Only 2 meals on a 16 hrs flight and they had few option for food and drink. Qty was not sufficient
Check in took a long time although I had already checked in via app; it took a long time to board; Seats we’re not comfortable; The way food was served was very weird and unpleasant since some people were served first even when we were sitting next to each other. Food was awful! Flight attendants were not very attentive.

First, it's not acceptable to limit carryon to 8 kilograms for trips including transatlantic segments. I fly a lot with Delta / air France and they have higher limit as it should be. And second, criteria should be applied consostently across Swiss. Why is it no problem from SFO to Velalencia, but it is a problem from Valencia to SFO? Also, online check-in is horrendous and unacceptable in this day and age. SUPER slow and cracked a couple of times on my mobile device"

But, when you fly to more countries than any other airline, some wear-and-tear is to be expected."

Very stresfull. I'd much prefer an extra hour layover rather than run through airport. Why was I patted down at the gate??? 2. legroom was cramped, I was comfortable only because seat next to me was empty"

After being delayed for two hours out of Rome to Istanbul and missing our connection to Jeddah with hundreds of other stranded passengers from the other flights, Turkish Airlines incompetent handling had us wait in multiple ques for more than five hours only to provide us a hotel for two hours and then shuttle back to a flight 12 hours later! I have yet to hear an explanation from anyone about what happened or a simple sorry for your trouble. This is operational incompetence at full display. Never Again!"

Khuyết điểm: "Cabin crew in business class were not especially friendly and was really lazy during the welcome drink service. They did not even ask each passenger and greeted them to see if they want anything. Instead, they just held the tray of welcome drink and walked around the cabin once, then poured all the unconsumed welcome drinks into the bathroom. Service after take off was abysmal as well. No smile, no addressing passenger by name, all the service was done in a rush and a totally weird manner. The food is not very much to my liking since it heavily consisted of cheese, and there is literally no choice for you to get away with that. Having a traditional Turkish menu is great at one hand, but in this case it was a huge no-no."

Instead she was reacting "the rules are changing every day" and didn't not weather I should need visa for my native country (?!) although I have showed I was born in that country (Macedonia) and the holders of US passports (which I am) -- do not need entry visa to that country. Everything else was good or excellent -- especially food and airplane crew."

Then we had to all get off the plane with all of our luggage and wait on a hot bus until we could get back on the flight. It wasn't explained what was going on or why we had to do that and it made me late for appointments I had back in New York."

Ưu: "The food was good, the drinks were great, the stewardesses were professional and helpful and the entertainment system was really good, lots of movies. We got there safe and on time...what more do you need? Oh, and the price for my route was amazing; the next airline was $1000 more and the one after that $2000 more."

One of the crew members gave me a hard time for having my purse out for 1 minute while I was taking my prenatal vitamin even though we were sitting on the runway for over an hour at this point and the man in front of me had his chair fully reclined so I wasn't able to get to it under my seat.. Even though as she said, we were about to take off, but she didn't say anything to the man in front of me. This was my second time flying with them and the first experience was much better."

The boarding was again late --it is becoming a theme with this airline and of course, we were late taking off and arriving,"

Khuyết điểm: "Airport in Istanbul could use an upgrade. Poor gate directions and signs. No jetways, meaning they bus you out to the plane each time. This adds to time needed to change planes and may be inconvenient for older people who struggle with climbing stairs or carrying bags."
Ưu: "In general, service was of good quality. Crew very attentive. The film selection was outstanding. Routing was good. I would not hesitate to take this flight again. Seat are comfortable, although somewhat old-fashioned. In general, I think that this is an excellent airline, my choice for the future."

Ưu: "The breakfast was very good, recent movies, and I believe the seats were quite comfortable for coach. Love the ability to see the outside view from the cameras, and following the progress of the flight! I don't think anyone else does it."

Ưu: "For a 13 hr flight on economy class, it was excellent. Cabin crew was very polite. Food was tasty. Boarding was descent. Nice collection of music and movies. Best of all wifi on an overseas flight. Live TV news channels."

I will likely not fly Turkish Airlines again, even if it's less expensive, but 9 hours in a tiny space was too much. The announcements (in English) were not understandable and insufficient. We were 2 hours delayed without explanation. Many people worried about their connections, so advice on that would have been helpful."
The staff was very unfriendly to clients and arrogant. Just telling, what is not possible during the flight and seemed to be sressed all the time.

The BA staff at the rear of the plane were extremely helpful and professional. Very unfortunately for me, I had developed a cough prior to flying, and when a couple of passengers complained they handled the situation very professionally and did not make things in any way awkward for me. Would most certainly recommend BA/Iberia to my friends for future travel.
All over good flight but not better than my favorite
Ưu: "Not much of anything. No complimentary food or drink for a nearly five hour flight, and sub- par customer service."
Khuyết điểm: "The check in agents with Iberia airlines in Porto were rude, the. told me only when I arrived that I could not carry on “camping backpacks”, so I would have to check it for an additional 40 euro to check it.. despite saying they’d be happy to check “carry on” free of charge.. I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience."

The line reserved for baggage drop-off was used to prioritize check-in for a large group, making the benefit of online check-in meaningless! Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!"

Ưu: "Flight to our destination: sat in exit row for extra cost. I was freezing cold and was told no extra blankets. Also staff were rude and unhelpful telling us to remove all things from the floor for take off and landing ( which i accept is the policy) but since we had nowhere to put them except on our laps (she’s, books, sweaters pocket book) as there is no seat in front for an exit row to put under. The staff member kept saying “up, up” motioning with her hand, but made no offer to assist us in finding overhead space. Upon our return flight, our pre booked exit row seats were switched on us right before boarding in a rude and matter of fact wayand my husband and I were separated one on either side of the aircraft. When we queried this, we were told it would be up to us to switch with the person sitting next to us. Overall very disappointing. I would not fly Iberia again."
