Khuyết điểm: "I had a 12 hour layover in Istanbul. The hotel was great and I appreciated the good food and rest. However, it took nearly an hour each way to the hotel. I think it would be great if Istanbul airways cooperated with the Yotel so transit passengers could stay in the airport. They helped me to get a visa and they say it will be reimbursed, but all of those things took time when I was so exhausted after a long flight. Overall, it was wonderful to have that opportunity to rest and shower on a long wait, but it would be even better if it was closer and it was clear ahead of time that a visa would be needed."

I got delaied 2 hours at the turkish airport plus the 7 hours lay over, total 9 hours, the gate travel service didnt give us any reason for the dealy, the customes gathered us in a small area where there is no seats and the bathroom was smelling so bad, we were stsrving and not even water been served to us, i missed my ride to the hotel in Amman, and missed my work breakfast orientation."

Khuyết điểm: "When my first flight was late, Turkish air took 5 hours to rebook me. Two people forgot that they were helping me and when I asked why it was taking so long, they had to start over. One woman didn't even look at me, she was just on her phone playing a game. Every step of the process they asked me how I could have missed the connection....it landed 20 min before the next one took off!!!"

Felt sick after dinner with aubergine rice and mince meat. Food was not optimum quality. Crew was good but some could smile some more! Seats were stained and old, but reasonably comfy."

Bathrooms were very dirty during the last 1/3 of the flight and remained so, including no toilet paper and paper towels. 4. No second serving for refreshment beverages during flight."

Turkish Airways is blacklisted for LIFE! after trying to charge me the price of a round trip for a one way rebooking!"

But after Hurricane Irma, when I call them and ask for refund money for not having flight! ..They just simply lie !... like passengers don't show up. .just don't pay money! !! In this devastating time, that hepince in Florida! ...It's so shallow, not fair and not professional action, ether NOT RIGHT! !!....."

Ưu: "Like most American Airlines, Turkish Airlines provides no-frills service. On the other hand, having a pleasant and respectful flight crew can make a tremendous difference in the passengers experience. We were lucky enough to have a flight attendant named Gulhan Who smiled the entire flight. She was professional, courteous, and service oriented. Most of the flight crew showed similar professionalism. Turkish Airlines had for better service then any of the American or European airlines I have encountered during the last 10 years."

Ưu: "I like the food in the air craft it was good, but the crew seemed not wanting to speak inglish The are more willing to serve turkish speakers, They were not even able to solve seat problem. that I and my next seat guy decided to solve the issue by offering our seats to them so that they can sit together, the crew spoke poor english and we were held up by that seat problem, ask that crew member they will tell you what happend, After we gave up our saets to random girls who were also angry about turkish airline, we were able to take off for nairobi And yes the coffee store by the cafe nero and nearly all business refused to give us a wifi And turkish airport offers wifi to only those who have a turkish phone number that is so very low Shame on turkish airline for treating us the give us a free rides we are their bussiness and we will make sure that we stop giving our bussness It looks like they took their customers for granted and we will just tollered it but I will not and many people whom I know will not It is simply desaster... 0% service from the time you come to the airport untill boading time I had to ask about 5 deffrent men to tell me if where I was terminal. One but none of them know what i was saying And at the time my flight was sopposed leave 7:50 so I was freaking out And no one helping at that crtical moment I finaly got the delay flight info after running somany times up and down the road"

I would suggest having the flight crew make an announcement so people could be safe and remain seated until the airplane comes to a final stop/no longer moving."

If you go to a gate waiting area with no flight soon, you can stretch out and sleep. Good English-language bookstore."

Khuyết điểm: "The airline apparently switched us to an earlier flight however we had received NOT A SINGLE email telling us that our flight had been moved. We had continued to receive emails for our original flight which still existed. Have no idea why they would move us in the first place and not tell us. We had to go through the hassle of getting switched back to our earlier flight which took an additional hour of dealing with people. This mimics our experience flying from Dalaman to Istanbul when our flight was canceled and we received no notification. They told us it was too early to receive a notification (we were there 12 hours in advance). However, had we arrived within the suggested window and found out it was canceled we never would have been able to reschedule to a connecting flight that still got us to Madrid in time.When checking our bags, the clerk tried to tell us that a backpack and small purse were too big to count as personal items even though they had been fine on ALL of our previous flights. I pointed out that individuals in other lines had larger backpacks that were being counted and he finally acquiesced but with a lot of attitude. The plane was then an hour late. The sign for boarding continued to tell us it was on time up until 45 minutes AFTER we were supposed to have boarded when it finally updated and said 'delayed'. The crew stood around laughing and providing zero updates as we all worried about whether or not we would make our connecting flights. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL"

They put us into Istanbul at 2am which was far too late to check into our hotel for the one night and totally refused to get us into a hotel close by so that we didn't have to be at the airport for 13 hours before our flight. We booked a flight that was SUPPOSED to arrive at 6pm so we could get to the hotel at a decent hour and relax. They cancelled 2 flights for the day and put us sleeping in the airport at empty gates all night. The customer service was absolutely aweful and we got nothing but excuses about policy and being talked down to because we "could have chosen a flight early the next day" instead of coming the day before. We wanted to see the town for an evening!! This company has some of the worst desk people I've ever encountered anywhere!"

Seat are comfortable, although somewhat old-fashioned. In general, I think that this is an excellent airline, my choice for the future."
