Plus the headrest doesn't move very well so it's hard to get a comfortable head position when trying to sleep. The crew took forever getting everyone on the plane I have no idea why it took so long considering they're worn so many people on the flight. The food wasn't very good except for the marble loaf."

We were constantly being expected to move our legs as people passed by. I want my $398 back!"

We were booked on a flight that was delayed, turned out there was a flight about to depart (it had been delayed 2.5hrs due to weather), but was departing prior to our reg scheduled flight so they put us on standby. No doubt the crew was also columbus based and eager to get home...as they did. Couldn’t be more pleased to get home"

Unfortunately, the Charlotte airport is not ready to accommodate so many people. The airport looks like it is being renovated, which is fine, but there is no tape/cones to mark off the renovated areas from the walkways. You literally walk through dirt and construction sites. I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub."

Rebooked using the mobile app but could not check in on mobile or at the kiosk. Waited in line for almost 2 hours for AA to simply check us in and print passes. The flight did not get catering refreshed after landing in DC so no refreshments or snacks were offered during the flight home."

Khuyết điểm: "I'm pregnant, and didn't have time before my connecting flight to get food at the airport. I was sitting near the back of the plane, and was ready to purchase food. By the time the cart reached my row, all the food options were literally sold out. I ate the free cookie and had some apple juice, but wanted something with some protein. I guess I'll remember to pack more snacks next time."

The zipper was torn away from the lining so that it no longer closes all the way. There items hanging out of the gap. What was happening in the basement that caused at least 4 damaged bags?"

Ưu: "the plane, a 380, had comfortable seats, fewer occupants, more and easier access to bathrooms, did not like the larger plane I flew on going to Australia, it held 700 persons could physically reach the lights and when on, they didn't disturb anyone vegetarian food was delicious and nutritionally sound and varied love the soft blankets"

"The flight overall wasn't bad, but there were some earphones left in the seat back in front of me that made me go "eww." I also couldn't get the attendant to bring me a pair of earphones or show me where to plug in to watch movies or TV. There was also a bottle of water rolling on the floor, but that could have been dropped by a passenger on this flight. Overall, I had a "meh" experience."

Khuyết điểm: "When transferring our luggage from the flight from Panama, we had to walk all the way to the entrance of the airport as if we had just arrived there instead of being able to transfer the luggage directly. This was not communicated, and we ended up walking around a lot and having to ask at the info desk. When we finally got to the counter, the woman there gave confusing instructions and was incredibly rude to us. As for entertainment on the flight, we couldn't do anything without the app, which you have to get before you're on the plane. Boo."

Ưu: "This was my first experience flying United. The staff and pilot were friendly even though everyone seemed grumpy and tired. There was a poor baby that cried almost the whole flight-I get it, I was tired and wanted to cry too...ha! They handled everyone with patience and a smile."

Khuyết điểm: "We waited an hour to board due to a seat that would not stay upright and mechanics fixing it. I was very tired after international travel and it was my last flight to get to my car and go home."

Ưu: "For the first time I did not fly on a puddle jumper. Not only was it a real jet, it had good seat comfort and leg room even in economy class. The crew was friendly and attentive. They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."

I'll never use priceline or United airlines for travel EVER again, and I'll be sure to spread the word. No matter who I talked to, I was blamed for the problem. I've never had a bigger waste of money. $550+"

Khuyết điểm: "When we arrived 20 mins late and then no one was at the terminal gate to put sky walk in place! After 20 min wait we had to walk down the aircraft stairs outside and go thru a door and climb two flights of stairs just to get into the airport"

Ưu: "Everything was smooth and senseless. And I liked kayak updated me which baggage terminal my bags were. Saved a lot of time walking around the Dulles terminal."

Ưu: "I liked that I could do self check in and get my boarding pass without joining a long line. Had a great flight and no complaints."
