Excellent overall service. Quick boarding, very quick de boarding. Flight attendants were very attentive and quick to take care of any request. Food was good quality and tasty. Overall very satisfied with Premium Economy purchase.
Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
The ac was too low. It was hot inside the airplane.
I was connecting from Atlanta to Chicago to get on this flight. Unlike other airports I've been to, I didn't need to go through security check point which was very convenient and very efficient. I'll use Chicago O'Hara to connect from now on.
All the Japan airlines staff from the checkin agents to the air hostess were all very courteous and helpful.
Left late and arrived late other than that it was good
I book my tickets thru kayak.com and when we are boarding, 6 of us sit in 6 different places. I have 3 kids and a senior mother. The crew are nice, but not willing to work with other passengers to change the sit for us. Kayak didn't send the seat assignment ahead so I didn't know we are not sitting together. Specially 11 hrs flight. ☹️

Passengers on International flights going out of the Philippines are advised be at the airport at least 3 hours before scheduled flight. Well, the JAL check-in counter opened at 650AM for the 950AM flight (exactly 3 hours before the scheduled flight), with maybe some 50 people already in line. With most passengers coming far from the airport, it will be very very helpful if the counter, even at least one counter, would open earlier, so that passengers who came in early could check in early and wait comfortably in the departure area."

With most of the extra comfort seats around me empty I was not allowed to move to one of them from my economy seat. Not asking for extra service but it seems like it should be fine to move if there are completely empty rows all around. At the airport in Maui, once we used the self-check-in to print our boarding passes and luggage check-in tags other airlines would have had someone take you luggage from you and you're done. Here, we now have to take our luggage and get into a long line where we then take it to another counter. 2. Why were there twice as many people in the TSA pre-check line as in the regular line? My son and his GF did not have TSA pre-check, yet they went through security much faster than my wife & I. 3. Seats too narrow. I was snugly fit in, and I had to stand in order to get something out of my front pant's pocket. 4. Not enough legroom and no way to stretch my leg (and my very painful knee). We sat in row 17. It was right side bulkhead on 2-3-2 configuration. There was no way to stretch out my knee. The configuration of the inside of the aircraft placed the bulkhead wall too close to the seat. My leg was at about 70 degrees the entire flight (0 degrees is completely straight). Notably, the same row on the left side of the plane had about another 12 inches of leg-room. That's just the way the plane was configured. 5. No WiFi 6. Entertainment device rip-off. I wasn't interested in renting an entertainment device, but I was offended by their offer. If you signed up for it at the desk before boarding you would pay $15 and would get the device 20 minutes after take-off. If you waited until you were on the plane you would pay $17. The worse part: YOU WOULDN'T GET THE DEVICE UNTIL 2 HOURS INTO THE FLIGHT!!!"

Being overseas for two years and coming home to this, just killed my spirit to be back in the United States. I thought Hawaiian Airlines would be a relaxing and fun airline but i was sure wrong."

Not a very family friendly airline. Staff were lackluster and plane comfort wasn't amazing. Would avoid Delta if better options available. Especially for a red eye. And double especially with kids.
No food and no entertainment
The flight probably was alright, it's just that was unable to cancel /change my plans on the app, nothing easy about it. 1st time app user- negative experience
Had a crying baby the whole flight. When we arrived at the gate we had to wait for the gangway.
Airport experience is exhausting. Extremely long lines for check-in and then even longer lines at TSA. Hand sanitizer stations are almost all empty and in the mens room, people are crowding together to get soap from one dispenser that has just a bit left... flight was no better than Southwest Airlines, and it took over an hour for the bags to start coming out. Delta bag claim attendant just said, "I don't know what's going on with them, just wait a bit longer".
The flight was on time. Delta was very communicative as far as checking in, luggage, boarding ect. I was traveling with an infant, it would’ve been nice if they helped us out with an aisle seat.

In flight WiFi didn’t work with any streaming service. Plane was noisy and old. Seat was about worn through. Truly the worst in flight experience I can remember having domestically."

Khuyết điểm: "I did not board this flight as the previous one from Tokyo was late by an hour. Delta did not do ANYTHING to help us pass immigration and customs the fastest possible way. They sent us with the luggage to another terminal and had no signs or attendants to tell us where we recheck the bags. In the end we were late for the flight but Delta did not care!!! They tried putting me on a flight to SLC with a connection! Overall, I am VERY unhappy with them! Zero stars is what they deserve."

NYC to Seattle, a long flight tho not even read my magazines."

The plane was late to arrive at the gate and we were also told that while the pilot was ready to take off, we couldn't leave because we were waiting for a flight attendant to land from Pittsburgh (we were in La Guardia airport in NYC). delta would rather I convenience the flyer instead of hiring more personnel or figuring out standby or backup plans for delayed flights."

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
No wi fi and carry on had yo be checked not enough room
PHOG airport infrastructure leaves a lot to be desired and even lack back up electrical generators for power outage contingencies that delayed the departure of this flight more than 1.5 hrs. As the gateway to Maui they need a lot of work to meet standards

There was also apparently an issue with the auxiliary power -- the lights went out in back half of plane when we arrived at gate. I prefer having a screen behind each seat, rather than those attached to ceiling on this flight, so that the entertainment can be customized."

Khuyết điểm: "It was my first time taking Virgin America and I didn't know movies weren't free. I used to travel a lot and I've never had to pay for movies. I ended up watching 12 episodes of Big Bang Theory because it was the only free thing to watch that wasn't LinkedIn videos or Disney, which really sucked. Comfort level wasn't any better than any of the other airlines and service was the same as well. I've heard good things about Virgin but my experience was just mediocre."

Khuyết điểm: "Walking through TSA in San Diego there is an agent picking people out and telling them there bag is too big to be carried on ( the same carry on bag I've used for years ) and making people go pay to check them. However some people are being allowed to check their bag at the gate for free. No one at the airport working for them had any good customer service skills. Wont fly with them again"
