Excellent overall service. Quick boarding, very quick de boarding. Flight attendants were very attentive and quick to take care of any request. Food was good quality and tasty. Overall very satisfied with Premium Economy purchase.
The seat, crew and food for this flight were excellent. I particularly like the arrangement in business class for the window seat, which offers both very good privacy and aisle access. The only improvement needed is the entertainment; the entertainment choices were limited and the hand-held control was difficult to navigate. But overall a very good product
Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
The ac was too low. It was hot inside the airplane.
I was connecting from Atlanta to Chicago to get on this flight. Unlike other airports I've been to, I didn't need to go through security check point which was very convenient and very efficient. I'll use Chicago O'Hara to connect from now on.
All the Japan airlines staff from the checkin agents to the air hostess were all very courteous and helpful.
As I worried about, the time between my flights was not nearly enough. So, I got stuck in Tokyo during golden week and extra night. That was terrible and difficult.
Left late and arrived late other than that it was good
I book my tickets thru kayak.com and when we are boarding, 6 of us sit in 6 different places. I have 3 kids and a senior mother. The crew are nice, but not willing to work with other passengers to change the sit for us. Kayak didn't send the seat assignment ahead so I didn't know we are not sitting together. Specially 11 hrs flight. ☹️

Passengers on International flights going out of the Philippines are advised be at the airport at least 3 hours before scheduled flight. Well, the JAL check-in counter opened at 650AM for the 950AM flight (exactly 3 hours before the scheduled flight), with maybe some 50 people already in line. With most passengers coming far from the airport, it will be very very helpful if the counter, even at least one counter, would open earlier, so that passengers who came in early could check in early and wait comfortably in the departure area."

Excellent service. Clean aircraft. Took off and landed on time. Did not feel it was an 18 hour flight. Will definitely fly Singapore Airlines again.

No food and no entertainment
The flight probably was alright, it's just that was unable to cancel /change my plans on the app, nothing easy about it. 1st time app user- negative experience
Had a crying baby the whole flight. When we arrived at the gate we had to wait for the gangway.
Airport experience is exhausting. Extremely long lines for check-in and then even longer lines at TSA. Hand sanitizer stations are almost all empty and in the mens room, people are crowding together to get soap from one dispenser that has just a bit left... flight was no better than Southwest Airlines, and it took over an hour for the bags to start coming out. Delta bag claim attendant just said, "I don't know what's going on with them, just wait a bit longer".

AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
No wi fi and carry on had yo be checked not enough room
PHOG airport infrastructure leaves a lot to be desired and even lack back up electrical generators for power outage contingencies that delayed the departure of this flight more than 1.5 hrs. As the gateway to Maui they need a lot of work to meet standards

I prefer having a screen behind each seat, rather than those attached to ceiling on this flight, so that the entertainment can be customized."

Comfort level wasn't any better than any of the other airlines and service was the same as well. I've heard good things about Virgin but my experience was just mediocre."

You allow people to bring carryons. I purchased my seats. They were not just assigned. When we boarded our overhead compartment was already full and we were told to put our bags on fhe floor so we had it stepped on our whole trip. It should be a rule that the overhead compartment belongs to the people in those 3 seats. It was upsetting we paid to step on our bags. With a bad back I was in pain for a few days
My flight was delayed then It was cancelled, then it was re-scheduled with a 6 hours layover the next day. It took 20 hours instead of 13 hours to get to my destination. I had chosen a flight that I paid $400 extra to make it earlier with a 2 hour layover because I was going to a funeral. I barely made it. It was awful and stressful and the Air Canada customer Service was just ok. I talked to three different agents trying to book and rebook and rebook again. They give me to $10 meal coupon for my troubles!!!!!!
The air staff where terrible, not helpful in any way, treated the passengers like dirt. Horrible in everyway. Rude, and not professional in any shape or form. Definitely never using air Canada ever again.
Checking bags in air Canada at LAX was the worst experience I’ve had.

Khuyết điểm: "AC was aware of flight delay due to computer system failure which caused missed flight connections for passengers and yet there was only one customer service rep at the counter in the Toronto Pearson airport to provide directions to stranded and confused passengers when AC1621 landed at 12:30pm on March 13 from Fort Lauderdale. After waiting in line at customer service for more than an hour, I was told I was booked for 9am flight the next day. I was with 2 kids, no options were explained about an overnight stay. The rep put me on standby and said they were flights every hour and told me to wait for next flight. Again no further explanations about standby, I was going from one gate to the next for 3 hours and I wasn't called. When I asked the agent, she asked me to wait. Finally a fellow passenger told me to check with agent at the next gate. That agent found out the cs rep put my family on standby but put a Nonexisting flight #202. So I was never called. I didn't pay money to get this kind of poor service. All I wanted was the basics, get me home without confusion. What a shame Air Canada! Our national pride is on the line. It should be named Air Nada cause no cs whatsoever. Bad management is to blame. Train your staff and hire qualified people to handle tech dept. We have no control over weather but tech backup is worth investing to prevent tech system issues."

System just can’t support the high volumn of use. It worked on the return flight but most passengers were sleeping."

Ưu: "Excellent flight from boarding to arrival. The flight crew performed beyond expectation. There were obvious obstacles in their way when performing their duties and customer service. What stood out as stellar was their patience in helping people where english was not their first language. When serving beverages to these passengers the flight attendants would ask what beverage they prefered. Their answers were inaudible and confusing. Attendants displayed container beverage and when it was still unable to understand their poor answers they did not give up. Finally it was understood they would like hot tea, and i noticed they performmed beyond expectation. These asian passengers would clogg the isles for attendants by going to the washroom and visiting other friends on this flight creating serving obstacles. Frankly, I prayed for the attendants when they were climbing over seated passengers and appeared orientationally lost from their seats on this flight. You would think it was their first flight; but then the flight attendant would appear, and in classic manner would ask - Can I help you? I am comforted by the displayed patience, ability to take punishment from disfunctional riders who failed to notice how other passengers behaved and how professionally the crew operated from beginning to end. I always prefer to fly with Air Canada. Thank you!"

They were disorganized and even though the food was for sell, the selection was very very limited. It was not like "I would like this", it was more like "well, what do you have"?. And unfortunately we got a "window seat" that did not have a window. It was very disappointing."

This forces me to miss my hotel reservation in LAX, This was one of the worst flying experiences I've ever dealt with. Then the airline doesn't even have the decency to give me a pillow because I was sitting in coach. If this is what airlines are becoming, i can't wait for the hyperloop one to force them into bankruptcy. The lack of respect for their paying customers is asinine."
