Ưu: "From boarding to landing, I had a great flight. Flight was from NYC to Jakarta via Doha. Flight on a b777 to Jakarta and b787 to Jakarta. Plane had plenty of legroom and nicely designed entertainment system. Service was world class. About every hour or so, a crew member would ask if we wanted drinks. Food was great, had 3 choices of entrees for each meal."

Ưu: "My flight from Chicago to Doha was late to come in and there was a gate agent waiting for us and two other passengers with a sign when we got off the plane. He told us that our flight had already left but he would get us on the next one. We ended up getting seats on the next flight but then were also given the option to get a temporary visa and explore Doha for the night. We opted for the comped night which included a very nice hotel and $100 in meal vouchers. We absolutely LOVED Doha and the hotel and food was fantastic! I don't think I have ever received better service from an airline or a hotel. We ended up walking around Souq Waquif and the downtown until 1am (we are two young females!) with no issue and just used Uber to get to and from the hotel. Everything was so well laid out for us! No complaints whatsoever!"

I understand they are trying to squeeze as much money out of their flights as possible but it was to the point of such severe discomfort that my right knee still hurts half a week later. The reason that it hurts so much is that there was a post through the right half of the leg room under my seat, which was already super limited to begin with. DO NOT GET A WINDOW SEAT, WHATEVER YOU DO. It was a 7 hour flight and I was SO MUCH PAIN. Horrific. The flight staff was rude. I will never fly Qatar again under ANY circumstances. I would rather travel months by boat, or even walk for years on end then go through that 7 hour experience. Qatar's cheapness lost them a customer!"

We got to the gate too early (by maybe 10 mins before boarding time) so we were told to sit outside of the designated seating area and that they would make an announcement when we should go back up there. There was never an announcement, but we felt it was getting late so we went to check at the desk and they then said we were late and they were waiting on us. They were very nice about everything, but just thought that was really strange."

The boarding was a mess with the ground personal! Twice in a role transit in Narita both confusing, delays,, and many passengers were upset! They could do a much better job! All we saw are the girls busy running around but accomplish nothing!

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in

The flight departed from CDG on time and was almost one hour early arriving in PHL. The on board cabin service in business class was mediocre at best. Make sure to pre-order your meal before travel because two selections were not available during flight. Quality of food is basic American with no creativity or imagination for the route of travel. Glad to use Global Entry on arrival at PHL; it did not take too long to wait for luggage in spite of several other overseas arrivals at PHL at the same time. Airlines should do a better job of staggering the departure times of international flights so that they do not all arrive at the destination at the same time. As an Executive Platinum American Airlines traveler (who paid full fare), I did not receive any special recognition before, during, or after my flight.

Lots of turbulence on this flight, which limited beverage service. Despite the length of the flight, there was only one beverage service, and the "snack" they handed out was a single packet of Biscoff cookies. It was a newer plane with outlets for plugging in devices and a shelf for placing a cell phone to view -- all that was great. The free entertainment was also great and much appreciated, as my husband had finished his book and needed something to amuse himself during the long trip. But if the airlines could just give us passengers a bit more seat space, it would improve things immensely; the guy next to me was well over 6-feet tall, and he couldn't help but extend his knees into my space.

Ưu: "I miss the first leg of my flight and they cancelled my whole ticket and didn’t rebook me. This was an intentional flight. I paid $1500 for the ticket and even when another airline was going to fly me to catch the second leg they denied me. This was my worst experience, I have missed flights before and I get rebooked pay some fee but I still get to my destination. I missed an opportunity to pay last respect to my dad. I’m so very disappointed"

I tried giving AA a chance, but compared to when I flew on WestJest two months prior for almost the exact same trip (I flew to San Francisco versus San Jose that time), WestJet was by far more superior in terms of customer service, boarding organization, and friendliness. First of all, what bugged me profusely was the lack of seat selection and the crazy pricing for certain seats. On WestJet, the emergency exit seats were available without any additional cost, yet AA was charging $66 USD to sit there. Furthermore, seats closer to Business class also carried a charge of $25 (or something like that) - ONLY because you get to board sooner. I would understand if there was extra legroom involved, but really, it's just a matter of sitting and getting off before anyone else. If anything, those seats should be given to passengers who have tight connecting flights and need to get off asap. even in those cases, you shouldn't be charging someone almost $30 just so they can make it to their next flight that YOUR company arranged within such a short time frame. But the most annoying thing about my trip with AA was the fact that I had to take out all of my belongings from my carry-on and carry them in my arms because there was no room left in the overhead compartments. Excuse me?? How is there not enough room? So I had to walk with my laptop, my iPad, my Beats headphones, my laptop and iPad charger, amongst other things, in my hands to the aircraft. Thank goodness I found a plastic bag, because otherwise I probably would have lost something expensive on that plane. Furthermore, as I walked to my seat, there was most definitely places that I could have stowed my carry-on luggage in the overhead compartments. You shouldn't let people put things like purses and bags of food in the overhead, when those can be stowed underneath the seats in front."

