Not good

All area is great

The crew was fantastic. They did their utmost to accommodate our needs throughout the flight. Definitely Singapore Airlines is the best.

There is not much good to say. Boarding process is time consuming, food should improve a lot and entertainment choices are limited and outdated.

Khuyết điểm: "Air port does not have automatic internet connection We were there for 8 hours with no internet because we had no international roaming to receive the PIN via SMS. The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

There was a bit more leg room but that was about it, Having said that Singapore Airlines overall is pretty good - toilets kept nice and clean and everyone well taken care of."

Khuyết điểm: "Aircraft was old, tired, and uncomfortable. The seat of my chair was not attached. There were huge comms boxes below every 2nd seat so zero legroom. Screens were so old they were unwatchable and tiny. Air Asia provides a superior service for a fraction of the price."

Ưu: "The attendants were helpful, smiling and friendly. The entire time We flew with an 18 month old and they came looking for us before he flight to help us carry our stuff on board. They gave her a toy, asked for her name, and checked on us often. They also gave my husband and I an option for early food service so that one of us could help our daughter eat. The movie selection was great. Take off, flight and landing were smooth. And we arrive half an hour early both directions!"

I was lied to and passed down the beaurocracy over issues with my Stopover Holiday packages. They lost my bags. In Hong kong, I was told the designated smoking area in the terminal was close and the steward encouraged me to go...I almost missed the flight even though I didn't even make it to where she directed me. It was not close, she was a liar. They lost my bags. They kept calling me sir despite my corrections and obvious female anatomy. They had no remorse or apologies for their errors"

Khuyết điểm: "Service has faltered recently. I had asked fo Riesling, and the flight attendant said they would bring later. Never did. Also, they no longer offer various Crabtree and Evelyn products in bathroom, and my night pack didn't even come with a visor to cover my eyes for sleeping."

Airlines lost all my bags and is not being helpful at all in tracing them. Value of baggage is over $25,000. I expect a full refund and expect to be compensated for the loss.

Horrible food

Only the flying part was okay. They have not served food to two of us in the Doha to Hyderabad flight They told that they are not aware of our food requirements We had to travel without food

Checkin was greuling slow and an excruciating experience at the Indira Gandhi international airport. There were only 4 windows open to check in 300 passengers. It took me 50 mins to get to the window. I was there 3+ hours before departure time upon arrival from my domestic flight that arrived on Terminal 2. Security took another hour and no one from the flight ground staff came looking for me to expedite my security unlike the KLM staff. KLM staff was looking for their passengers in the security and immigration area for a good half hour. Also, I tried multiple times the day of my flight to WEB CHECKIN. the Qatar website and APP didn't let me do that either. I nearly missed my flight and was the last one to board!!!! I hope the airlines adapts to handle larger volume of passengers given the type of Airport rules and regulations. For example, IGA at New Delhi haa an additional Immigration step before security that's added an additional 45 min to my time to board the plane. Thank you and I hope a real human actually reads this survey response and it doesn't end up being processed by a computer bot that lacks human compassion and emotional IQ.

Ưu: "On March 4, my wife and I made a flight from New York to Sydney with a transfer in Doha, Qatar. We flew the Qatar airline business class. Everything was great despite a very large flight. New plane, very clean. Wide comfortable seats turning into a large comfortable bed. Great menu and good wine list. All staff are professionally trained and very friendly. All this made this flight very comfortable and we were not tired."

Whoever barged to the counter and was aggressive got priority and taking down the details and giving us a receipt. This is probably my 5 or 6 flight in Qatar and it seems that you guys are slipping up as Emirates had done. Hope you don't."

Khuyết điểm: "Emirates has applied EasyJet seat ramming techniques to its A380 business Class product. As a result even the spacious upper deck of an A380 feels cramped. The seat width in business Class is the same as economy so lying on your side to sleep is an impossibility for all but the diminutive or children. It’s hard to justify 4-5 times the economy fare to sit in such cramped ‘pile em high, sell em cheap’ seats. Breakfast served just before landing at LGW was honestly the most revolting meal I’ve ever been served onboard an aircraft, and I’ve flown Monarch. Less scrambled egg than puréed egg slops with gristly undercooked chicken sausages. Ryanair would blush at serving up such lousy fare. Emirates are paring back the ‘overheads’ in business Class and its starting to show. Cheapening the product (in every sense) might work for some but if I’m going to stump up thousands I think I’ll choose an airline that treats me less like self loading cargo in future."

