I had to fly standby to get home otherwise I’ll have to spend another whole day in Atlanta they scheduled me on a flight 24 hours later from the one that I originally was scheduled on only because Delta canceled the flight
Early arrival. Great plane. All good!
in plane service was very poor, never got asked if I needed anything else. Also, I miss the days when during the boarding the gate agents would actually acknowledge your presence not only stand next to the machine.

Khuyết điểm: "We had a connection in Detroit. The flight from Seattle to Detroit arrived about 30 minutes late, and we barely made the connection. Apparently Delta had not told the Detroit-Boston flight to wait a few minutes for us. We did make the connection, but we arrived at the gate with no seat assignment (we had been bumped the day before from our original flight because of a mechanical problem) as the plane was loading. Had we missed the flight, we would have had to spend the night in Detroit and go to Boston the next day. Delta should have told the gate agent that we were coming."
Ưu: "I felt safe on this flight. Middle seats were empty, plane seemed clean, masks, etc. were in place. I flew Sun Country a few weeks prior to this and flight was overcrowded and COVID precautions were way insufficient."

There not enough room in the box for me to explain my experience but the ticket agent lied to me, said he couldn't take my bag until I got a paper receipt and boarding pass from a kiosk despite having had pre-paid for my bag and digital boarding pass. 25 mins wasted"

They offered a replacement plane was old with tiny broken screens, broken seats. It smelled horrible as we were boarding from the tarmac. I'll never eat airplane food again."

When I got too baggage claim the baggage claim not listed. Ticket agents declined to help, so I was walking all over try g to find which claim area to go to which was frustrating."

It would have been very helpful if the gate staff at LAX had advised me to not bother to try to make my connection, or called the next gate to tell them we were running over there. RUNNING. Or at least done something to act like they cared. I am disappointed by the lack of initiative. I understand flights cannot wait, and I would have greatly appreciated being saved the trouble of running to a different terminal and instead taking that time to change my travel plans. They may see travelers struggling like this daily, but to each traveler, a hiccup in travel plans trip is stressful and urgent. I ask Delta staff to please consider that when they come to work. Thank you."

Khuyết điểm: "Delta Flight #1661 I paid for 1st class. My first flight was late so I arrived at the gate after boarding began. When the gate attendant scanned my ticket another printed. When he handed me the ticket my seat had changed to seat 25E. I told the attendant that I had paid for first class. He asked me to step aside while he contacted his supervisor, Joe. Then I had to wait until ENTIRE flight had boarded which defeated part of the reason I paid for the upgrade. This was on top of the fact I was so thirsty because 1st flight didn't have drink service and because it was late I had to book it to the connection arriving sweaty, hot and needing to use the bathroom. I was told they had given my seat away to someone as a free upgrade. Joe offered me a $100 voucher to take other seat which was less than I paid for 1st class, plus the seat was a middle seat in the rear of the plane. When I told him as much, he tried to manipulate me by telling me that they would have to kick someone out of my seat. When I declined the downgrade, they made me stand by while they kicked someone out of my seat which was embarrassing and humiliating. Then, when they handed me a new boarding pass, it was not the seat I had paid for and selected, instead it was in the first row, which I’ve always hated because there is no under seat storage and I cannot keep my backpack with me. When I pay for first class, it is primarily so that I can board first and so that I have extra room to work (which I need access to my bag to do). While I was trying to take out the minimum of the things I needed from my bag and figure out how to manage without it, 3 times a flight attendant told me they had to take my bag (since I was the last person to board they tried to prevent me from using the bathroom and they were anxious to leave early). I tried to explain that Delta had prevented me from boarding earlier and that they gave away the seat I paid for which was NOT the first row."
