Sitting in row 9 I did not get my first choice for dinner menu , disappointing.
The seats are really small, so better like who you’re squished up to. Food wasn’t great, even for airline entrees. Crew was great, bathrooms were clean.
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Narrow middle seat in Boeing 777 (10 abreast) instead of 9. Boarding one an a half hour late.
The airport closed off checking in 90 mins before departure. Showed up at the airport and was denied entry. Had to re book the flight.

Overall unsatisfactory. Same seats but no amenities."

American refused to provide hotel. the provided hotel and meal voucher for a fellow traveler on same flight who missed his connection. I was told he was accommodated because he is priority. When asked how I become priority I was told "he spends more money and flies more often." To me that means as a customer I am not a priority to American Airlines."

And was very helpful to me getting a seat closer to the door as I was having horrible spasms in my back. She is what AMERICAN Airlines should be to all customers. Gate B47 on 9/30."
Khuyết điểm: "It cost me $86 dollars to supposedly upgrade my seat to an exit row with tons of leg room. Granted there was plenty of leg room but the seat was extra narrow to give room for an emergency exit if necessary. I'm not huge but I barely fit in the seat. It was an uncomfortable squeeze which of course got worse as the flight continued. I complained to an attendant that the seat was too small and he had no remedy. If I was a few pounds heavier it would have been impossible. You'd think they would warn a customer of the narrower seat. It's so obvious that it's all about profit for the airlines which sickens me."
