Great flight, friendly staff and good food
All up to great standard for Economy seats. Appreciated careful approach to COVID protocols and efficient service throughout. Also minimum delays at Dubai. Will definitely consider Emirates first for next UK/Europe trip! Only improvement could be the breakfasts being too starchy - too many breads, rolls etc, otherwise good.

Ưu: "I must admit....this is one of the best experiences I have had flying and I fly this route a lot. I was traveling with an Elder who required a wheelchair and every step of the way it was smooth and the crew was attentive."

They did not come around as often with water as we needed. but this complaint is so minor compared to our overall experience that I did not want to even mention it."

Qantas does not honour the e-ticekts from Emirates and will NOT allow you to preselect seats online. You have to hope for a good seat at airport checkin. Too bad, as I would have been prepared to pay extra for a seat upgrade."

As frequent travelers, I am aware rules change and am willing to comply. Being told my hand baggage had to be checked in and I cannot redistribute the weight or put things into my checking bags that were yet to be tagged was unreasonable. Started my trip on a negative note which was avoidable. I have found the training crew get and the ground staff get are disparate. As efficient as the onboard crew are, the ground staff in DXB and now NYC do not match up."

New 737 and seats too confining
being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM
Khuyết điểm: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Originating 10hr flight from Los Angeles to London was also uncomfortable, with small, packed coach seats, no air nozzles and poor headset connectors. I was very happy to get back on American Airlines for my return to Los Angeles. Wouldn't use BA again."

Yes, it is high time that the US move into the current millennium and get chip and pin cards, but that is beside the point. I also flew BA from London to Seattle (part of same trip) and the on-board meal & drink service was PHENOMENAL - the best I have had on an airline in years, and I did not get charged for anything, including alcoholic beverages. How can this be the same airline?"

Had rebooking been more efficient, I could have returned home the day scheduled. Very disappointed."

And our whole reason for booking British Airways was to avoid any US airline... We paid a premium, plus Kayak then sends you to a third party processor that charges you another $100 booking fee! American Airlines was terrible! Not even an entertainment center on an international flight (OLD PLANE THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE!). We will NEVER use KAYAK again."
Checkin at KLIA a breeze. MH Regional Lounge ex KUL a fantastic pit stop for those on the go and shuttle flights conveniently departing from the MTB at KLIA, making the journey extremely efficient. Ground handling team proactive in handling passengers with need of assistance. Coordinated well with aircraft team ahead of main boarding party. Seated at 7F and saw the care and attention paid by luggage loading team - even attending to a piece of luggage that appeared damaged before loading it onboard. Crew are naturally kind and personable - and flight deck announcements professionally made with clarity. Flight handling smooth, perfect touchdown in SIN.
Personable, friendly service. Crew interactions always naturally pleasant and polite. The crew really enjoy their job and interactions with one another. Public Addresses are all smooth, clear and unambiguous - this instils confidence. Landing was butter-smooth in what seemed to be challenging and turbulent conditions - Kudos to the flight crew. Boarding and airport experience were good also.

Khuyết điểm: "Prebooking a seat with Malaysian Airlines requires calling KL office which is always busy. It costs a lot if calling from the US, in addition to paying for the seats. It really turned me off."
Khuyết điểm: "The crew at the check in counter were generally helpful and courteous, however the staff on the flight we're often short or generally rude; thus continuing the airlines reputation for poor service. The food wasn't great either, but we knew to expect this and brought food purchased from Sydney airport (which was a saving grace)!"
