Despite our delay in arriving at the airport (check in was done online in advance), the flight attendants accepted us for the trip. The whole process was extremely efficient, there was no delay in take off time and the suitcases arrived all on time to our destination. I really appreciated their help: we did have a medical emergency 3 hours prior to our arrival to the airport, hence the delay.."

It really slowed down meeting our ride and getting to customs. I think it also contributed o our flight being delayed since the flight before us had to do the same thing as they disembarked. I would be more concerned if my flight had a close connection if this is a standard practice. This was my first flight with Qatar. If the practice is standard I won't keep flying them."

Don't get me wrong we were thankful that countries are doing their due diligence to stop bad people with ill intentions, but it did stress us out that we weren't going to make out flight. Our return flight back to the states: This is more of a suggestion for the Sri Lankan airport - They were unorganized, we were asked for boarding passes before we even entered the airport, which we did not have, security seemed to be all over the place and half assed. Our bags went through the security machines and were supposed to be marked security checked, however they were not.. Once we got up to ticketing they made us go back through security to get those stickers on our bag. Not a reflection of Qatar airways, but any airline flying to Sri Lanka should put pressure on the airport to organize their security efforts better."

American Airlines tried to help and eventually were able to accommodate me through purchasing a new ticket and ensured my husband and I were still sitting together. Kayak and csfare basically told me sorry for your luck. I will not use this company again."

I nearly canceled the trip. I reboarded and made my connection with 10 minutes to spare. Also, my destination (Greenville) was only 90 miles from Charlotte, the connecting airport (unbeknownst to me). AA should have offered the option of driving to my destination."

On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse."

Than we waited 20 min fir our carry on luggage to arrive. We were told we had to check it. By the time we arrived at our gate they had given outlet seats away. They were not very polity ir helpful."
Khuyết điểm: "I was advised by customer service agent over the phone that it would only cost me $100 for an extra bag on my flight and that it would remain the same whether i paid it online or at the airport. However, at the airport i was told that the extra bag is $200. My office agreed to paying for the extra bag only for $100. Now I am out of pocket with $100. So disappointing."

Khuyết điểm: "This was a United flight sold as Air Canada to me and Lufthansa to my friend. This made check in twice as long since we went to the wrong counters. The quality was horrendous for an international flight and the entertainment system was broken. I paid atleast 50% more than I should have. Never fly UA"
Ưu: "Customer service from SFO to YVR. The BNE to YVR customer service wasn’t good when I came, particularly from the Brisbane airport staff, but going back, it was great."

Fortunately we were early so this wasn't an issue but kept us waiting at "step 2" until an actual photo could be found. We also had a delay after boarding while they changed a tire. It all worked out ok."

Khuyết điểm: "- We tried to check in online and got an error message. When we got to the airport 2 hours before our flight, we were told by customer service rep #1 to join a line. At the front of the line, same rep told us "Oh it's probably that now you need a visa." - Why not tell people when they try to check in why there is an error? The new rule went into effect in December, and we hadn't been to Canada since needing a visa. Once we had been accepted, we were passed off to another employee who couldn't figure out why he couldn't check us in. Then another, who said "I'm only helping you because your flight is delayed, the flight should have closed by now." (Not exactly comforting, and considering it took them 2 hours to help, not super helpful either.) - When we ran to the gate, the people running the gate told us that the aircraft hadn't even landed, but weren't communicative in timing, didn't update the time on the boarding screens, etc."

Khuyết điểm: "I was too tall for the seats and the person in front of me was unable to put there seat back, they wanted me to trade with someone else but the. I just would have been a problem for someone else. The steward made me feel as though I was at fault because I should have payed the extra 100 to have emergency exit seating, they tried to get me to sit in the very back row of the plain and sit sideways across the two seats which means I would not be able to sit next to my fiancé. The whole thing was embarrassing and very rude, maybe people of 6'6" should be charged for emergency exit!!"

Ưu: "Customer service was bad. I had to wait long line to check in bags. they took like 20 minutes to handle one transaction. I had to line up some where else to pay cash for my baggage after I checked in my bags. When I lined up somewhere else, a lady told me her computer was down and her printer was not working and told me to go to the next line. I lined up and waited for 20 minutes on the next line. after she finished, she told me to wait for one minute. I told her i can't wait or i would be late for the flight. she helped me and when i realized if i lined at immigration i would miss the flight. i was smart enough to ask for passengers in front of the line to let me cut. i was lucky enough they let me and i made it through."

Khuyết điểm: "The check-in counter in DCA was AWFUL with only two people running and no kiosks working. They were rude and didn't listen to us either. When we got to the food part, it was disguisting. First of all, I am vegetarian but even if I ate meat, I wouldnt have eaten it. So I just ate bread for the 13 hour flight. Besides one flight attendant, the rest were rude, harsh and had a generally bad attitude. AIr Canada has BY FAR been the worst travel experience for me thus far. I guess you get what you pay for."

Khuyết điểm: "This was an absolutely terrible flying experience. Our flight from Toronto to Vancouver was delayed by almost 5 hours, which meant I missed my connection to Victoria. Almost no information was given about what to expect about our onward travel connections in Vancouver (most people had connections). I was told that not only would AC book me on an alternate flight, but there would be an agent to meet us with information about baggage, hotel stays, etc. There was no such agent. An agent was only available for folks connecting long-haul to Sydney, Australia, but for no other destinations. I tried to call the airline directly to get information, and kept being told "you will have to speak to someone at the airport". No information was given about where my bags where, whether they would be at the airport or about my connecting flight. I was also told that if I chose to stay in a hotel I would need to pay out of pocket and then seek reimbursement. Unwilling to take the risk of not getting reimbursed, I, like many of my fellow travellers, chose to suck it up and sleep on the floor at the airport. They also failed to tell me that I would need a brand new boarding pass, so after waiting 30m to get through security, I then was sent back to wait another 30m to "check in" yet again and get another boarding pass. This was absolutely one of the worst flying experiences I've had recently, and it utterly frustrates me that AC has a near-monopoly on Canadian air travel. I live in Victoria and will likely go back to what I did in the past, which was take sea travel to Seattle and fly from there just to avoid Air Canada."

There was no attempt to get me on another flight and so far no willingness to compensate me for the other travel I had to rebook."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight from our small city was late leaving and we didn't find out about the delay until close to the take off time. The reason given to us was that there was too much air traffic in Toronto. Couldn't this have been planned better? Not the fault of Air Canada."