I also have trouble sleeping on flights and thought there would be the opportunity to watch TV/movies but this was not the case unless you wanted to pay extra. Most international flights already have this built in for free and should be included in the cost. What a disappointment flying on American was. I will take LAN or Copa from now on as my other options."

The attitude at the ticket counter was "you're lucky to get any seat", flight was overbooked, the boarding process and deplaning were absurd with all the people bringing on way too much carry on luggage !!! It takes almost 30 min to get off the plane!!"

Ưu: "I was in a regular seat, but had more leg room than other airlines I've flown recently. I always put my bacpack and purse under the seat in front of me. On JetBlue and Frontier, I have to pull out the back pack during the flight to stretch my legs out, but not on either of these flights. This survey rates entertainment, but there was none. For me that's a great thing (I bring my own), so None gets the 5-star rating for my purposes. Uneventful flights--on time even with a short delay taking off out of MSP."

Overhead bins full of spare plastic cups. As far as the crew are concerned, no problem, because you can just push your way three or four rows forward while everyone else is boarding and then take someone else's overhead space. When will Air Canada learn how to run an airline?"

This "kid" that was an Air Canada representative took it upon himself to deny her boarding because of what he claims as documentation not good enough to travel through Canada into the United States. My wife, who's green card is pending has travel authorization by USCIS that expires in Oct. 2018 that permits her to travel back and fourth from Peru to the US. She also has a special stamp from USCIS in her Peruvian passport. We tried our best to make this guy understand. He clearly did not understand the rules regarding her situation. He didn't even bother to get a manager. Furthermore, we were treated terribly by the Air Canada staff at the Lima Airport. They could see I was visibly furious. I had to leave my wife there at the airport not knowing for sure if she was ever going to get out of Peru. When I went to check in my bags, they tried to charge me $250 because both my bags were overweight. One of the gate agents tried to coax me into a fight just so they could call security. The whole thing left me shaken. Not only that, I had to make another reservation for my wife on United Airlines which costs me $1700. She had no problem boarding that flight with her documentation. I find that interesting don't you?"
Ưu: "I had this awesome trip to Oz planned via Air Canada, but it crashed and burned ( not literally) due to a legal matter. Liam was very helpful with cancelling the flight and assured me that I have no worries booking another with a bothersome penalty."

Khuyết điểm: "I never got on that flight because the flight from Montreal to Toronto was delayed so I would have missed the connection. The flight from Montreal was late. I showed up a the airport three times before I got on a plane. Air Canada asked me to check in online but the system didn't work. Because of the storm, Air Canada couldn't even place me on hold so I had to go to the airport earlier in the day. When I complained about not being able to check in online, they asked gaslighted me and kept repeating that their system was "a great product" and that there was no way it didn't work. One person finally told me that it was because I had a pet in cabin. I could have saved a lot of frustration if someone had told me that. I also think that for a flight that left late and caused me to change plans and leave on a different day with another delayed flight because of the luggage conveyor belt that didn't work - which paralyzed an entire airport - they could have offered us a complimentary meal on the plane."

Ưu: "The young competent Air Canada staff at the gate and her supervisor were kind enough to give me the last seat for the 11:45 am flight to Toronto on Dec 18th, 2017. After more than 24 hours stranded in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport due to power outage on Dec 17th, 2017, I was so relieved as I sat on my seat, when an air hostess asked if I would like a seat in business class. She said they randomly upgrade passengers to business class when seats are available. So it all ended well, I got home to Toronto safely in (business) class. Thank you Air Canada !"
Khuyết điểm: "There were no Air Canada personnel to help us, inside the international terminal during the power outage at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport on Dec 17th 2017. It would have really helped, even if only one personnel showed up at the gate to provide support and some reassurance."

