Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
The Manila to Japan leg were great, so was the Japan to Chicago… but it all went downhill from Chicago. Our connecting flight from Chicago to Philadelphia was cancelled, then our baggages were loaded onto a different flight than our actual rebooked flight. We made arrangements for us to pock-up our mis-routed luggages that arrived at Phildelphia a day after our flight. However, AA delivered the baggages, so we got a hold of our baggages at the end the day already.
As I worried about, the time between my flights was not nearly enough. So, I got stuck in Tokyo during golden week and extra night. That was terrible and difficult.
Seats TOO small and hard !!!
I am request a total refund and suffering. Fight JL7519 from Miami to Los Angeles on June 9. I paid my Covid test $300usd (antigen then PCR). I also booked three Hong Kong Hotels. W's Hotel, then Homy inn North point. The last Hotel was with Japan agent, he said Regal Hong Kong is "fine" but after I booked and paid the Hotel. Then the Japan airlines said "no". The screens with arrivals and departures posted that Checkin was open but there was no JAL staff to answer questions. Then getting an update “maybe” the 00:10 flight is cancelled? What is maybe cancelled and JALs phone messege still said the flight would depart at 00:10. So I go back to JFK because after all “maybe” isnt a definitive and according to all the direct JAL sources the flight is suppose to depart, I get to JFK the second time only to be given a printout saying the flight is cancelled with no rebooking, and to call for assistance. The same number is been calling for hours trying to get answers. coukdnt reschedules because I’m calling outside of business hours! I spent $200 on cab rides going back and forth to JFK to go nowhere, get no apology, no new flight booking, and no reimbursement for transportation."

I like the variety of food choices and some of the dishes were delicious (salmon and rice). The seats are pretty comfortable. They aren't great for sleeping in, but the flight was decently quiet and dark for some time. I would recommend bringing a pair of earplugs and a neck pillow."

Well the arrival airport was changed to Narita $32.00 per person for Airport Limobus to Haneda. We get off at Haneda and are informed we cannot stay there and wait at the domestic airport for our 6:25 am flight to Naha. We had to load all 6 pieces of luggage on the shuttle bus and transfer to the international terminal because they close the domestic terminal at midnight. There was no hotel accommodations at the domestic airport as the hotel was booked two months in advance!!! We had to wait at the international airport terminal till 4:30 am when we then transferred back to the domestic terminal with our 6 pieces of luggage. Tell me how happy you'd be!!!"

With most passengers coming far from the airport, it will be very very helpful if the counter, even at least one counter, would open earlier, so that passengers who came in early could check in early and wait comfortably in the departure area."

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in

The on board crew was awesome, weather delayed flight, missed connecting flight, landed at a diff airport. No sign of baggage. Anywhere.
About an hour late, sat on runway waiting for fuel long time. Then there was no ground crew to get us in the air, had to wait on them.

BA was an hour late taking off from London to Warsaw. The onboard experience was charge for everything. No sodas, water, nuts, etc. Oh and boarding, cmon. The gold, silver and special people go first. I think that was 5 people. The other 150 plus, you are on your own, go. You have your typical isle 5 person holding up the entire loading procedure, trying to get their oversized bag in the overhead, versus loading from the back. Wow."

We missed our connecting flight (we finally departed 15 minutes before our connecting flight left Denver); I had to call customer service while still sitting on the plane, and we were placed on a connecting flight out of Denver that left 4 hours AFTER we should have landed at our final destination. What should have been 9 hours of total travel time (including driving to and from airport, security checks, customs, etc.) turned into 20 hours, resulting in a lost 1st day of our trip."

I've been a Hawaii Island resident for 36 years and a State employee for 25 years. The effort required to input and process this data had better be rewarding for the state population and not another State 'make-work' chokehold on the travel industry. I realize the danger of invasive species in the state but does it really require a Completed form for Every passenger on Every flight to make a difference? Airline employees took their task Very seriously, BTW. Why?"
Ưu: "In these past six months my family and I have been back and forth on the same route and in four occations this flight as been delayed. My 70 year old aunt lost her other flight in Houston and had to wait 12 more hours overnight wihtout food because all the restaurants were already closed. In our case were a party of five and with 1hr 40min connection. We had to run to the other side of the airport to the international gates not knowing if we lost the flight because when we arrived to Houston the second flight was already boarding. Luckly the flight attendants let us out first before the other passengers and barely made it."

Khuyết điểm: "Only limited drinks were available and then the flight attendant forgot to bring the water I requested. Thankfully it was a short flight, so it wasn't that big of a deal."

Khuyết điểm: "Attendants didn't know how to work Directv sets so no one on plane had programming. One attendant thought it was a touch screen and it wasn't. Another said she would reset the system but never did."
Khuyết điểm: "United botched my boarding passes at security so I had to run back and get the correct one, catching my bags to see if they were going to the right place"
Ưu: "When we got to Chicago we didn't have a plane so we had to wait hours and then walked to another gate .. Wait for another hour and then they said we would not have anything to drink or eat in the flight"
Ưu: "Smooth flight"

Ưu: "Boarding was a little challenging. Had issues with a bad check-in kiosk, but the staff handled well and got on my flight. Small plane,but a short flight."
Khuyết điểm: "This was honestly the worst traveling experience I've ever had. I bought my ticket online and when I got the airport I'm told that my flight is "oversold". How do you over sell a flight!? Thank God some guy was nice enough to volunteer his seat so that I was able to leave. Very unprofessional of you guys and very inconvenient for me. Will never in my life book with United again."
Khuyết điểm: "I was told I had a confirmed seat after a cancelled flight and showed up the next day to find out it was given to someone else. No help was giving took us three hours to finally get help"