Khuyết điểm: "Checkin associate at SFO was rude and told me that only light baggage is allowed in the plane during borading noticed several passengers with larger bags and sometime two bas as well. I was told I can only take one bag. This caused me to change my plans on what I can carry on my two small bags. This is also the reason why had to take a small handbag to keep everything I needed. I lost this bag at New Delhi airport. Had I been allowed the the standard tote and a laptop bag I may not have needed the extra hand bag and may not have lost my items. Emirates associate is partailly responsible for my lost items."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight initially was said to be 1 hour late and then it was cancelled altogether. There was no information about why and what are the next steps. People were just following blindly as the group moved, finally everyone was led out of the airport after immigration cancellation, then to baggage claim where we had to collect all checked in big bags and board a bus to take us to hotel . The hotel was good but getting there with the big bags for just a few hours and then the flight was scheduled for night (12 hrs later than original schedule) They could have just held the checked in baggage with them, or arranged an alternate aircraft to arrive sooner."

Not even a meal voucher. Talked to a guy named Ishmael Shinad and he was beyond useless. Wasnt the happiest person on flight."

Khuyết điểm: "I specified ovo Lacto vegetarian because I eat cheese and diary. I got a stale and very small bread role with strawberry jam, wilted fruit and margarine for the breakfast meal. The non vegetarians got a full plate of croissant, cheese, fruit and jams. When I asked for butter I got no response. I asked three times before I could get some butter as I do not eat margarine. Lunch was wilted and slimy lettuce and tired fruit for dessert. The main meal itself was delicious but I was hungry the whole flight due to the small helping.. Another small but slightly fresher role and margarine again. Next to the non vegetarian meal there was less than half the food. It was very disappointing."

Khuyết điểm: "When I reached at Dubai l could not get a seat to come to Boston as they had overbooked. But it was a blessing for me as I was given a free round trip ticket from Boston to Kenya to use within one year and for that I thank you."

Khuyết điểm: "I disliked the feeling of being targeted and discriminated against. I was forced to undergo additional unwarranted extensive security checks as I was boarding the plane. I was asked to step aside and have my carry on rechecked while I was being interrogated by an officer. This is all in addition to going through an extensive security check at the security checkpoint. This procedure is Unjust and Humiliating for innocent passengers try to take a flight with absolutely nothing to hide."

Just too many issues in Puerto Plata and Montego Bay. It was too many delays and took way longer than normal. Not happy at all with the experience after a long day of flying.

It was more the fault of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, and the entire experience was a circus.

I did like nothing after they lost our luggage and they are not helpful at all finding them.

Swiss, knowing the disfunction of the Brussels airport, should have contacted passengers connecting to their flight, and escorted them through an accelerated process, to assist in making the flight.

When leaving Florence we arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hours before our flight. There were 100's of people waiting to check in for several different international flights and only 2 people working at the check in counter issuing tickets and checking bags. Many people were missing their flights and trying to figure out how to get home. We waited over 3 hours on the lines along with most of the other people on our flight. There were several altercations between travelers and ticketing agents. I am not sure if they held the flight or if we put on a later flight running through the airport to board. There were no other people in the airport at security or shops or anywhere just the crazy international flights area. When we arrived in Switzerland for our connection we were very late and again running through the airport to barely make our connection. When we did arrive in Newark our luggage did not. Also I had ordered a gluten free meal when I booked the flight and they did not have my request so I was unable to eat on the plane. If you are asking about allergy meals they should be available or I would have brought my own food on the plane. On a positive note, the blankets and pillow were a nice comfort for the long flight. They also checked our carryon for free so on our sprint through the airports we weren't dragging bags with us too.

Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Khuyết điểm: "Spaces for seats in the economy class are shrinking. With Swiss Air, seems more so as the seats recline quite a bit which is of course good for an 8-9 hours flight. However if the passenger in front of you reclines their seats, you absolutely are forced to recline yours immediately, otherwise no one will fit. Flight attendants have to ask passengers to put the seats back from reclining during meal service so people can open the food tray and are able to access it, that is how much the seats tilt."

Ưu: "Passengers completely ignored the commands of the crew and crew was unable to take control of the crowd (passengers refused to follow crew's multiple demands to sit down during the high turbulence, finally crew gave up to force passengers to take a sit). Several times, standing passengers fell on the sitting ines. When at the end of the flight, the issue was pointed out to the captain and supervising flight attendant, both became aggressively defensive to the point of being rude."

Ưu: "We had two flights with Swiss and the first one left half an hour late, meaning we only had about 10 minutes to connect to the next one. Instead of sprinting through the airport, a man was waiting for us immediately outside the plane. He got our luggage right from the cargo, drove us to another man who stamped our passports, and then drove us to the plan just in time for takeoff. It was incredible service and everyone was super friendly. We so appreciated them making sure we caught our connecting flight!"

Khuyết điểm: "For a 5' 4" person like myself, arm and leg room were barely minimal, Economy seats were crammed together and were not ergonomically designed for comfort or support. I was fortunate to be able to move from my center seat to an aisle seat once the flight was in progress. As soon as I did, the air around me was cooler and made for more comfortable breathing. In the center seat, the air was still and close—very uncomfortable. Poor communication regarding passport control protocol at the departure gate: A temporary station was set up, labeled Passport Control, but no SWISS agent announced what was happening. I had just gone through a passport control line on a lower level so I didn't think I had to go through a similar process at the gate. Most people around me also didn't know whether they had to go through the process at the gate. Once agents had been questioned on the subject several times, they should have made a general announcement to inform everyone at the gate. They did not. The food on the plane was the usual poor quality fare for economy class—either highly processed or overcooked and much too salty. Ugh."

