He sat on the tarmac before we left for one hour and 20 minutes and as we arrive on the tarmac for 40 minute's, it would have been nice if they would've told us what the holdup was.

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Noisy squeaky airplane. But smooth flight and arrived early.
American airlines has always been great. Will definitely be using them in the future!

They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded."

A lot of people missed connections."

we missed our connecting flight in Chicago to salt lake because the first flight left late, the customs lines took over an hour, and the layover time was barely long enough to recheck our bags walk to our gate across the airport.
Last minute gate change had all passengers trotting across the terminal. No ground staff on hand to help inform, just an announcement (in Spanish only) on the PA for the change. otherwise short flight itself was fine
My baggage was lost and there was no Iberia customer service desk at Heathrow. I can't imagine how I'm going to get my luggage given that no one was available to help any of us (there were many) whose bags simply did not show up, and this was after two hours of waiting.
This flight made me miss my flight due to the delay and now I’m out thousands of dollars and a hotel stay.
Pay extra for snacks, no water for free. No WIFI working on flight. Better leg room on this flight.
The agent in Berlin Acted like an Air Berlin( the airline that went out of business) agent! I said hello and she turned around and walked away…..that little lady then came back And said loud and gruff “ boarding starts in 20 minutes!” Iberia express needs test riders to Get rid of the nasty ones so they can stay at home… and not say hello back to her Pax

I have never seen such close seats in 45 years of flying including bargain airlines let alone more pricey higher quality airlines like British. Iberia was supposed to be an extension of British. When I arrived at MAD I went to the Iberia desk and tried to make an upgrade to their "business" class which was not up to the level of British's Premium Economy. At the Iberia desk at MAD, or online, or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole round trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! years.This was RETURN part of my journey! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time at MAD when I landed, online, or on the phone. British also said that I could not upgrade just the first (MAD to LGW) leg of my return journey. I would have to upgrade the LGW to TPA also. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. Emergency evacuation would be very difficult for all pax with the short seat pitch. My having to sit sideways with my legs in the aisle would make it more difficult for other pax to to evacuate in an emergency. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years. British should be aware that bad experiences with partner airlines tarnishes their reputation. As a premier airline British should pressure partner airlines to maintain seat pitch at no less than 32 inches which is still tight for many people. Since not all partners have equivalent classes of fares, British should allow mixed classes. For example on a TPA to MAD round trip journey, it should be possible for the transatlantic legs to be at Premium Economy prices, and the short legs LHR or LGW to MAD at business class prices. During my flight, a five year old sat in front of me who was disruptive throughout the whole 9 hour flight. He was yelling and slamming on his tray table nonstop. This made it hard to sleep or relax on the flight. He was disruptive to everyone in the whole cabin. I tried to be patient, as it was a child, but when the child started climbing the seats of the row and kicking his legs in the aisle, I had to act. Not only was the child a hazard to the well being of the passengers of the flight, but he could have hurt himself. His parents did not seem to act on his behavior and did not speak my language so I was forced to approach the flight attendant in my cabin. I told the attendant, “N. Cara” as her name tag stated, how concerned I was with the child’s safety and how he was disrupting the flight experience of all the passengers on the flight. She was disgruntled as I was the third passenger to approach her. Instead of acting on the situation, she scolded me. In a rude and derogatory tone, she yelled at me claiming she couldn’t do anything and I should just move to a different seat. She yelled so loud she attracted the attention of all the passengers around. I am shocked and disappointed with the treatment and customer service I received from the crew on this flight. Furthermore, I recommend that the airline should ensure that their employees are competent enough to deal with situations where passenger’s safety are at risk. The fact that the crew member did not attempt to approach the child’s mother or address the situation at all was appalling. It should not be the customer’s responsibility to address disturbances or safety precautions on a flight. I do not think I was treated well on this flight and I am very unhappy with the services I received and paid a great amount of money for. I believe I should be compensated for the mistreatment I endured. This may have been the worst flight I have ever had and I do not plan on choosing Iberia Airlines ever again due to this experience."

I waited in line for the security check and they told me I couldn't carry on my pools. Went back to check in and a person managing the line told me to go to a check in desk at the end. I waited there for 15 minutes and then when he finished with the family he was helping he told me he was on break and walked away. Went back to the woman that told me to go to him, she offered no apology and told me to wait back in the check in line. I then needed help to get back in the security line because my pass wouldn't scan, then had to take a tram to get to the correct gate (this is after taking a subway and then a shuttle bus to get to the right terminal). It is very unlikely I will fly Iberia again. The night before it took almost one hour for them to get luggage off the plan on a small local flight. Boarding both to and from Madrid was also disorganized and no one at the desk ensured that only people in a given boarding group were in line. Another source of frustration is that this was booked through Finnish air (code share?) so I could not check in on line or choose my seats."

If we know we’re going to have to wait at least an hour and a half before we can take off, we should be able to get off the plane. Or at minimum run the AC if we’re going to be stuck there.

The leg room was too small. There were no sweet cookies within the snacks. Fly attendants did their work, but were not particularly pleasing."

Ưu: "The crew was amazing. I was traveling alone with an infant and since the flight wasn't full, the ticketing agent moved seats around and gave me an entire row! It was so nice to have the extra space with all my things and to get up freely when needing to change my sons diaper. There was also a changing table in the bathroom which was much needed."
Ưu: "The staff, especially the male flight attendant, watery knowledgeable, professional, and went out of husband way to make everyone satisfied."
Khuyết điểm: "The televisions breifly went out of service during my return trip from Denver to Des Moines. The issue was resolved promptly, but on such a short flight I was unable to use the service."
Ưu: "Bad weather and a bumping up and down and side to side, wild ride. The flight was delayed because of a broken arm rest on a seat. This delayed the flight and allowed a front to move in, which we flew through."

Doctor won't approve flight since this just happened 3/28/17. But, I can't pay so much more to fly home after surgery....near the holidays. Just makes me sad. I had insurance on 1 flight so i hope i can get 1/2 of my ticket price back. Yup, I messed up the insurance on the 2nd flight. My bad. So I'm out for 1 ticket, and a broken leg and torn ACL and I didn't see my folks. Can you do anything to help me, United? Please? Thanks. Pretty tough week."

My ticket seats were separated when I was sure I booked the seats together. The blanket given to my seat was in package but was used and very vile smelling. The flight attendant was very rude, had an attitude when I asked for a drink after I wasn't offered one. When landing and I was asleep, flight attendant hit my head to wake me up to adjust my seat to the correct position rather then in a polite way. Also luggage was not with the rest of the planes luggage and on a differnt carousel. I travel often and are use to glitches, but when cleanliness and attitude come into the picture those are things that can be controlled. I wish to no longer travel with United again."

Then the flight attendants did not even do a beverage service."
Ưu: "Crew was attentive and friendly. Jumped at any and all requests. Always looking for ways to assist all flyers. Boarding was quick and easy. Plane was on time, boarded quickly, AC worked perfectly, plenty of blankets and food was spectacular. Crew made the 6 hour flight feel like an hour of comfort."
