The staff are so talented speaking flawlessly in Korean and English. They made me feel comfortable for the whole 14 hours. I’d definitely fly with them again."

Khuyết điểm: "Our flight was scheduled with Korean air. We attempted to check in multiple times with issues on the Korean air website. we called and they told us not to worry. Finally, approximately 12 hours before departure we wwere able to check in Only to find out due to the expiration date of our passport we would not be an allowed to check in. We scrambled to get an emergency passport, however by the time it was received we had already missed our flight. Korean air is not willing to aknowledge this as a fault in their system and is instead suggesting this is a kayak issue for allowing us to purchase these flights. I would like the total flight cost refunded as this should never have been allowed to be purchased if Korean air knew at the time of purchase when checking in there would be an issue."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding was a challenge because the gate staff did not announce in English. It would be more organized if they boarded sets of rows in sequence instead of mass boarding for economy. Also had a problem with transfer at Bangkok Airport. Fortunately I had adequate time for the connecting flight but the transfer area was not opened until 7pm. The transfer process is all new to me and not really easy to understand until the first experience. The Arrival and departure boards rotate airline information which was initially difficult to understand. The headsets were a problem in reference to fitting, volume and quality of tone."

We had a very short connection but were met as we got off our first flight in Seoul and given great instructions about how to quickly get to our connection through security while our flight to SFO was being held for 15 minutes. The food was very good, choice of movies and TV excellent. Our bags made it to SFO despite the short connection. All in all I couldn't ask for a better way to make a 20 hr trip to the other side of the world."

At checkin service the attendant was kind enough to notice that my travel partner and I would enjoy an aisle and window seat together without a middle seat occupant and seated us accordingly. Thoughtful. Attendants periodically walked the aisles to let guests know that they were available always. Five stars!!"

Khuyết điểm: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ036, I occupied seat 15 A (mono, aisle-window): I did not understand the reasoning behind this layout: Seat facing straight the front of the aircraft, but not enough space to stretch the legs, and limited height for the footrest, feet getting hurled against a ceiling very quickly, and also footrest only on one side = one foot. The deep cavity, that is probably meant to house the lie-flat disposition, is at a 45° angle with the general direction of the seat. I am 77 and not in any way a contortionist. I decided that the best course of action was to remain seated for the duration of the 14:30 hours, flight without extending my legs. Maybe the crew could have explained how the passenger is supposed to fit into that weird design, but I did not ask, afraid that the demonstration might reawaken chronic shoulder and hip pain. I would be glad to read (not test) how this configuration is supposed to convey the sense of comfort expected from a Business Class ticket. It did nothing of the kind for me."

Panel removed by crew. In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Ưu: "Me & my wife were on Premium Economy. This was a connecting flight to Manila from Vancouver Canada. The food served was not visually appealing and very lacking in taste. The food can be improved for this sector. The food was a very far cry from EVA Air flight also on Premium Economy. Before this flight we took we took BR9 from Vancouver Canada. The Ground Agent at the boarding gate wanted us to check-in our carry-on baggage which was well within the measurements specified in the EVA Air website (23x36x56cm). My wife and I had only one carry-on each. The reason given the flight was full. I did not understand this since I could see there were lots of passengers who had carry-on baggage larger than the 23x36x56cm and more than one piece carry-on. Not sure why this female Ground Agent picked on us when there were lots more violations within her sight. Also, she was rude when we refused. Once inside the aircraft with all passengers boarded, there were lots of empty bins for carry-on baggage. The more I was not happy about this Ground Agent picking on our carry-on baggage. The more I did not understand why!"
Khuyết điểm: "This is my wife & I flying with EVA Air. My wife and I have travelled with many international and domestic airlines for 38 years now since we started travelling. I’d recommend EVA Air’s Premium Economy. The seats were wider and leg room was excellent. The amenities were great especially the entertainment part. Ưu: "I actually loved the whole trip. The aircraft still looked like it was brand new on the inside even though I'm sure that it has probably been in the air for a few years now. The service was great from the seemingly effortless takeoff and landing by the pilots to the flight attendants being very efficient and caring. The ambient temperature of the cabin was great. I had a wonderful experience and when I return home I will not hesitate to book with EVA again for any of my international flight needs."
Khuyết điểm: "It's not really even something that I didn't like because I know learning a second language is hard any way but every once in a while when the flight attendants made announcements they would either run English words together into one word or pronounce it a little wrong but I still could understand everything that they were saying. So if I have to suggest something that is all that I can think of and it isn't even a bad thing at all. Thank you for everything!"

Really it cant be made any smaller or lighter. THEN DINGED AGAIN for sticks as an over sized item again ! WTF ! Most other airlines label it as sporting goods and I pay the overweight fee, usually $150 CAD. Not this airline ! I could have booked another person for return flight and only added $300 to my bill ! Utter ridiculous how bad I got raped on this. Ok over weight yes. But over weith + oversize + oversize is a bit much !"

They passed me when serving the food just because the aisle seat passenger next to me was served his special meal earlier, so they did not notice that the passenger at the window seat (which was me) had no tray in front of him when running the regular meal service. Isn't this sloppy !? Problem is that once they passed you, it's hard to get their attention, as they are always in a hurry, and not looking over the cabin just to check if someone needs something or wants to call on them for any reason, and there are no attendant calling buttons available. So you have to wait until they come by your seat again. Finally I got my meal with apologies 15 minutes later, but the experience was already ruined and the negative impression built.. Also, when departing from Taipei, the boarding process was a bit disorganized, compared with the one we had in Vancouver. As for as the entertainment, the LCD monitor at my seat was pretty worn out, with very poor contrast, making it difficult to watch a movie or read information. Same airline with two opposing experiences: Vancouver-to-Taipei very good, Taipei-to-Manila: poor."

Ưu: "Had a nice flight back from Taipei to JFK on China Airlines in premium economy. Compared to economy, I was quite happy with the comfortable far-reclining seats and more than enough leg room. My one complaint is food. I'm a vegetarian and the veg options were awful...simply not acceptable. And giving passengers the full can of soda/beverage would be nice. Most adults drink more than a shot glass worth of soda or juice. Or at least fill the cup a bit more."

I only ate rice because the fish looked horrible. Boarding was a mess. The airline ground crew were ineffective in new york and manila. Our flight was delayed because they couldn't board everyone in time. Premium economy is pretty good- seats are large. Economy is a zoo. Don't think I'll be travelling with China Airlines again soon."
