could not check in on line or choose my seats."
