We had requested a Muslim meal on the previous flight, but the food was so spicy and smelly that we chose to go with the normal faire on the way back. I changed it on the website when I checked in online but when we arrived at the airport we were informed that the meal was still set as a muslim meal. The representative at the baggage counter called the plane and made sure that it was changed back to a normal meal. However, when it was dinner time we were presented with muslim meals. When we spoke to the head airhost to request a normal meal he said that they only carried a specific number and an leftover meals were for the crew only and that we had to eat the muslim meals or have sandwiches. We requested the sandwiches - the muslim meal was too spicy and had made us sick before. The "sandwiches" were pretty much two slabs of dry bread with some mayo slapped on. Disgusting and dry. I wish they could have made an exception for us or provided us with something edible. It was a long flight and we were starving by the time breakfast rolled around. The crew was condescending and cold. My entertainment system lacked functionality; some of the buttons on my remote were broken."

Khuyết điểm: "Turkish Airlines does not communicate with its passengers. If the flight is late (as both of ours were), you wait with no information as to when the flight leaves. The same lack of communication occurs once you on board. I joked to my wife that the cargo on a Fed-Ex flight is given more information. Arrived in Istanbul with a very tight connection. Airplane was not given a gate so we needed to take a bus to terminal. The bus dropped us just about as far from our connecting gate as possible. Since it took four buses to transport passengers, one could have been designated for US bound transfer passengers (who were all leaving from same group of gates) and taken us directly there."

Khuyết điểm: "They cancelled my returning flight WITHOUT me knowing and expecting me to pay for the penalty fee for misisng the first flight even tho I DID not cancel the returning flight which obviously I was gonna take. The staff was RUDE and INSENSITIVE. Qatar was better in overall customer service. Worst customer service from Turkish airline."

I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Ưu: "Good news, the checking in process was so delayed as there were so many people, they made sure all who checked in, got on the plane, no hitches on the lugguages either. I got my lugguage in Singapore."
Khuyết điểm: "JFK to Singapore through Abu Dhabi. The checking in process at JFK was a mess, it was a full flight. There were many people, trying checking in. Two lines, (1) checking in. (2) checked in, dropping off bags. Some of us who had checked in online was trying to drop off bags only. After waiting 1.5 hours, this line isn't moving at all, while the checking in line was moving. Tried telling the gentlemen in charge who worked there that the checked in line dropping off bagguage was not moving, he didn't really care, they made all kinds of excuses saying other people were waiting, so they were completely clueless as to what was going on. I have never experienced this ever and I fly massively each year. First and last time in Etihad. JFK to Abu Dhabi is a good 13 hour flight. NO SNACKS. SG/BA, or any other airline really has nice sandwishes, ramen, chocolate, cookies, chips. Etihad has NOTHING. Not that I snack but still with a 13 to 14 hour flight, airlines should have something to eat during long flights. Really. Etihad who brands and advertises brilliantly, was extremely disppointing to actually be on the flight."

Our flight was late while the other was on time and there were no announcements that our flight was delayed. The screen over the gate also did not show our flight details at any stage, even when it eventually boarded.. I'm familiar with Launceston airport so it was okay, but for someone not familiar, especially an international visitor, it would have been confusing as to which flight was which especially as no announcement or visual display was given that our flight was running late."

Asked ticketing at Chennai nd he said you will get in Abu Dhabi and did not give boarding pass for the Second leg of flight. Came to Abudhabi and tried to get boarding pass for seating not between two males but the ticketing agent lied to me “ go run your flight is leaving” and gave me seating between two males for 15 hour flight requested"

Ưu: "Flight delayed , missed flight, has to stop at Abu Dhabi for 8 hrs to catch another flight to Bankok then 5 hrs later for Ho Chi Minh City. 1 meal, no breakfast for overnight flight . Terrible flight"

Khuyết điểm: "The food options were awful & limited - sometimes there wasn’t actually an option. The flight was so squished & packed and I was incredibly uncomfortable in my seat. The boarding took ages & we were also delayed."

Ưu: "Upgraded with miles for the long leg Melb to Abu Dhabi. Flat beds tight both length and width for me at 6ft 3inches. I slept fitfully for 7 hours. Food seemed better than my last experience of their business class."

