Flight was okay. 1 piece of Luggage is still missing.
We had to pay excessive baggage fees, then are bags were damaged.
A space left for going to the toilet from the port side of plane to the starboard toilet in quite zone . Always stepping over people's feet up in the front economy seats.
They tried to charge me $850 US. For 1 extra bag. After complaint that amount is crazy. They brought the manager over who then told me to bring him $450 in cash and they would accept it Big Scam. After going to the bank machine in the airport and getting the money. The manger put the money in his pocket and took my bag I couldn’t do much because i was about to miss my flight STAY AWAY. From this airline They have some inside scam going on with their employees STAY AWAY. Don’t become a victim like I did

Scoot is always great value for money.
Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY

There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"

Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap."

It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."

If you have a connecting flight, in the same country with this airline, they do NOT ticket, or check your bags thru to your 2nd flight. Thus, after your first flight, you must wait for your bags, then check in for your second flight. This will ensure that you miss your connecting flight, unless you have at least 2.5 hours between flights, which may result in an additional charge if you miss your connecting flight. We dealt with 3 agents at 3 different locations prior to our first flight and NONE of them told us that we did not have sufficient times between flights, which resulted in us missing our flight and paying for a flight change. Our flight ended up costing 75% extra. I have flown throughout the world on many different airlines and have NEVER seen an airline with these operating procedures/policies. They need to change the name of this airline to NICKEL AND DIME, or to TIGHTWADS OF THE SKY. Will NEVER fly Air Asia again."

Upon finally getting a hold of them after several hours of frustration I was told that not only was there no way to cancel it, I could not even use the price paid as a credit for the opposite route regardless of the fact that I was attempting to rectify this seconds after purchasing. I expected to be using Kayak as a point of customer service and was the only reason I went the route I did to purchase the ticket."

Long story short, I demanded another agent for help."

Her colleague apologized and said I’ll get you a glass of water. She returned after a good 30 minutes with a paper cup of water. There was no enquiring how I was or if I needed anything. Will NEVER fly them again!"

With one checked bag the additional 4 Kg in the bag resulting in an upcharge seems foolish. Other passengers weighing 4 times as much pay the same ticket price as our smaller lighter weigh child."

Ưu: "I waited 30 minutes in one line just to ask a question about luggage weight. A staff member told me to switch to another line next to me. I asked her three times if she was sure I should change lines. She insisted I move, only to wait in another line for 20 more minutes! There WAS NO ONE WORKING AT THE COUNTER! I found her again and she told me to switch. To another long line next to me and I had enough. I had to yell at her and make it clear that I was not going to wait another minute. I said I am going to the front and I’ll be next. I asked my ONE question about weight. It took 15 seconds and she should have handled it for me from the start."

Khuyết điểm: "Bus instead of ramp boarding. No food or drinks provided. The carts raced by us and did not stop to ask if we wanted a purchase. No leg room in seats."

Ưu: "Reservations were relatively easy to make on line and relatively easy to purchase on-line."
Khuyết điểm: "Purchasing tickets this way can result in a lot of confusion upon arriving at the Airport. Without any documents that the Check-in Counter can use to process Check-in, the traveller will find out that a visit is required to a separate desk to obtain your reservation number scribbled on a scrap of paper to take back to the Check-in Counter (after waiting on line there again) so that the agent can find your record and proceed with check-in. This two step process is confusing and not immediately obvious to even the seasoned International traveller. Good thing I'm not easily flustered!"

Khuyết điểm: "Extremely noisy announcements, much louder than necessary. Poor boarding information. Incorrect gate info and poor messaging."

Ưu: "Check in and boarding processes were actually ok this time! Decent timeliness and decent comfort level on flight."
Khuyết điểm: "I understand that a budget flight will sell food and drink for money, but I feel it would be common courtesy if they at least provided water free of charge if a client asked."
Khuyết điểm: "Booked a midday flight directly with VietJet only to find the flight no longer was flying that day. We had been up onto a completely different flight, 4.5 hours later, with no communication whatsoever. We had paid extra for certain seats, And we're told during checkin these were given away. Thankfully they gave us the seats 1 row in front of what we'd booked. They should really tell passengers about flights, as this could have caused a lot of issues if choosing connecting flights. We were lucky to be able to rearrange our pick up."
Ưu: "Fluent English, comfortable and ample seat space"
Khuyết điểm: "2 things: 1) I've traveled dozens of airlines with the same carryon backpack. The ticket agent required me to weigh my bag and since it was greater than 7kg said I'd have to check it. 2) Flight crew was running late which is entirely understandable. BUT rather than let the 200+ passengers know what was happening the gate agents said nothing."