They are new and have touchscreens that are actually well designed and can scroll etc. Resolution and sound are great, so I actually feel like I watched my movie and didn't just look at moving blurs with half the dialogue missing. Also the USB ports are great. And the brownie with the meal was delicious."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was delayed about an hour and a half, only after some time at the gate they explained it on the mic.I had a connection flight, and before landing they mentioned there will be agents helping those with upcoming connections to catch them up due to the delay, but those people just pointed me in the general direction of the gates. I had to ran all over the airport, confused after the terrible long flight, and since it was my first time there. I made it at the last second, they changed my seat without my permission and didn't have enough room for my bag so I had to check it. The general attitude of the crew was reluctant at best.The food was mediocre, like what you would have gotten in a flight 10 years ago, and they gave beef to people who asked for chicken. I wanted to be more cool about it, but it was a terrible flight in every Aspect, and I never even got an apology or a follow up."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding was slow and chaotic because of the number of passengers bringing oversize carry-on bags, presumably to try to avoid the checked-bag fee. The overhead bins filled up early, and passengers squabbled over the available space and objected when flight attendants told them they would have to gate-check their bags. The aisle was congested and blocked for long periods of time as people tried to fit their bags into the bin, and the plane left the gate more than 15 minutes late because of the slow boarding. There were about 100 people on the flight, but only about 20 at baggage claim (including at least two family groups), another indication that the checked-bag fee caused passengers to bring oversize carry-on bags. The overall rating for this flight would be significantly higher if it weren't for the boarding process."

Ưu: "The crew was nice, accommodate well. Sit lean back okay, good convenience of charging mobile device. Food was okay. Entertainment good choices."
Khuyết điểm: "Where do I start? Baggage check in is horrible and long. Wait in line for 1 hr with all counter open. Process just too long and too slow. Unclear of instruction for paying extra baggage. Security at gate taking too long to get through. Seat is too small, a larger person took almost 1/3 of my seat for the duration of flight and he wasn't that big. No noise control in aircraft, couldn't sleep at all (9hrs flight), kids and adult taking, playing like there home. The cabin smell very very unpleasant, due to body odor of passengers. Only 4 restroom for whole economy class, but 6 restrooms for 40 passengers of business class Due to the region of the air liner at, majority of passengers were rude, obnoxious, loud, and really really smell."

Ưu: "We had to book our son on a flight from Phila to Toronto unexpectedly. We had lost our car keys in Canada and had no way to get new ones. (That's a long and complicated story.) our only option was to fly our son up with the spare key. Luckily he had just gotten his passport. He got a window seat and lived the adventure. The crew couldn't have been nicer."

Ưu: "Comfort. Individual screens"
Ưu: "Crew was fairly friendly and a little hands off. Food was the best I've had flying abroad thus far. Seats were okay. Was in economy so I can't expect too much but I would love if there was a little more room especially for people stuck in middle seats. Seats were fairly comfortable. There was a lot more leg room than I have before which made the 10+hr flight better!"
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding didn't go well for me as I almost missed my flight due to delays (but that didn't make me feel upset towards Air Canada, just bad circumstances that I had to be honest about). Crew was fairly friendly - a little hands off (which is good) but I wasn't wowed by them. Wasn't a lot of movie options. I realize you can't get a TON but a few more current movies would have been nice."

Ưu: "Good movies and interesting flight map!"
Khuyết điểm: "Almost a 3 hour delay which made me miss the ferry that I pre-booked and is not refundable (over a $100 ticket). Have to pay for flight food which is unacceptable. Okay leg room but very tight at the shoulders. I've flown on much better."
Ưu: "Landed alive in vancouver"
Khuyết điểm: "Second time in two months that they delayed my flight by at least 3 hours."
Ưu: "The entertainement system was great, unfortunately some of the movies were said to have english subtitles, but no matter how hard I tried... None."
Khuyết điểm: "I wish I could of had a vegetarian meal, but there was no flexibility and I don't believe I was offered the choice during check-in...."
Ưu: "I somehow got upgraded to business class. It was an incredible experience. What is there not to like about free champagne, a great selection of wines, a seat that feels like a bad, and the best service? Highly highly recommend."

Khuyết điểm: "The waiting room in Boston was awful and behind security, hot, small crowded. Delayed"
Ưu: "Everyone was super polite"
Ưu: "The boarding was efficient."
Khuyết điểm: "Seats weren't comfortable even with an empty seat beside me. Vegetarian meal was not good at all. The general pancake option was gone before it even got to where I was sitting and the omelette was old school flights.. Which in this case was really bad."
Ưu: "Direct nonstop flight"
Khuyết điểm: "Surrounded by screaming babies the entire flight. Maybe there should be an Adults only section. :)."