Khuyết điểm: "First of all, I tried to purchase the on-plane WiFi. That didn't happen, as I was told there was an error in purchasing and I didn't end up getting any connection. Yet when I got off the plane, I realized that I was nevertheless charged for $12. This was definitely annoying, and they still haven't gotten back to me. Secondly, which is very frustrating and infuriating, was the fact that not only was my checked luggage delayed, they did not call me or reply to my emails with any useful information on my luggage's situation. To this date, I have no idea where it is, if it's lost or damaged, or when can they deliver it to me. I had all my clothes, my DSLR camera and gifts in my luggage, and I had to buy a bunch of stuff in the next few days because I didn't have those things. It has been more than a week, and they still haven't gotten back to me on anything. For this reason alone, I think they totally deserve a poor overall rating, especially because I chose them in the first place because I trusted their good ratings."

Khuyết điểm: "I checked in 10 hours early for my flight and no one told me that I was bumped out of my flight because they were overbooked until one hour before takeoff. Then a gate attendant had the nerve to ask me if I was Vip. When I said no, she said she couldn’t help me and I had to wait for the next flight which was the next day. When I complained to a manager, they let me through security to get on standby for the flight and I was the last one to get on the flight. Their service is awful!!"

Ưu: "The four seats are really conjusted. It needs more room fir long flights."

Ưu: "The crew were very understanding and tried to help as much as they could with the issues encountered. Many out of their control."
Khuyết điểm: "This flight is one I have done a couple of times in the last year. This will be the last time doing it. It is basically a transit flight for people to get to India and the sub continent. The food is all curry based and as a westerner found it not to my taste, only having a curried vegetarian option as the meal “options” is unbelievable. The plane is jam packed which is fine, but the smell of some of the other passengers was horrendous. There must be a rule that passengers shower in the week leading up to the flight at least. My wife and I both had incidents of people pushing in front in every queue from boarding (lack of control by ground staff as random people joining First/Business/Gold line as moving first) to bathrooms (myself and two others waiting patiently before a woman pushed into bathroom before person even got out, then blocked our passage in to let her family member in), hitting us with bags when disembarking and then completely blocking walkways with no consideration for other passengers. We have now agreed that we will fly through any other city/route to avoid this terrible experience being repeated."

I fly about 20 or 30k miles a year in economy and this is easily the most uncomfortably designed seat I've been in. More over the staff was incredibly dismissive and rude to all I witnessed then keep a older woman waiting for 45 mins for water and then dismiss her when she asked a second time. The check in staff was no better."

Khuyết điểm: "DO NOT under any circumstances miss an Etihad Airway flight. They'll make you pay twice the original price of your flight AND a $600 fee for missing your flight. WTF! Why must you pay $600 for missing a flight you ALREADY PAID for. I loved my first experience with Etihad but second time was not as pleasant."

Ưu: "Etihad posted so many meals and beverages on flight. My baggage arrived as planned and scheduled. All places dearest when scheduled. Overall very good experience."

Ưu: "The economy seats have an innovative recline which really adds to comfort, especially for such a long trans-Atlantic flight. The crew was very professional and helpful. Efficient. The entire Etihad Experience was excellent. The boarding happened on schedule, the flights as promised. No missed connections, no issues with baggage. Top Notch. Very clean aircraft."
Khuyết điểm: "For whatever reason they would not let me keep my carry-ons as JetBlue did, so I had to check one of them. They have weight limits for the carry-ons, which I understand, but in my case they really were not large, and not very heavy. It is what it is."

Ưu: "I was more than pleasantly surprised by the level of service, comfort and food on this flight. I typically dread these long haul flights, but this was actually a pleasant experience. The fold flat seats are comfortable and roomy, the food and meal service, when you want it is convenient if you wish to dine on your schedule, not the airlines and the general high level and friendly service was much appreciated. The "lounge" space they have between the first and business class cabins is fantastic; its a small bar like area where you can get out of your seat and chat with other passengers, watch news, read or whatever, and not be confined to your seat. Overall a great experience, Arrived having slept, eat and drank well."

However when we left Brisbane our bags weighed the same and nothing mentioned to us! How can this happen? Same airline company different rules depending which country you depart? Very very angry with Etihad."

Business class passengers were not given priority boarding and were forced to stand in long ques in the heat and to be squeezed into a bus with all the others. This happened both in my outbound and return flights. This meant queing in the heat out on the tarmac with the economy passengers."

