Never even got on the plane . Kayak and Japan airline poor customer service . Had boarding issues due to a layover restriction in Japan. Was notified less the 24hrs prior to departure time … worst worst
Only thing i have to said is rough landing and food is not great so does the entertainment.

This caused a lot of stress on me however, the Japan airlones Crew escorted me (we ran as fast as we could) to my next flight so that I wouldn’t miss it. Both I and another passenger who flew JAL the weekend before found the vegetarian food poor - very bland and too salty. The exact same menu all four times we flew. A pity as the rest of the service wa excellent. If JAL wishes to attract more international customers it would be a good idea for it to broaden its global perspective and provide better vegetarian options. I know others who've had similar concerns about other types of special meal."

Altogether we we had a 14-hour day or so of flying with two small children and it could have easily been a 20-hour-or-more day of flying had Japan Airlines not been so great at what they do. The flight flew off course for almost 30 minutes, while the flight attendants required everyone to remain seated due to supposed turbulence. We felt no turbulence for almost 25 mins. No update was given to passengers while we flew far off course. I motioned to the flight attendant, who was seated due to turbulence warning, to ask why we were off-course, but she could not get up. Many passengers were pointing to the flight path animation, to point out that we were flying straight north, instead of southeast. The flight attendant then called the captain for an update, and then the captain finally made an announcement about weather delays around shanghai."

After 4 flights in one month with Qatar I opened up an account to become a member. I will not be using any other airline unless I absolutely have to.

When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns."

Reason: There are two queues 1 For people who did a web checkin 2 people who didn’t do a web checkin The Qatar staff at Hyderabad experienced a technical glitch because their only system failed and there was no backup option. There was no apology from any of the staff. No one values the time of the people who chose Qatar making it a very bad experience overall"

Goodie bag was a good idea; the goodie bag contains an eye mask, mini tooth brush, paste, hand cream, etc. These all were great idea and definitely helpful. However this is ruined by the tooth paste. It was a tiny tooth paste, fair enough but the opening is sealed tight w/o a way to easily pry open. This was a total bad idea of packaging. Flight tips were also good idea and informational."

The seats were cramped and narrow (no side support) Seat cushion has been stripped down to bare minimum, so effectively you may not feel much of a cushion. Cramped legroom Seats felt like junk and I had started having leg cramps after few hours. This so disappointing for a premier airline like Qatar. Overall a very uncomfortable ride."

This means that working in your way back is very hard and you will be loosing the day which is very uneficient. But what was even worse, is that they didn't allow me to check my bag in the last connection gettting to the US, instead they made me check it from my original destination which made me loose almost two days of work without giving me a logic response on why I couldn't check my bag from my inbound flight to the US. By the way, this protocol from TSA is terrible. No internet in their flights No chargers plugs in all of their flights (including the ones that take you more than 4 hours) Lunch in their 15 hours flight is mediocre, everyone was starving since they only gave us one mini empanada."

I arrived actually almost 5h early, just to realize that the counter only opens 2:45h before departure. When the staff finally arrived, they told me that it's too late for discount rate and there is nothing they can do about it. So I got fined for their lack of service. Failure throughout for such an expensive flight."

Ưu: "The crew is always very professional and friendly. The meals were surprisingly good for less than an hour flight. That being compared to other airline meals. The flight from koh samui to bangkok had a complimentary snack and non alcoholic beverage bar that was a nice touch, as well as free wifi while waiting on the flight. The seats have really good leg room (my husband is 6' 5" and his knees had an inch) in economy, which was a very nice break from air china. All our flights were about an hour so can't mention long haul flights but we loved bangkok air so much, will always book them from now on. It is a budget airline but we were very pleasantly surprised."

I am not blaming children making noise. I am blaming the lack of control over the parents who bring noisy toys for children and play videos loud enough to disturb the neighbor's sleep throughout the flight."

Everybody went like crazy through the airport terminal looking for a Gate that does not exist. Followed by a counter-announcement. And then being bussed to the aircraft. People came on board up to the last minute... Arrival in SGN crazy for a different reason. All 300-some passengers were bussed again. Just that the ladders were not ready, and then whoever drove could not adjust them, and then the busses were not ready either. 25 minutes from landing to the luggage belts. Vietnamese airports need to work on their their procedures."
