Khuyết điểm: "Apparently you need to be at the airport 2hrs before your flight leaves otherwise you cant print your ticket and have to wait in a 1-2hr line to have them tell you you have now missed your flight and charge you $30USD to change to another flight. When it only takes literally 3min to get through security and to the gates. not sure why they couldn't give us our tickets when we were then an hr early. Then they said we were at gate 5. We went and waited there. About 20min before departure we noticed the flight info had changed and wasnt ours. No announcement. Nothing. We had to run upstairs to our new gate and barely made that flight. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service and lack of communication. Basically a company looking to get money wherever they can at the expense of foreign travelers."

Peruvian gentleman on the plane just prior to landing was telling me how dangerous it is in Peru in the area surrounding the airport. I was given four hours of wifi coupons and coupons to a breakfast and lunch at a restaurant by our gate, where i was waited on poorly. Next time i may look for a layover in Florida."

I've flown to Europe with various international flight companies and LATAM has equaled such but what put it above others was the personal attention when I had a problem with luggage. In Lima, Peru there was a connection and an attendant named Sebastian went the extra mile contacting luggage handlers with his cell phone to ensure my bag was recovered and waiting at the gate of my connecting flight en route to Buenos Aires. Last year Etihad weighed our purses with a bathroom scale at the door of the aircraft. Outrageous. Slowed boarding for over an hour and cost passengers an average of $150 - $320."

Yet, I was in Dallas from 3pm until 8:30pm with my 3 year old who was exhausted and hungry. I guess it was not worth paying more for a short connection."

At around 11 we were told that our pilots were too tired to fly and two other pilots might fly us but we wouldn't know untill 12:30 am. At 12:45 am we were told the back up pilots refused the trip. American Airlines has no back up plan for this apparently and the flight was cancelled till 9:30 am the next day. It was 2:00 am before I received a hotel voucher. Overall terrible experience."