Ưu: "Everything... It was my first time flying with Air Etihad. The service was beyond expectation. My long flight couldnt be any more comfortable."

Khuyết điểm: "Pathetic airline service especially towards senior citizens.. One of the worst airline.. Poor baggage tracking system and Etihad staff lacks knowledge about their own airline.."

Khuyết điểm: "Waiting on the tarmac for more than 2 hours for flight to take off. Missing the connecting flight to New Delhi from Abu Dhabi. Stranded in the Abu Dhabi terminal for more than 24 hours to get back to New Delhi. The airline did not provide a room to stay & forced to stay in the terminal for 24 hours. Never ever travel via Etihad."

No apology in front of the other passengers. Only later when he met up with me as I was leaving the toilet. funny. sticky wet flight all right."

Khuyết điểm: "Toilets in business class were smelly. Not nice when you are washing your teeth. It is difficult to lean over the bowl and wash teeth. Cups are not provided to assist with washing teeth. Paper towels ran out in the toilets."

Khuyết điểm: "First leg of our trip on British air on a smaller plane with lots of comfort and room. Our 2nd and long leg was on a larger and newer plane. Leg room and room for the tray table was so tight and uncomfortable for a long Flight. Paid extra for end seating and using British air for transfers through Heathrow as an American Air partner. Will try to avoid the extra cost in the future."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight was operated by American Airlines. Aircraft was insanely old, with no personal entertainment system, but only a few overhead monitors for all passengers, which played OLD movies. That is unbelievable and unacceptable in 2018. Seats pitch was pretty small and I even had to fly on a broken seat that would not recline, for a 11 hours flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever flew. If that wasn't enough to make the experience the worst possible, flight attendance was rude! I strongly suggest to avoid American Airlines at all cost."

Khuyết điểm: "We arrived almost 3 hours early for our flight, and STILL ended up running to our gate to make it because we waited over an hour and a half in the bag drop line. There were only about 10 people in front of us in this line, but the guy working the counter had no urgency and would frequently stop to make jokes and chat with his coworkers beside him. There was another woman in tears because she was about to miss her flight. Then, once we waited in another insanely long, slow line to board, our flight was delayed over an hour with us sitting on the plane, which caused about half the plane to miss their connecting flights (including us) in London. This then caused us to miss our final connection in the states, which happened to be a standby flight. When trying to rebook a flight to the states from London, we explained how difficult it would be to get another flight out of our original airport in the states since it was now the weekend. The customer service rep informed us that as long as British Airways 'fulfilled their contract' to get us back to the one destination, it wasn't their issue how we got another flight back home."

I broke that promise as I booked a flight in Virgin Atlantic which had connections on BA. 20 years later the service still sucks and has gotten worst. No more BA for me ever."

Khuyết điểm: "Airbus A380, so boarding and de-boarding took some time. Aircraft interiors are made per airline requirements, not simply by aircraft manufacturer. On an airplane that will always be use on long haul routes I won't expect the usual non-really-reclinable last row of seats. Moreover, the armrest does not disappear between seats when moved upwards, it goes up only 45 degrees. Quite a nuisance traveling with your s.o. or children if you want to lean on each other."

Khuyết điểm: "I originally purchased a round trip ticket thru Kayak to be in Italy from 3/31 thru 4/12. I arrived 3/31 and a few hours later received messages that my son had passed away from a heart attack. My wife had been in Italy for a week at this point at a conference. We had to purchase tickets on very short notice to get home. I was charged over $2700 per ticket, nothing credited for the tickets we already had to return to the US on 4/2. So not only were we deeply upset at the loss of my son, we were pillaged by the airline with for very expensive tickets to sit in the last row of the jet. I certainly will remember this regarding future flights on British or American Airlines"

Ưu: "I used to think that British Airways was one of the classier emails. Unfortunately, they have become thoroughly mediocre. The meal was one of the very worst I've ever had on an airplane, entertainment system antiquated, no email, poor ventilation with no individual air outlet. Heathrow is an airport to be avoided if at all possible."

Ưu: "On-time departure, friendly staff"

Ưu: "Bar option for self service. Large bathrooms. Yes attitude of crew."
Khuyết điểm: "Waking me up when I am clearly asleep to ask if I want food or drink 3 times. I think passengers should not be disturbed. Forgetting to offer me duty free shopping later in flight when I clearly said yes I would like to shop and then when I remembered it was too late."
