Friendly staff, excellent food, a whole lot of good choices for onboard entertainment, comfortable ride, and good legroom even in the economy.
Everything is excellent eventhough our flight was cancelled. They provide us accomodation in the hotel and food. I understand why the flight was cancelled and I’m glad they did cause it’s for our own safety.

Actually my flight from Hing Kong to Kuala Lumpe has been cancelled and I don’t see the refund of my airfare. Thats my comment of your Company and please follow up。
I don’t travel I need my ticket back until now am with so many communication daily to get my refund

I am well aware of the fact that clients are often over demanding in the services they are being provided and rarely appreciative of the crew that does everything to make your journey pleasant. However on all the four Airasia flights from Delhi Kuala Lumpur Phuket, the overall attitude of the crew members was not nice."

Ưu: "I will say that the AirAsia crews do save the day. This is my first time flying AirAsia on a 3 leg trip (currently on leg 2) and the crew members have been absolutely awesome and stellar."
Khuyết điểm: "I’m just a BIG guy so space is my overall complaint. But as my first experience with AirAsia, it has not been a great one. First my initial flight kept being delayed and delayed until it was actually canceled. Then my second leg of my vacation trip, again, delayed and they just had us standing in line waiting to board our flight. Again I give praise to the wonderful crew members for the stellar and comforting service. They truly are the reason I have not given up on AirAsia just yet. Now I do have one leg left, my tip home...I’m hoping that this one will be the overall best experience for my AirAsia. I’m praying for an on time departure, and another wonderful staff and just a tiny bit more leg space. Wish me luck"

Khuyết điểm: "The 7kg hardline AFTER doing the document check nearly caused me to miss my flight thus potentially missing a connection. If AsiAsia are going to keep to this 7kg hardline they really need to do it across all airports and do it during the document check so the number of queues costumers are subjected to are minimized. I did purchase extra weight when purchasing the ticket however that weight MUST be in checked bags only. No margin here for discussion. Perhaps HotSeat passengers are less scrutinized??? This all may be just some transitional pains here and other airlines may follow the same model but in my 200+ flights on Nok Air this has NEVER happened. In fact, they (Nok) have NEVER weighed my carry on bag. Such a shame as the rest of the flight experience was above average. This hardline approach will be an issue if they continue until they beat their customers into taking or leaving it in my opinion. First AirAsia flight for me so the vets reading this will be smiling quietly to themselves ;-)"

They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out."

On the way back from Langkawi, I was asked to weigh the bag since they suddenly implemented a policy of no more than 7kg on board. Told the rude creature that it was ok when I left KL, he said: here in langkawi we are implementing the policy and have nothing to do with KL!! Was asked to check-in my bag, and paid RM79 for the extra 3 kilos. Never flying with them again."

I am glad to have the options to NOT pay for the food and entertainment since I never used it during a flight less than 6 hours. I am sure the food and entertainment is good for many passengers paid for them. The flight is on time, the boarding is well organized, the crew is courteous and bathroom is clean."

Yes, water. -constant (and unnecessary) updates on PA system -often attempted to sell AirAsia branded paraphernalia during flight while everyone was trying to sleep -sprayed an unknown substance into the cabin to "sanitize" just before we landed (insecticide?!). We were given a warning literally 10 seconds before they sprayed it."

Ưu: "Process to checking in was great, no major hurdles. Boarding and crew professionalism were good as well. Flight boarded and arrived on time."

Khuyết điểm: "I was charged $94 canadian to check one bag that weighed in at 10kg. I honestly thought the man at the desk was joking. After that he sneered at me and suggested that if I had not booked through Kayak and instead through the airline, that it would be a little cheaper. He then pushed me to hand over my credit card so he could charge me. From then on all I have to say is that the planes have no entertainment, no leg room (they are known for the insanely tight seats) and no food. Not even a drop of water was offered unless you pay on board. Interesting...I wonder what they do then with all of the money they took to accept my one bag (it was seriously 10k, I'm a small girl travelling alone there was nothing large about it). All that to say, I wish I could get some money back, I would never have paid so much to check a bag if I had the opportunity to cancel the flight all together. I'm beyond unhappy with my experience."

Khuyết điểm: "the air asia klia2 terminal is a dump. the gate seats are rock hard/uncomfortable. the air con in the terminal was set too cold. I think the check-in baggage fee was too high. if I would have ordered food the price would have been close to ctrip fairs, and on those flights u might get entertainment. I don't think I saved that much to not consider other carriers next time."
