Khuyết điểm: "A family with 2 kids making noisy and crying nonstop during the flight the father was playing Japanese video games with headphones on and very careless but once in a wile started yelling at Kiks because they distracted him from his entertainment. Grandma next to them was careless too,mother left the kids to father and was sitting 2 rows in the back and they never came at least to try to make them quiet even when the kids started to kik everywhere licluding the food tray and almost breaks it. Unfortunately the staff never came and try to talk to them about this issue Most of the people including several senior citizens looked angry and frustrated."

This caused a lot of stress on me however, the Japan airlones Crew escorted me (we ran as fast as we could) to my next flight so that I wouldn’t miss it. Food was much better comparing with any other companies. The boarding time was delayed one hour, however we landed japan 2, 3 mins later than the estimated arrival time. Landing technique was beautiful. American, United, ANA which I flew caused me have a deep Earache. I didn't get any pain from this flight. I am already scared of returning flight with American airplines."

Not once have I had a vegetarian meal that included chicken, but that is just what was served to me on this flight; I was obliged to spit it out, and to wash my mouth afterwards. The selection of films offered was demoralizingly poor, and the seatback pockets afforded even less storage space than usual."

Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

They normally only allow early boarding of young children, but we need extra time as I have 2 children to organise and my daughters sight dictates that i have to assist her. Other passengers were not impressed. I would like the airlines to take the initiative to have all children boarded early as if we board with everyone else, the aisles will be blocked as my children try to get organised."

The fruit was nearly frozen it was so cold. The entree had a few different things but still a weird combination of veggies."

Ưu: "Ground staff was very helpful, we had an overweight luggage and they kind out provided a complementary package box to redistribute the weight instead of charging us extra baggage fees. The flight attendants were caring and offered great service. The entretenimient system on board was easy to use and had a large library of movies."

Average time that you need to be at security ahead of your domestic flight = 15 minutes! As with everything in Japan, flight left on time."

People queue up, then they swivel the pole round so I'm in the wrong queue now. Try to move, lose place in queue, they swivel it back the way it was... Good airline but boarding especially for domestic is disorganised with poor signage etc."

There should be double the movies and music offered given that you can go through all of the offerings in one or two legs of a trip. I had four. BBC news didn't work on any leg of the trip and the Japanese news was in Japanese only, no English."

Khuyết điểm: "It can be hard to communicate to the crew, they do know English but it can be difficult when they are asking about what you want for dinner. I only had trouble 3 times on four of my international flights."

The entertainment options were decent, there were several TV shows with recent episodes available to watch as well as a good sized library of movies including some new releases."

The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional."

Webjet customer service was horrible and offensive when I tried to explain to them what happened; they said it was my responsibility to check the time. I would disagree - the customer is ultimately supposed to get an email notifying them of the flight change, giving them options. Based on that phone call with Webjet, I will NEVER do business with them again. As for the flight cancellation issue - if Kayak could help me get to the bottom of this, that would be appreciated."

It was unexpected, but saved a lot of stress based on the distance I had to travel within the airport to make the connecting flight."

The connecting distance was significant to get from the Terminal 1 gate to the bus leaving from Terminal 2 to get to Terminal 4. Changi is usually VERY efficient, but this was a real inconvenience to not have direct transport from T1 to T4. Also, the lines for Cathay are not properly sorted by First/Business and all status frequent flyers. There were no ropes or anything organizing the queue, so there were well over 150 people lined up for the priority boarding with no clear queue. At that point, there is no priority. Time to get better organized."

The in-flight service manager made me believe she cared about the quality of the service in the back, which was outstanding. It was as good as a full, 13-hour flight could be. Even the in-seat entertainment was outstanding and reliable."