And in the process of the turmoil and stress of rushing, I have witnessed airport people being extremely rude with passengers who were not at fault that their original flight was late and were merely trying to make it on time. Correspondingly, every single time I flew with Swiss, I never knew whether or not I will get my luggages. Simply put, your organization is poor and your flights are unfailingly late!!"

The meal I originally was given was included milk and cheese ingredients and after explaining what vegan actually was they did their best to help my situation. My first flight with Swiss to Switzerland included the correct "vegan" meal do I can't understand how this mistake was made by Swiss on the return flight?"

Since I was embarrassed as I had to keep rejecting the food they gave me until I educated them on the basics of what Vegan food is... They were very helpful throughout."

Nobody told us that we needed to get a blue stamp (??) on our boarding ticket, for what I still don't know. So then we needed to get in ANOTHER line and get the stamp and then stand in line AGAIN just to get on the plane! For being Swiss you'd think you'd have this part down AT LEAST! Boarding by seat number would have been a better idea. Everybody was all over the place getting their bags stored above."

Ưu: "Service-first class! The hosts did their best to keep me comfortable after my operation. My TV system did not work at all and there was no sound. This was not addressed. The directions were not clear on the control machine. It did not say to keep pressing start after each activity The flight was ice cold during the entire journey. I was told that if the pilot put on a little heat the others would complain."
Khuyết điểm: "Food was the worst I've had on a European flight. I ordered special food that had n0 preservatives because of my stomach ailment. I got Molly's special pre packed horrible food all through the flight filled with preservatives and prepackaged. I therefore didn't eat anything. They kept giving me kosher food on top of it . That was worse. I did not order kosher food! So on my entire flight, I ate nothing. The hostess finally found a left over but it was horrible as well. A tiny salad with plain head lettuce, not like the Lufthasa food. This continued into breakfast. Molly food was unhealthy and inedible. I ate one piece of packaged cheese for the entire journey."

My connected flight from Warsaw was late. We have to run to the gate in Istanbul. Our bags did not arrive to Boston with us. Three days later we still do not have them.

The pre-boarding crew in Istanbul for the flight to NYC did not have accurate information on Covid requirements - kept insisting I need a PCR test, when in fact an antigen test was sufficient for my category of travel. Created unnecessary tension.

The flight was 5 hours late, made us miss our connector to Dallas. No more flights to Dallas until Friday. We were only offered the late flight to Istanbul, hotel overnight in Istanbul. A flight to Houston and we’re are stranded from there. Later, I found a flight to Newark, take a Connector Bus (my costs) to JFK, overnight layover 8 hours, and a flight to Dallas from there. I was refused to change to that flight unless I paid $300, my connector, and any hotel costs if I chose one. Having spent the night before in JFK, I absolutely would need the hotel, it is not safe.

We did not like that the bathrooms ran out of water to wash our hands. We did not like that flight attendants handled and served food with no water on the flight to wash their hands. Most flight attendants were unfriendly. The one gentleman that served us was pleasant. We really did not like that between the food service we saw virtually no flight attendants other than those sleeping in the area at the back of the plane. We did not like that we could not understand the announcements made. We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."

We unbuckled and we’re ready to get up and he said “ I have an elderly woman but first I need to see your license. In shock we said you need the license for us to be able to help? He said unfortunately that is our policy. I happen to have mine because I brought it along for the medical mission. I showed it to him then he gave some detail still not allowing us to see the person that needed attention:"

Ưu: "If you are flying Turkish from the US or from Istanbul to the US or other far away destination, for the love of God, do not fly on the B777-300. Did that twice from Chicago to Istanbul and back, and the seats in economy are a real killer....very tight and uncomfortable. On the other hand, if you have a choice of Turkish aircrafts b777 vs AB330-300, you will do yourself a favor by selecting a flight on an AB330-300. Slighter smaller plane then the 777 but a little more comfortable in coach. So you are warned......and by the way, you will select a two seater combination rather than being stuck in the middle.....If you are stuck in the middle, always do your best to get at least an isle seat."

What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Khuyết điểm: "No AC while passengers on board waiting for take off. It lasted about half an hour. people were forced to use airline magazines as fans. No TV news or sport to watch Toilet was not clean. My seat can recline easily without pushing the recline bottom. This was a connection flight. Passengers had to go through 4 check points. Too much redundant. At the last check point, 4 gates shared the same check point. We saw a line but no sign for it. So we went to the front to find out what the line was for and went back to join the line for security check. There were people who did the same thing but tried to cut in the line right at the check point, creating chaos."
