There was nothing what I like about Delta. I was trying to purchase tickets with Korean Air but it was operated by Delta. There was just one thing that just learned from this experience is I won’t flight Delta. Horrible service

The insanity of it all - so glad the woman can count to two - is that I was forced by this angry person to carry my laptop and tablet onto the airplane in my hand, as she absolutely would not allow me to put them into my empty backpack, claiming this would constitute a third item. Of course, no one else was forced to take their computers out of their protective cases, only myself, because it was a backpack. I am 66 years old, travelling alone, and frankly am not the only international traveler who experiences unbelievable rudeness when in US airports."

We were greeted with a bottle of water, slippers and toothbrush w toothpaste, a blanket, earphones on our seat. The food is excellent and they feed you often. The stewardesses take great care of the passengers, always smiling and looking sharp in their uniform even though it's 3am and they have also been up the same time as you have!"

The service held up to its reputation as excellent, and the flight attendants are friendly and helpful."

Everything is excellent eventhough our flight was cancelled. They provide us accomodation in the hotel and food. I understand why the flight was cancelled and I’m glad they did cause it’s for our own safety.
They need to have a restroom in that big room that they seat you in before boarding.

The problem was "water leakage" and the restrooms were being worked on. Many people still used the restrooms while they were under maintenance. I'm unsure if that is what slowed down the repairing process, but if the plane was being repaired, I would rather not sit on the plane during the 2+ hour process."
There was not enough of one option for the lunch served in Business Class. Big disappointment. Meal should be served by soliciting the choices of the passenger in order. Passenger should not have to ask for the soup and starters to get them!!! So better training.
Airlines lost all my bags and is not being helpful at all in tracing them. Value of baggage is over $25,000. I expect a full refund and expect to be compensated for the loss.

The staff lied to me all day long. No one informed me that my flight times had changed. I’m still sleeping on the ground in the Middle East. The worst experience I have ever had flying. With this level of incompetence and lack of compassion I can’t imagine how the airline business will survivor. This experience has encouraged me to stop traveling. May god have mercy on you and your customers. Not sure I can handle to be lied to my face anymore . Sleeping on the floor in the middle East with no hope of getting home
After 4 flights in one month with Qatar I opened up an account to become a member. I will not be using any other airline unless I absolutely have to.
Seats were old and lanky. Food was bad, we got sick.
Coach seats are just too cramped for an 14 hour and 45 minute flight. Not the airlines fault, that is just the way it is today. Great incentive to upgrade to Business Class, but that would have been an extra $970, not in the budget for my company. I will say this, the meals and flight attendants are world class, even in Coach. I had a blind woman sitting in front of me and the genuine care that the flight attendant proactively provided was heartwarming and inspirational. I was moved by the personal touch and genuinely sincere interest by the fight attendant in this woman's experience and safety. Every aspect of the journey, this particular flight attendant made the airline proud.
I could not able to travel because of the restrictions from srilanka to india, no notification was given to me about that. Then i changed my ticket to get there.
Inaccurate flight time, need to improve customer service. It’s better for them to spend money on hiring professional staff instead of spending money on expensive ads.

I proceeded to tell him I never got the main course, he apologized and told me that there was only an egg entree left. I went ahead and took it, then as a way to apologize he offered to get me a piece of fruit, a banana. I accepted but he never came back with it. It was not a big deal but I did not appreciate being offered something and then no follow up. Next time do not offer something and then not follow through."

Khuyết điểm: "One of bags was missing and I came to know this only after waiting until the last bag. The staff knew that my bag did not make it out of Doha. It would have been nice if I was informed as soon as I landed so I did not have to wait for an hour unnecessarily. And the paperwork to report the missing baggage was totally Chaotic. Whoever barged to the counter and was aggressive got priority and taking down the details and giving us a receipt. This is probably my 5 or 6 flight in Qatar and it seems that you guys are slipping up as Emirates had done. Hope you don't."

Khuyết điểm: "The layover is very short, my first flight from LAX to Doha was 40 mins late so I barely made last call from Doha to Dubai and my bags didn't make it. I did however have my luggage delivered the next day to where I was staying in Al Ain for free so that was great!"
Ưu: "Business class is top notch in Qatar airways. From the moment you get in the Business Cabin, you start feeling the great service onboard. The crew is great, the seats are very comfortable, and the food is very tasty along with the wine pairing. Overall, the experience was well worth it!"

Paid $200 for two bulkhead (NOT exit row seats) and flight attendants hassled me about where I kept my carry-on tote bag. Avoid, avoid, avoid."

I love it how they had Korean traditional foods and American foods for the choice! I had 2 free bags checked with 22kg for each which satisfied me. Also I brought 2 small carry on bags. The only thing is the English of some servers were not really good. Sometimes they didn't understand what customers said. But I think it is just fine"

Khuyết điểm: "On both flights my party of 2 was split, despite an early check-in. We were lucky enough to swap seats because ANOTHER family was also split between us on the first flight. On the second, 3 parties were all split in the 3 rows in front of us, so we had to shuffle 4 different people before take off before the majority of the people were sat together. On 10 hour flights, generally I feel parties shouldn't be split unless they're checking in later than we did."
Khuyết điểm: "It was very hot in the cabin. We were told that it was airline policy to keep the cabin that temperature. There is no way to adjust the temperature yourself. Also the chicken entrees should be avoided. If given the option chose the Korean meal."

Khuyết điểm: "Due to problems loading luggage, and not really knowing what to do, my flight was delayed over three hours, made me miss my layover by fifteen minutes and get stuck in Korea, they provided me with another ticket, but since they didn't have another direct flight, they put me on another layover. My next flight with Asiana to the US from Korea encountered another problem and I was further delayed another two hours, with another two hour layover in LA. The cabin crew was friendly, but not very useful. They provided food, but no help. This is the worst Star Alliance airline I have ever flown. I will not be a returning customer."

Food was pretty decent, better than I have ever had on a domestic US flight. Staff always seemed to appear happy and satisfied with their job/work; service with a smile."
Khuyết điểm: "I found that unlike my SEA to Seoul flight, the staff on this 9 hour flight only brought drinks around during meal time; or you had to specifically call a staff member to get a drink. I really appreciated the first flight staff that took care to bring drinks around more often without needing to call on them. They seem very stingy with carry on items. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience."

There was also a huge gap of several hours when it seemed no staff came by for drinks, but there might be a chance that I just missed it. Also the display screen kept coming on, alone by just accidentally striking the switches on the armrest when moving. Not the best design, if this keeps happening."
